But they weren't standing there by choice, but because they had missed the bus the night before.\nEverything had gone well at the beginning of the trip, with the foursome having reached Truckee, exchanged part of the gold nuggets for cash, made the trip to Reno and managed to purchase tickets for the second leg, to Las Vegas. But as soon as the bus had left, it had to return, due to engine problems, and passengers had to change vehicles, which delayed the trip by three hours.\nThat's why, when the doctor, the warrior, the guardian and the sniper finally disembarked at the next connection point, their bus had already left.
