"description": "Came up in conversation about how Bat Wings are hard so I decided to do a \"quick\" thing about it. \n\nImage 1 is (MY) idea of 2 out of 3 Bat wing styles. Before we start, I get that the wings are \"small\" but that's just because it would take up a LOT more room to make them to scale. (About 1 or 2 Meters from the hand)\n\nOn the Left we have \"Hand\" Wings, The arm, Shoulder, and Bones would be a bit thicker because of all the weight needed for flight. \n\nOn the Right, The shoulder would all but be gone as the muscles are spread out along the rib instead of \"attach\" points like the Left. The bones would be about as thick as a humans but the muscles wouldn't be as heavy thanks to a good potion of the weight spread out between Shoulder and Mid back. Side effect would make it a little more streamlined. \n\nOn the Far Right is the X-Wing and Death Star, One being a pulse jet spice fighter and the other being a star destroyer. \n\nOn the Bottom comes the Ass. The \"bottom\" reflects the top in order to keep you balanced as by our little bat to the bottom left. . \n\nOn the Bottom Right, However Seeing as Bat Wings are like human hands they would still need to be flexible. Which leads us to the next image\n\nImage 2 is a (Lazy) view of an open bat wing (Type B). though not perfect it shows the Center of the membrane. Do to it's design, the Center of the wing is a little thinner than the rest of the \"fleshy\" part. making it easier to repair if damaged. Your ear has nearly the same set up, check out your lobe. \n\nImage 3 is just some poses from my Succubus Vampire Bat demonstrating the \"Finger Wing\" style (A) \n\nNext image set will show more of the \"B\" wing set and lastly the Third type of \"Back Wings\" but I'm tired\n\nImage 4 is the WIP for the rest.
