Olafson reporting in, just got in this morning and Gale is in a trance state.
She is responding to me when we use our communication method but I am unable to hold her attention for more than a few seconds.
As a test, I informed her that there was a problem with her transformation. She was able to focus on me long enough for me to explain that I was simply testing to see if she could utilize mental clarity training. Test complete, apologized for false alarm and allowed her to slump back into trance. Felt bad for tricking her but needed a genuine alert response.
Nurse Tracy has been struggling with the MilkStar hookups on the main legs, but insists that I cannot help as I do not have a cleansuit and would contaminate the specimen. I am perfectly fine observing from my perfectly dry corner.

Gale has entered a phase of stability, according to medical scanner, around 2:13 AM this morning.
Very very pleased with outcome, she will provide a wealth of data within the next few years
Transformation phase of Gale's contract with Pragmir was completed successfully and safely, although many late nights were spent to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all who are trialing this new therapy. Many more must be spent to ensure we do not waste this chance to study such a specimen.

Was able to pull Gale from her trance long enough for two stages of mental clarity exercises, will break for 10 minutes and attempt to pull her from trance for physical therapy and muscle rediscovery.
Promising effort from Gale! Despite her very quick and very heavy transformation, she was able to maintain focus.
I told her that she has out-performed 95% of the patients I work with, as it is very rare for such an extreme erogenous expansion to not incapacitate the patient for at least several of the first days. She has expressed pride, followed by a simultaneous firing of all extraneous penises.
Communicating positive reinforcement seems to have a profound effect on Gale. Will take note.

Gale's transformation will never truly end, unless superficially terminated. It has reached a point where most of the heavy changes to the body are complete, any further changes will happen on such a small scale that further physical alterations will take years or decades to manifest.
What could she look like in a year? 2 years? 10 years? Exactly the same, or only slightly different? Or perhaps she could become something completely new.
Gale says, "Bright. Future."
I couldn't agree more.

We're getting ready to move Gale to her new apartment in Teuleptri where she will undergo further testing and provide her with a clarity coach-assisted orientation of what to expect in the arcology.

Concluded meeting with support and research staff leads that will be working closely with Gale after she arrives.
All appropriate paperwork has been signed for the release of Gale Wittier from North Hokey campus.
Gale is experiencing an average of 28 productive ejaculations per hour, as the patient has unfortunately lost her sense of sight completely due to the transformation, no visual stimulus is required for producing this "rolling" orgasm response. Observation of extraneous genitalia shows that orgasms fire sequentially and at a loose yet noticeable interval. This behavior does not change unless Gale is interacted with, pulling her from her trance seems to disrupt the pattern of orgasms but not the frequency. Intensity of orgasms may be altered, usually increased, by changing things like ambient light, room temperature, ground vibration, music or physical interaction. Physical interaction does not always produce a response, some of the nurses have pointed out to me.
Advising attending staff to leave her MilkStar on the “pump-only” setting, as the MilkStar’s stimulator suite, even at the lowest impulse setting, seem to be overkill on her already over-cooperating members.
Olafson, Gale's clarity coach, has successfully emerged Gale from her trance multiple times in order to proceed with legal policy, but we have not been able to interview her regarding her living experience. This is expected, and we don't expect to be able to process a meaningful interview while Gale is in the honeymoon phase of her new form.
Suspected honeymoon phase may well last for the first 6-7 months, so this interview will need to come much later. Must remember to put in request to visit Teuleptri at that time, tempted to interview Gale personally.
On another fascinating note, and as expected by my previous forecast gene renderings specific to Gale's spermatozoa and hematopoietic stem cells, Gale is producing cells that carry reproduced versions of the builder proteins from gene therapy. These proteins should have decayed long before the sample arrived in the lab. Recommending that Teuleptri regularly tests to check for these cascading proteins. Interesting find, but the reversal process is still many, many years away. Gale is the most promising subject of this study and will be a wealth of knowledge to any further transformation research, whether she chooses to stay with Pragmir or not.

While I will be physically with Gale for the next year, I am expecting minimal communication for the first few months. I’ve given her everything she needs to enjoy her internal journey and I’ll see her when she comes out the other side. I can only imagine what new experiences she must be having now, what new dreams she must be having…
While not a full phrase or sentence really, when she was being transferred onto the gurney lift, she kept signing, “More… More…”
I honestly don’t think we have enough MilkStar hookups to satisfy her desires, but I’ll put in a request.
