Journal Entry Day 1: I've begun a new chapter in my life today and, because of this, I've decided to start a log to keep track of the various things that happen around this... Strange ship. I'm lucky, I suppose. With the state of Artemitus after what happened I didn't have much realistic chance of surviving for much longer. My... "Savior"... If you can call him that happened upon me by chance hunkered down in my parents' old lab. Despite the best efforts of my traps he bouldered through unharmed, I know now that the ordeal was barely trivial for a creature like whatever he is. That being said: Mental note; Find out what he is. This is a decent starting point for a first entry, I think. I will keep going. Journal Entry Day 2: Second day on this ship, I suppose I should catalogue this place as best as I can if I'm meant to be a glorified mechanic for it. This place is... Massive to say the least. I don't have the blueprints, apparently they're secured for future reference but the ruler, the creature that brought me aboard, doesn't trust me with them just yet. I can't say I blame him (it? should enquire further). That being said I've attempted to catalogue just how long the various elevators go and how exactly they can do so in a reasonable amount of time. I road four separate ones all day and from my best estimates these things can traverse over one thousand floors of ship in the span of five minutes. Whatever is powering this ship must be revolutionary to keep that operational on top of whatever insane life suppport system goes through this entire place. I still haven't looked more into Mira's biology or lack there of as the case may be but I plan to. He certainly is more than eager to shove his biology in my face whenever he so desires. Journal Entry Day 5: The last few days have been very busy and yet I still have little to show for it. I've continued to investigate the extencivness of this machine I've found myself inside. Mira has said that the ship is the size of a planet, a concept I find hard to believe but, at the same time, he may be right. During my excursions into the halls of this place I've also begun looking at the metal working and various accessible machines that I can find. I haven't got the foggiest clue who or what designed this place. It's such a strange mash of seemingly ancient machinery and brand new modifications. Whoever did make this place must've known something about space travel that I do not because my first instincts would be to right off most of what I've seen as fatal defects. Still very little advancement on knowing more about what Mira actually *is*. Whenever I attempt to breach the subject or even hint at it he writes it off with "Godly anatomy" which is far from helpful. I've met with the other "Hands" (that being what Mira has decided to call us) It is only myself, a very disturbed woman named Vela, and an insectoid named Lalande who actually appears to be quite level headed and knowledgable. I've decided to attempt becoming friends with the both of them. Journal Entry Day 8: Mira showed me to my "Working quarters" today and... I was astonished. I'd not found this room before, it's like it came out of nowhere fully equipped. Everthing inside of it is brand new, untouched, not a speck of dust even. It's a robotics factory, basically. Everything I could really need has been provided. I didn't know what to say as I walked through it, eyeing every sparkling utensil, and the strangest part of this is that Mira didn't even command me to do anything. No "Robot death army" no "Death laser". He just said that this room was mine now and that he hopes I like it. I'm still processing it, really. Lalande and I spent a few hours discussing my own cybernetic modifications. He's a very intelligent gentleman. Journal Entry Day 10: Been working fairly nonstop. My arm and leg replacements haven't worked this well since I got them and I have some grand ideas for future augmentations as well. Journal Entry Day 20: Still working. Lalande brought my cloistering to my attention when he came to bring me some food. I hadn't noticed how many days had passed but the augmentations are going so well! I'll managed to greatly amplify not only my cybernetic limbs but I've even been able to modify them to having various new implements. My favorite addition is the AI I've programed that now helps run my operating systems. Tibby, I've decided to call it. A few bugs still need working out but, along with the extendibility feature and heat gun, I'm loving what I can do here. Journal Entry Day 22: I've decided to take a few days away from my laboratory. Lalande said I should get at least some exercise so the two of us went on a stroll through the ship. It was during this walk that I realized that I hadn't even heard from Mira for some time. Asking Lalande he told me that Mira wanted to give me time to settle in and get accustomed to the room before coming to see me again. I'm fairly surprised. He confuses me, to say the least. Mira holds this air about him of someone who is well beyond everyone else, he clearly considers himself a deity of some variety and considering the power I've seen him utilize I'm not surprised that he's developed some kind of concept. That being said he does seem to understand normal emotions. Perhaps I should speak to him more. Journal Entry Day 23: I decided to go and have a talk with the ruler of this place. Mira is an intimidating figure to say the least but there's a strange air of acceptance around him as well. Perhaps his ego just means everyone is equally below him so he treats them all the same, I'm unable to be certain. When I saw him he was lounging on his throne with a new member of the court, apparently. A surprisingly small, white canine female was knelt in front of him just lapping away greedily at his... Well, at him. I tried to speak without it distracting me. First I thanked him for the robotics supplies, he brushed this off and said that "A brilliant mind needs to be fed." I told him that flattery was pleasant but unnecessary. He chuckled at this. Next I attempted to bridge his own anatomy once again and he actually gave me something to work with this time. However simple he told me that he was created when a star imploded. As incredulous as that was it was at least a basis of some kind. I thanked him for the information and attempted to excuse myself but before I could get far I was lifted into the air and over to him. It seemed the canine woman, who I now know is named Philla, wasn't enough. My rear is still quite soar but all together he does know how to work a person. Lalande tells me that I'll grow accustomed to Mira's appetite in time. Journal Entry day 26: Well... After my audience with Mira and the pounding that followed it Mira appeared to get a liking to my rear. I've spent the last three odd days in his throne room and bed chambers servicing him as best as I possibly can. Occasionally one of the other hands will come assist or that Philla who, as I understand it, is a pet but it's been my primary duty otherwise. He really can just keep going. He seems to need no water, no food, and I don't think he even breaths. He certainly feels pleasure, though so, perhaps whatever constitutes his mind still releases the proper reward chemicals to encourage him. It's hard to say. I've been given a reprieve as it seems Lalande has peaked his interest now, I can hear them going at it even from my robotics factory. I'll admit it's tantalizing. One can't go from constant orgasms every few minutes to none without having some withdrawals. I just need to focus on some work in the meantime. Maybe I can finally get that vibrate function working properly. Journal Entry Day 30: I believe this is the end of my first month here on this ship, as hard as that is to keep track of. The day and night cycles in this ship are artifical, obviously, since we're constantly on the move. I've asked Mira why he doesn't seem interested in finding a docking place to setup properly and he's just said that his presence is required in ever expanding directions. I suppose if this place can just keep going forward without issue that there's nothing to worry about. I've continued my investigation of the ship as well and I think I've finally managed to find something promising. An energy transference network. Basically the blood veins of the ship. I hadn't been able to find them but I now know why. They're just expertly well hidden, woven into the metal of the walls and ceilings. It's incredibly complex, I don't think I could even replicate it. I've begun following the power to see if I can find the core of this place but the networks are so wildly arranged that I can barely find a consistent path. Will report back later. Journal Entry Day 31: I've continued to follow the energy network but it's still completely untrackable. I've decided I need some mechanical assistance, as always, so I've installed a new feature for Tibby. This addition should work as a tracking device for the energy in the metal. If I follow along with it it'll take me right to the core. Journal Entry Day 31-2: I followed the energy as best as I could and... It's Mira. Tibby followed the energy from to it's source and it took me straight to Mira's throne room. He was in the middle of a talk with Vera about some kind of new weapon he wants investigated when I barged in, following Tibby's beeping straight up to the man. When I got to him Tibby went wild and I just stared in awe. He seemed confused but was overall entertained from what I could see. Apparently, somehow, his body is producing enough energy to keep this colossal place working consistently. How? I have no idea. If he's capable of that much energy output 24/7 without any kind of rest then whatever his upwards production could be might be enough to overcharge a sun. While the prospect of this is equal parts fascinating and terrifying the first thing I began running over in my mind was how I could use this energy to continue my robotics builds. I doubt I could replicate it but maybe I could channel it or contain the energy somehow, make a battery that Mira could fill. This adds many new prospects for me.
