"description": "He was different. \n\nThat was evident from the strange blue hide and green fur that he was born with, not that either his sire or mother cared. Both larger purple skinned behemoths raised him the same as all of the other pups within their litter and so the strangely colored behemoth thought nothing about the odd coloration he had been born with. Instead he simply grew up wrestling and snarling and roaring with the rest of his littermates, he also sadly grew up howling with his litter once they chased down the poachers which had killed their sire and mother. However, life for a behemoth continues with or without those who gave birth to them, and so the litter grew and grew until they finally grew old enough to separated from one another. \n\nIt was by this time that the reality of just how different the blue skinned behemoth was to the rest of the behemoths came to light as during his twentieth summer one of the females within the herd of behemoths he had joined into was slain by group of hunters. Now normally this wouldn’t have been anything too concerning as the dance of life for behemoths was often interrupted by those who sought to turn their bones, hide, and horns into their personal trophies, however for this particular herd the death of the female in question was more than a tad troublesome as she had just given birth to a small litter of five pups. The elder male attempted to entice one of the other pregnant females to take care of his pups but their own mates would not have another male’s litter mix with their own, and so, distraught, the behemoth father began to distance himself from his pups. It was the keening cries of the starving pups that made the blue behemoth check up on them one day, his heart going out to those who had also lost their own just as he had. Gathering the litter up next to himself and then licking them until they all quieted down to sleep the blue behemoth knew that he couldn’t do much for them being a male himself, and so he simple comforted them as best he could during their final hours.\n\nSometime after the pups were slumbering next his belly the blue behemoth dozed off, when exactly he would never be able to recall, however just as he was drifting down deeper into the deep sea of slumber he was quickly roused back to wakefulness when he felt small mouths suckling on his chest. Golden eyes blinked in utter confusion as he looked down to see a sight that couldn’t be possible, and yet the reality was too hard to ignore.\n\nThe sire of the pups returned several days later to find his pups slumbering next to the sleeping blue behemoth and instantly he dropped the dead chocobo he had been brought for his children as he snarled at the younger male within his home. Yet his rage quickly died in his throat when the scent of milk lingering within the air inside of his cave caught along the edge of his nose. Not understanding, the larger male went over to have a closer look at what was happening here, and what he found left him understandably confused.\n\nIt seemed as though the younger blue male had been feeding his pups, as small streams of white milk could be seen leaking from out of his thoroughly tenderized nipples. Leaning down to sniff at the slumbering behemoth the older male was utterly perplexed when he nose drifted down into the blue behemoth’s groin where his resting sheath and testicles were quietly dangling. Just how was it that a male was able to be female at the same time? The elder behemoth pondered over this question for several minutes before he noticed one of his pups whimpering and the younger blue male rolling over in his sleep to allow the pup to try and find his way to a leaking nipple, to which the pup did. Seeing this and realizing that a new mother had come to save his pups the older behemoth ignored the oddity that was the younger male as he settled down around the other side of the pups, the older male was sure that all of this would make sense once the blue skinned behemoth woke up. \n\nOf course there was one little hurdle to get over first as when the younger behemoth woke up to the cries of the pups his eyes immediately set upon the older male slumbering next to him. Without thought the younger male literally threw himself against the side of the cave wall in fear of the wrath that the elder behemoth would surely unleash upon him. The older male, still somewhat groggy from his slumber, grumbled in annoyance before standing up and shaking himself off. Blinking down at his squealing pups and then over at the shivering male whimpering and huddling in on himself the elder male slowly padded over to blue behemoth and then nudged him forward towards the mewling pups. Confused, the younger male allowed himself to be led back over to the litter and then dropped himself down so that the pups might be able to get an early morning serving of warm milk. \n\nSeveral minutes of silence passed before the golden eyes of the younger behemoth looked over at the larger behemoth in fear and trepidation as he watched the other drag the dead chocobo over to him before backing away slowly. The younger male gazed at the offering for several seconds before looking up at the older behemoth. The elder male let out a chuffing noise when the blue behemoth quickly took a single bite of the meal. And then another. And then another. All the way until there was nothing left of the dead yellow bird. Once his stomach was filled the blue behemoth let out a content rumble before leaning around to wash down the pups. \n\nMeanwhile the elder male watched all of this with a content rumble.\n\nOnce the pups were clean the older behemoth padded over to the younger male and then began licking his face and chin. Startled, the blue behemoth tensed his body in preparation to jump away but the elder male was ready for him. Covering the younger male with his much greater bulk the older behemoth purred at the other before nipping his neck in an obvious show of authority. The blue behemoth whimpered in abject terror but then the tongue that had been licking him moved down the sides of his neck and shoulders. A small croon of pleasure leapt free from the younger behemoth’s throat before he instinctively began to nuzzle the top of his head against the underside of the elder male’s chin, mindful of his horns of course. \n\nAnd that was how the relationship between the pair went for the next several months. With the exception of going out to stretch the younger behemoth remained within the cave with the pups while the older behemoth hunted for food for his pup’s caretaker. Of course with the passing of the seasons the pups were soon big enough to begin eating solid foods. Once the realization that pups no longer had need of him hit the blue behemoth the younger male silently tried to leave the cave where he had spent the past year and a half, however the elder male didn’t want him to leave, as evident by how the other attempted to nudge him back to the litter.
