The thirty year old gray and black furred wolf had himself grown up with an unstable family and so his childhood could be called rough at best. Being bounced around from relative after relative the lupine had seen a lot of things that most people wouldn’t exactly find all that wholesome, but that was just a fact of life for Gary. This was why he was ever so thankful for his uncle Joey growing up. The older wolf had shown him a lot once he had been dropped onto his doorstep out in the middle of bum fuck nowhere. \n\nNow as he looked over the group of kindergartens that were running about outside of the Millwaler Kindergarten school the well dressed lupine let his lips tip upwards into a pleasant smile as he watched the little ones roll around together while laughing, screaming, and cheering their heads off. Gary’s long tail wagged as he caught the scent of youth and innocence and sheer joy that exuded from off of the group of thirty plus little ones that he was watching over today. He then sneezed when a stray bit of grass and pollen wafted into his nose. Gary grumbled slightly as he reached up to rub his large black nose, spring was never that much of a friend of his.\n\nShaking his head so as to not allow the season to deter him from enjoying the scene in front of him the dark brown eyed lupine watched his class run about the large gated field in front of him for several minutes before letting his eyes travel onto one particular youth. Jimmy Kendall was the little one’s name, and he was just as sweet as sweet could be, what with his big brown eyes were just the same shade as the wolf’s own dark orbs. At five years old the red panda looked like a fairly typical member of his species with red face with darker red fur running from his neck down to lower parts of his belly. Gary had only been able to see all of the cub once when he had suddenly woken up from his nap with a dark wet spot on the front of his pants. Gary held the other close for several seconds as he tried to calm the other down from the nightmare that had been chasing after him, the feeling of the much smaller body shivering made his protective lupine instincts flare into existence, as could be heard by the growl he let free as Jimmy huddled close to his body.\n\nOnce the other was calmed down enough Gary took the red panda to the bathroom and then made him strip out from the clothes he had on. The sight of the other’s immature body standing before him as he bundled the five year old’s daywear up into his arms made the lupine drool slightly. Thankfully he was able to compose himself enough to keep from making an inappropriate gesture while Jimmy looked up at him curiously, the last thing he wanted to do was be accused of anything here within the school by some of the security guards more than likely watching from behind the cameras mounted on the bathroom walls, especially considering how radical some of the policies here. Having the cub wait in the bathroom for a moment Gary went to the school’s washing area to both throw the stained garments into one of the washing machines and to grab a spare pair of plain white pants and t-shirt from off of the nearby shelves. \n\nGary chuckled as he thought about how modern things had become during the last ten years. At some of the other kindergartens he had substituted at they often didn’t even have wash areas for accidents like what had happened with Jimmy. Which in itself showed how much things had changed, because the number of times when a cub had thrown up or peed themselves were too numerous to count within his mind. And while he didn’t exactly mind handwashing the soiled clothes he did appreciate the fact that this school had extra sets of clothing for the little ones instead of him having to desperately find some place to let the wet garments dry. Explaining to the schools’ cooks why he needed to use one of the cafeteria’s ovens was not something that he remembered with any fondness. \n\nShaking his head Gary returned to Jimmy, who was patiently waiting on him a few minutes later. Patting the little on his brown wavy hair which traversed down the side of the red panda’s neck the thirty year old substitute handed the cub his new clothes. Watching as Jimmy happily jumped up into place before gently taking them out of his hands Gary smiled with narrowed eyes as he watched the little boy quickly slip the pants over his lower end before throwing the white shirt over the top of his chest. A chuckle escaped from out of the wolf’s muzzle as he noticed the red panda having a hard time with the shoulder cuffs, it seemed as though Jimmy was getting a fair bit longer in the arms than some of his other classmates. Shaking his head the lupine helped to roll the shirt up over the red panda’s arms before patting him lightly on the back. \n\nOnce the cub was dressed once again Gary offered his hand to the red panda. Jimmy happily took it and soon the pair were walking back down the hallways towards the sleeping area. Most of the cubs were still asleep, which, when the wolf turned to look at the wall mounted clock, slightly surprised him. Gary shrugged though. He simply assumed that everyone had tuckered themselves out more than he thought that they would have. It made no difference to him, as he helped Jimmy back over onto his cot and then gently settled him down before turning to see about the other tykes. \n\nThankfully no one needed anything more than to be reassured that they were going to eat again when their friends woke up. For the rest of the day everything went relatively well, with the exception of forgetting to get Jimmy’s clothes back from out of the washer before his mother and father came to pick him up. The pair of red pandas were concerned about why their son was in the school off brand set of clothing when they looked the cub over, the father, Mr. Morris, even going so far as to pull Gary to the side in order to have a one on one conversation with him once the wolf told the other about their son’s nightmare and the accident which followed soon after. Gary couldn’t fault the slightly shorter anthromorph from doing this, as he had come to expect no less from the parents that were paying a very tidy sum to have their tykes looked over by the school, however, the wolf was none too impressed by the older man unapologetically invading his personal space to stare him down.\n\n“You do understand my concern, I hope.” the question was so easily being framed as a threat that Gary would have raised his hackles, had he felt any threat from the other.\n\n“Of course, sir.” The lupine nodded while placing his most sincere look he could muster onto his face. “After all, I am responsible for the lives and well-being of all of these precious little lives, so it makes sense that you would want to be sure that I hadn’t done anything that might be considered a misconductive around them, to which I assure you that I have not and would not do so.” \n\n“Very good.” The older man replied with a tight nod.\n\nGary could only smile though as he looked into the adorably angry face of the red panda who was glaring up at him. He stamped down on the smirk of amusement that threatened to break free from his mental control however, as he didn’t want to insult the man. After calming the other down and then reassuring him that nothing out of the ordinary had happened with Jimmy, and even calmly challenging him to go to the front office and asking to look through the security if he felt that something was wrong, the older red panda settled himself down and then apologize. Because he was the good natured sort Gary merely patted the older man onto his back and then gave him a great big hug to show that all was well. This caught Mr. Morris completely off guard, as he didn’t often get physical affection shown to him by another adult. \n\nAfter rubbing the slightly shorter man’s back for a couple of seconds Gary released the red panda from his embrace and then sent him on his way. The slightly befuddled man turned to family a few seconds later. Once he was gone Gary checked over the rest of the younglings which were still waiting for their parents to arrive to pick them up. The black and grey wolf ended up having to stay around until well passed closing after Mrs. Lancet called down to the school to tell the principal that she would be late picking up her daughter, Caroline, because a meeting had run late. Instead of being annoyed by this Gary simply had the small pink bunny watch some afternoon cartoons within the main room of the building while he cleaned up the area and stuffed Jimmy’s wet clothes into the dryer to dry. When the very exhausted businesswoman came to see about her little darling she was surprised to find Gary coming up to greet her. She was even more surprised to find the thirty year old offering to watch her daughter for her if she were ever going to be late again.\n\n“I’m registered with the safety board here with the state if you need any documentations on me, ma’am.” Gary said after noting the suspicion within the older anthromorph’s slightly narrowed green eyes. Once he pulled out the ID card which call members of the safety board gave out to applicants who based their public test and health and well-being course Mrs. Lancet’s unfriendly gaze softened. \n\nThe pair exchanged contact information after that, with Gary going so far as to ask the older woman out for a luncheon at the local Moonbucks down the street from the school. The well dressed rabbit blushed upon hearing this, and just to make her fluster a little more Gary bowed in an overly dramatic manner before gently taking her soft white furred hand and then kissing it; the lupine could smell the female’s need rise up in between her legs at this. Pulling himself back up to his full height the black and grey wolf nodded to the stunned rabbit which caused her to shake her head and then return to reality. Watching her all but bounce out to the car lot amused Gary to no end, but before he could fully immerse himself within the enjoyment of seeing a prey anthro scamper away he was tapped on the shoulder. \n\nTurning around he looked to see Mr. Mason, the kindergarten principal, looking to him. \n\n“I need to see you in my office.” the blubber covered male said in a voice that was thick with an accent that the wolf had never been able to discern.\n\n“Yes, sir.” Gary saluted making the older anthromorph roll his deep rich black eyes.\n\nClosing the front door of the school behind him Gary swiftly made his way to the walrus’ office. Once inside the quite roomy interior the lupine looked around to see the number of files and other pieces of paperwork which were covering the area. Gary could only shake his head at the mess, his own inner need to begin cleaning everything flared up within his chest but he quickly wrestled it down, as the last thing he wanted to do was to mishandle any of the documents here and thus be accused of something that he did not try and do. Though with that said, the lupine did have to tap his foot in order to show the walrus that both his time and his patience were not unlimited after the larger anthro began shuffling through the refuse which covered his desk.\n\n“Ahh, yes,” Mr. Mason cheered a few seconds later. “here we are!” \n\nGary found himself slightly raising an eyebrow as he looked to the piece of paper which was being thrust into his direction. Going over to take the document from the older walrus the lupine read over the contents filling the page and then made a very surprised noise within the back of his throat. \n\n“I’m a bit surprised that you would be asking me to see to this, sir.” Gary admitted honestly.\n\n“Well, you see, the thing is,” The older man began somewhat nervously. “Mrs. Watson is planning to transfer to another school closer to her home, and so I’m scrambling around a bit to get everything ready for her departure. With that said, I could really use you next week for this.” \n\n“I’d be more than happy to help chaperone, though I must ask, am I getting some extra pay sent my way for this?” While the black and grey wolf loved taking care of cubs, his rent was still at the end of the month, the same as everyone else’s. \n\n“Uhhh…” When the older man began to sweat nervously up at him Gary felt a growl rumbled along the bottom of his throat. \n\n“Sir,” Gary began with a deep menacing bark that caused the walrus to jump slightly. “I hope that you’re planning to try and have me handle this for free on a Saturday no less.” If there was one thing that the wolf held as sacred it was his time off. So someone asking him to sacrifice that had better have been doing so with the full intent of going out of their way, or in this case, deep within their pockets, for his sake. \n\n“O-Of course not!” Mr. Mason chortled. “I just need to find the paperwork for you to sign off on for this little adventure and then I’ll get the ball rolling on some extra grease being sent your way, as it were.” \n\nGary’s face was instantly lit with a smile that could outshine the stars. “That’s wonderful, though,” The black and grey wolf turned to cast his gaze about the very, very junky room and then snorted in obvious disgust. “I think that perhaps I should stick around to help you clean up your office, as I wouldn’t want you to happen to spend too much time looking for the document.” Gary said in a tone that was colder than eyes.\n\nMr. Mason attempted to speak up in protest over this fact, however, when the lupine turned to glare at him with a look that was two steps below feral rage the blubbery anthromorph simply shut his mouth and nodded. \n\nTwo hours later the room was cleaned out and the document that Gary needed to sign was copied and then faxed over to the appropriate people. Walking out of the school building with a tired sigh the lupine stretched his worn muscles high up as they could go before letting out a howl of relief. The noisy reverberations echoed throughout the darkened sky for what felt like an eternity before slowly dying down. Once he had relieved the physical and mental stress which had accumulated throughout the day Gary looked up at the shining moon which was drifting soft white light down on top of his head. At only half full the pretty orb looked like a well cut gemstone as it shone over him, Gary couldn’t help smiling as he gazed up at the half full orb. He was knocked out of his slight daze when the sound of a motorbike roared down the street.\n\nLooking to the east and seeing a familiar looking blue and gold trimmed vehicle racing down the empty street Gary’s long tail began to wag as he walked down the front steps of the building towards the street. Upon getting to the sidewalk the black and grey wolf found himself having to force himself not to pant in happiness as he watched his lover pull up in front of him. The sight of the muscular male wrapped in tight ass hugging leather seated on top of the smooth machine made Gary’s cock throb within his sheath. The other didn’t say anything to him, he simply turned to nod for the other wolf to get on the back of the bike. Gary didn’t say anything to this, he simply followed the silent order he had been given, but only after grabbing the extra helmet which hanging from the attachment which had been mounted onto the still purring motorbike. Once he was safely equipped for the journey ahead Gary climbed onto the back of the machine, careful of his mate’s tail, and then hugged his arms tightly around the other wolf’s muscular waist. \n\nThe pair sped off into the night some minutes later.\n\nFor the next couple of days nothing really interesting happened with Gary. The black and grey wolf simply puttered around the apartment when not on the internet speaking with a few like minded friends of his. Thankfully Rob didn’t really mind him sitting around the house whenever he wasn’t substituting, as there wasn’t a lot of work that someone like Gary could do within the little town that the two lived in. Such was the curse of being in a place where almost everyone knew everyone else; almost all of the jobs were taken by people who had been grandfathered into their respective business, and to those people who weren’t, they were mostly trying to keep themselves busy going whatever they could in order to stay out of trouble and off drugs. It was a sad thing really, but Gary understood that this was just how things went, as small rural places like the town in question were just simply dying. \n\nIt was lucky for the two of them that Rob had been able to get in with the local auto parts store down the street, otherwise both he and Gary knew that they were going to have to move. Well, in truth they were already planning to move out of the state anyway after they handled some business in town, as sad as that was. It didn’t help matters any that the rent on the little apartment that they had settled into was going up, the landlord, a timid little black sheep that wore glasses that looked almost comically big on his face, swore that it wasn’t because he wanted to, but instead that he himself was being pressured by the taxes which were rising every year. Gary wanted to feel sympathy for the other anthromorph, he really did, but he did not enjoy the feeling of stress which crawled over his backside whenever he went over his and Rob’s finances. It was all he could do to manage to budget everything, but there was only so much that both he and his lover could do - and tolerate - when it came to being here.\n\nThankfully with the weekend coming up he and his friends would be getting together to have a little fun together with Rob and a few of his pals. That they were all wolves was something that amused Gary to no end, as his uncle had always teased him about the fact that the best friend a wolf could have was their own, despite him not having too many people he could call friends back where he lived. Gary shook his head as he thought about the older lupine. He really missed the big ball of grey and white fluff. Rubbing his eyes to push pass the tears which were threatening to rise up in his eyes Gary slapped his cheeks twice over before shaking his head. \n\nThere was no time to be sad! \n\nAfter all, he had to get himself ready for the trip that was going to be taking place soon. Just the thought of being able to go out with all of the cubs to the local botanical garden was something that excited him to no end, as could be seen by how his long tail whipped behind his backside like a pinwheel. More than once Rob had snuck up behind him while he was packing his bag to tease and then fondle him along both his chest and in between his legs as he daydreamed about all of the fun that was soon about to be had. \n\n“Babe…” Gary would whine as he felt his larger lover press up against his backside while grinding his very large bulge into the split of his ass. \n\nThe black and gray wolf would try and say something else but Rob always knew how to silence him, usually by nipping his neck with his sharp fangs. Rob would then massage Gary chest and flat belly eliciting soft murmurs from out of the smaller wolf’s throat before pulling himself away. A hot and bothered Gary would then turn to playfully glare at the golden eyed wolf before being tackled to whatever nearby piece of furniture was available. It wouldn’t be long before the biker would be staking his claim both over and inside of the black and grey wolf’s body, the effects of which would always leave Gary feeling quite boneless in the end. \n\n“You’re horrible.” Gary would always chuckle after Rob pulled free from his backside to then shake what creamy residue was left from his now empty nuts onto the submissive wolf.\n\n“And you love me for it.” Rob would return with a wink before going off to do whatever it was that he had done before he had come in to molest his lover. \n\nGary would only shake his head at the bigger male. \n\nThankfully Saturday came soon enough and so Gary didn’t have to worry about his lover’s antics as he was dropped off at the front of the school. A few of the parents which were still around looked to the muscular wolf on the blue and gold bike with a bunch of raised eyebrows but said nothing to Gary as he walked passed all of them up into the building. Making his way to the principal’s office the lupine found Mr. Mason speaking with a security officer just as he opened the door leading into the still cleaned room.\n\n“Ahh, you’re here just in time, Mr. Sanders.” The walrus said as he turned away from the tiger that was staunchly flicking his ropey tail in slight aggravation. “We were just speaking about you.” \n\n“Oh my.” Gary chuckled while stepping up next to the hunky looking striped feline who was silently glaring at him. “I hope it was all good things.” \n\n“I was just asking why you were being allowed on this trip instead of one of the other teachers.” The tiger said quite honestly. Gary instantly found himself liking the other man.\n\n“And as I’ve said before,” Mr. Mason began, drawing both men’s attention back onto himself. “Everyone else was busy with their own plans, and so I decided to take a gamble on Mr. Sanders here and won big.” The walrus chortled making the tiger’s round ears flip down on top of his golden mane of hair.\n\n“All the same, I think it’s rather irresponsible to have someone who has only been working here a total of half of a school year going with the cubs on such a long trip.” The tiger growled while turning to face the black and grey wolf.\n\n“If there’s going to be a problem I can step back from this duty.” Gary said with a look of slight hurt covering his face. \n\n“No no! There’s no problem here.” Mr. Mason blurted out. “Stop being so suspicious of everyone, Donald!” The walrus said in a tone that actually made a shudder run down the back of the Gary’s body.\n\nFor a moment the tiger looked as though he were going to complain but just as soon he bowed his head and then sighed. \n\n“I apologize.” Donald said suddenly. “It’s unfair of me to say such a thing to you.” The security officer said while lifting up his arm to hold out his arm before the other anthromorph. \n\n“It’s alright.” Gary smiled reassuringly. “I can’t say that I’m not slightly hurt by the suspicion, but on the other paw I wouldn’t want you to feel that you can’t do your job around me.” \n\n“Thanks.” Pulling their hands away from one another the two men got a brief refresher on the full details of the field trip about to take place and then turned to leave Mr. Mason’s office. \n\nOnce out of the room the pair quietly chatted between each other as they made their way outside of the building and down to the cubs that were laughing and shouting up a storm. Gary patted Donald on the shoulder as the feline slightly dipped his shoulders upon looking over the group of fifty odd plus cubs which he would have to soon be responsible for. A few minutes later the bus which was going to take them to the botanical gardens showed up making everyone, the parents included, let out an excited cheer. When the doors opened revealing a portly looking calico cat Gary chided some of the children for pointing and laughing at the others before guiding them onto the chrome colored vehicle. Once everyone was safely settled into a seat both Gary and Donald spoke with the driver about their destination, getting a slightly grumpy affirmative from the other before the doors closed and the driver pulled off down the lane.\n\nThe drive was relatively short, seeing as it was a Saturday and the calico cat was pouring on the gas since there was no one out on the streets since it was still so early within the day. Gary was able to keep the cubs relatively quiet, much to a certain tiger’s gratitude, and so once everyone got off of the bus at the front of the botanical garden’s main building was located no one could say that they weren’t in high spirits. Once Gary shepherded everyone inside of the building he made sure to sign in for the cubs at the front desk before breaking the fifty little types up into two groups and then handing one of them off to Donald. The tiger tried not to look annoyed by this but it was hard for him to hide his annoyance with the situation in question. Gary merely patted him on the shoulder in an attempt to comfort him.\n\nWith the feline’s confidence reinvigorated Gary took his group through the west side of the gardens.
