Gale has experienced an unforeseeable anomaly in her transformation (possibly due to Na3 protein shunt, will look into later)

surprisingly, patient still seems safely within controllable threshold, however at
current rate of transformation complexity, reversibility will reach redline in less than 12 hours
must inform Gale that window for reversibility will close before end of day, will begin synthesis of transformation reversal protein regimen in the event of patient decision

Attendant Millie Olafson making entry, as patient has become incapacitated by the transformation. I will be acting as her full-time psychical therapist and mental clarity coach for at least the next year.
Gale progressing wonderfully on mental clarity practice, pleased with progress.
Loss of sight is a rare result of transformation therapy, but I’ve developed a program to assist such cases over the last year. This will only help to refine my methods.
Will work on non-verbal communication exercises today.
** 11:54 AM - Attendant Entry
Gale has just completed her first muscle rediscovery session and we have located and identified seven (suspect one more developing) different muscle groups that will be the focus of her physical therapy.
Muscle rediscovery was rather exciting for Gale and I am certain she is looking forward to the next session. Good to know that my technique is effective, however, I will take note that I was rather unprepared for the fluid mess. Nothing for Gale to be embarrassed about, I simply need more experience with her form to develop the best methods for interaction.
Seems to have restored some motor ability to Gale, now able to use adaptive keyboard to a certain degree, but me making entries is still far more productive. Unfortunately, transformation is still progressing, and may still lose her dexterity entirely within the next few hours.
We are now focusing on practicing my non-verbal communication system.
** 3:02 PM - Attendant Entry
Gale has lost most ability to operate her personal adaptive keyboard.
She may no longer interact with her research computer and so I will be using it on her behalf as her personal assistant.
We are both still in high spirits. I have been getting to know Gale and what plans she has for the future.
Gale is reporting having difficulty speaking, I am still able to understand her for now, but we expect her to lose the ability to speak clearly. Will expedite training of non-verbal communication.

Success! Gale has just spoke to me using the non-verbal system!
She says: "let's fucking go."
Next we will try to write a journal entry for her with me typing as she dictates to me, her thoughts and experiences.

Olafson here, I will begin transcribing Gale's journal entry now. (Paraphrased where appropriate)
"Wow! So no longer speak, that is good. not good. It is what it is.
Millie [is] fantastic, I am in good hands and she rocks so hard. I am [humbled that she will be assisting me for the entire year]. That's crazy, wow. I am talking using my dick hands.

Oh my god, stop messing with me it's [soooo] weird laughing this hard with a [still] growing and [increasingly hard] dick tongue.
Anyway the doctor tells me we have [a few] hours before we cross the "redline" and I can no longer reverse this transformation [safely].
Told them I'll think about it, too [many] thoughts, [difficult] to convey exactly how I feel with dick hands.
I've come so far, already endured much to be here today, so I can't just quit now!
But I also am now going blind, and I cannot use a computer by myself. I was not prepared for that.”

Second discovery session is complete; we have identified one new group of muscles that Gale can now target for her training.
While Gale was resting from muscle discovery, I asked her once more if she knew what was happening and if she was sure she wanted to keep going.
Her exact wording: "no other plans."
It is in my professional opinion as a transformative care specialist that my patient is coherent and motivated to continue.
I have advised Dr. Natt that the patient has declined the early termination and reversal of this transformation therapy. I then signed the waiver in Gale's stead that she understands the risk and is relinquishing her federal right for a reversible transformation. All legal stuff is out of the way!

Olafson here, Gale says:
"It is true that I was not prepared for the price I am paying for my transformation, I don't really think of it as a price to be paid, rather, I am returning a very appreciated and very used sense, as my new body will not have need for it."
We had been discussing her therapy and what changes she should be expecting going forward according to her latest gene forecast. Without adjustment, we expect that she will lose all ability to verbally communicate, as her tongue is now fully transitioned into a penis and lacks dexterity, and is far too large for speech. We expect that the new penis will stabilize by tomorrow morning.
We have finished all planned exercises and training for today and I am absolutely pleased with Gale's progress so far. She insists that she is enthusiastic for the next Muscle Dick-scovery session. Good energy!

Was about to head home for the night, but found out Gale has episodes of Blue Giant. Despite not being able to see the screen fully, Gale can still hear. Gale has asked if I would like to hang out for a bit.
