I don’t have to give a reason for turning anything down either.\n\n- Refunds will almost never be in full. Ask me about refunds if you desire one, refunds will generally depend on how much work i had done on the image already. My decision will be final but we can discuss a compromise. The only exception to this is if I have clearly  failed to do what was explicitly requested and you would rather get a refund instead of me fixing/redrawing it.\n\n- Sketch can be redrawn completely only twice if proper reason for redraw is given. I can and will make small adjustments to sketch on request.
