Saba’s sleepover II

In the next two days, Balto put into order the inside of his boat, thinking that it would do that Saba will not feel ashamed of the home his father. Jenna achieves to get food of dog to use it like an appetizer in the sleepover; this was possible thanks to Jenna's friend: Dipsy.

Balto thought in getting the food from the forest, but he discarded that idea thinking that a dead rabbit would be disgusting for his daughter's friends.

The hoped night finally comes. Saba walks on Nome's streets heading to her mother's house. She was very thrilled thinking about the fun that she and her friends will have. Saba gets close to her mother's house; she observes that Jenna is waiting for her in the main entrance of the house.

“Hi mom” Saba says while she gets close to her mother and rubs her head against her mother's neck. She rubs her head against the head of Saba.

“Tonight is the great night.” Jenna says while she stars to walk in Nome's streets with her daughter.

“Yes, I am so excited” Saba says seeing to her mother.

“I can imagine it. Did your friends obtain the necessary permission?” Jenna asks looking at her daughter that nods. 

“Yes, they are waiting for us near to the boat” Saba says looking at her mother. Both female dogs get out of the town and head toward Balto's boat.

When they come closer to the boat, Jenna and Saba can observe a little group of dogs near to Balto's boat. Jenna and Saba get close to the group; it was the friends of Saba and their parents. 

“Hello” Jenna and Saba says to the group, them greet to the new comers. Saba notices like as the parents of her friends look to her mother with interest.

Saba understands than what her mother spoke with the truth to her. Saba meets with her friends, they start to chat. 

Saba notices that the parents of her friend are looking her mother with desire. It was bothering to Saba, but not that way to Jenna that also noticed about it. She was not showing some sign of irritation about the sights of the males.

“Where is Balto?” Darla's father asks looking at Jenna.

“He will appear in some minutes more” Jenna responds in the meantime they heard steps; they originate of the cover of the boat.

Some moments after Balto's jumps down and greets to the group.

“Can we talk with you a moment?” Taska's father asks looking at Balto. 

“Of course” Balto responds looking at the parents. They walk away some steps next to the Boat, they wait for Balto.

“Jenn. Why you do not show the girls the place?” Balto asks looking at Jenna, she nods.

She, Saba and her friends get on the boat deck while Balto was looking at them with a smile. Balto goes where the parents are waiting for him. Balto met them and sits to listen what they are going to say.
 
“What do you want to speak with me?” Balto asks looking at the four dogs.

“It is about of this night” the father of Akira answers.

“We want to request that you be careful and considerate with our daughters.” Kaisa's father says while he looking at Balto. 

“They are not experienced and it's possible that something happens tonight...” Akira's father says looking at Balto. He opens his eyes with surprise to understand what the four dogs are suggesting.

“Come on, they are your daughters” Balto says looking at the four dogs. They look at him mockingly.

“Balto, if Darla would not be my daughter, I myself would try to do it with her” Beimar the Darla's father says looking to Balto. The parents of Kaisa and Taska back up to Beimar just like Maver.

“Okay; even if it is possible, I would not attempt anything with your daughters because Jenna is with me.” Balto says looking his four friends.

“Maybe she would encourage you to do it.” Taska's father says. 

The dogs laugh included Balto, he knows that Jenna never would not consent it, but the idea of something like that happens is not disagreeable for him.

“Besides if happen, we would have more access to your beautiful daughter.” Max says looking at Balto.

“And to your mate.” Maver says looking at Balto.

“Keep dreaming guys.” Balto says looking at the four dogs that again laugh. 

The four dogs decide that it is time of leaving; they say good-bye to Balto and go away on the way to Nome. Balto begins to walk heading to the boat, he thought about the conversation that he had with his friends.

Balto recognizes that Saba and her friends were beautiful like any young female dog same as Jenna when she was young. Balto could not believe that his friends give him permission to act with their daughters. That perturbed and thrilled Balto at the same time while he climbed the thick board.

Balto walks to the bridge, Balto enters in the lithe fourth that it was the bridge; he heads toward the stairs that are close to the bridge's posterior part.

Balto goes down the stairs toward the first level and stops to observe surroundings.

He smiles to see a little bed for dogs prepared in a nearby place to the stair, Balto and Jenna will use it to spend that night side by side.

Balto surrounds the stair and begin to descend towards to the hold where the sleepover will be realized. Balto can hear the laughs that came from the hold, he enters in it. 

Balto smiles seeing his daughter and her friends are exploring the place.

Some lamps illuminate the place; there are bowls with water and food.

“Is everything okay?” Balto asks while he gets close to Jenna was sitting observing as the girls went over the whole hold. Balto sits near Jenna, she nuzzles him affectionately.

“Yes, you did a nice work.” Jenna says smiling and looking at Balto. Saba comes closer to them while her friends sit and star to talk.

“Saba” Balto says looking his daughter. She gets close to Balto and rubs her head against his neck. 

“Thanks dad” Saba says looking at Balto. He smiles at her affectionately.

“You're welcome Saba.” Balto says looking at his daughter lovingly. Balto sees that the girls call to Saba insistently.

“Go with them, your father and I will be in the superior level in case that you need something.” Jenna says looking at Saba.

Saba nods with and walks to the place where her friends awaited for her.

Balto and Jenna look at Saba some moments before to head toward the stairs and go up by them to the superior level. When they arrive there they head toward the bed. 

Both dogs lean back side by side.

“Do you believe that we will sleep tonight?” Balto asks looking at Jenna that laughs smoothly.

“I hope so.” Jenna says hearing the sounds of expressions of fun that came from the inferior level.

For Balto and Jenna seemed very obvious to them that their daughter and her friends were playing some type game.

“What it was that Beimar and the other ones spoke with you?” Jenna asks looking at Balto.

“They wanted to request to me that I take care of their daughters very well, you know as us worried about our treasures.” Balto responds looking at Jenna. She laughs smoothly hearing Balto.

“That is truth, what will happen when Saba gets her own family?” Jenna asks looking at Balto.

“I will be very proud of her” Balto responds looking at his mate. Jenna looks at with a smile. 

“I wonder about they are chatting.” Balto says to Jenna.

“Certainly of boys, when I was young, Dixie and I chatted very often on that theme comparing each male of Nome.” Jenna responds laughing impishly and looking at Balto. 

He smiles to his mate.

“Do you no longer do it?” Balto asks looking at Jenna. She raises an eyebrow by Balto's question.

“I am no longer am interested in that, I am a married female.” Jenna says trying to show herself like a victim. Balto laughs smoothly and rubs his snout against Jenna's right ear.

“That does not impede that you chat of males, especially about Dante.” Balto says looking at Jenna. She looks at him surprised.

“Why you mention him?” Jenna asks in a low voice.

“For the same reason that Saba and her friends should be chatting about him, I know about Dante's attempts to seduce you.” Balto says looking at Jenna. She looks at him timidly.

“How you knew it?” Jenna asks looking at her mate.

“Jenn is not difficult to see it, he is like his father” Balto responds looking at Jenna. She is in silence.

“Jenn, I know that that you have hidden it to me all this time, because you are afraid that something bad happens, but you should not get worried by me. I do not give importance to Dante attempts” Balto says looking at Jenna. She looks at him surprise.

“Don't you worry about it or don't you bother it?” Jenna asks looking at Balto. He denies it with the head.

“Yes, it bothers me, but it does not worry to me. Dante has failed and I believe that he will not have success because you will not follow his play” Balto answers looking at Jenna.

She smiles happy, she kisses Balto very thanked by the confidence that Balto has deposited in her.

In the meantime Saba and her friends had stopped the game and they are sitting in circle speaking about Nome's males.

“Your brother Kody is very sexy.” Kaisa says looking at Saba. All of them laugh by her friend's affirmation. 

“Kodi?” Saba asks mockingly.

“Yes, it is truth, he has a great physique.” Kaisa says looking at Saba. Akira and Taska back up Kaisa.

“Yes, but he is with my sister.” Darla says looking at her friends.

“You are right; I believe that they can start to discharge my brother of your future dates.” Saba says laughing and looking at Akira.

Taska and Kaisa begin to laugh so equal that to Darla, the young female dogs laugh some moments more.

“What about Dante? What do you think about him?” Akira asks looking at her friends.

“He seems very good-looking to me.” Kaisa responds looking at her friends. They agree with her less Saba. She shows an unfriendly face when she hears the name of Steele's son.

“What do you think, Saba?”  Darla asks.

“The truth is that he does not like me.” Saba says looking at her friends. They ask the reason of her displeasure to Saba. She takes her time to respond.

“It is not a secret that my father and Steele are sworn enemies.” Saba says looking at her friends. They listen attentively to Saba.

“Dante is so arrogant like his father, he and my father competed for the love of my mother that finally chose to my father. Dante also tries to get close to my mother.” Saba says looking at her friends.

They get surprise by what they listen.

“Dante has tried to seduce my mother in several occasions, but she has not yielded, my mother maintain this in secret this because she is afraid that my father try to settle this with Dante or Steele.” Saba says looking at her friends.

The group is in silence. The friends look at each other without saying but one word.

“Better let's move on to another theme Kaisa.” says looking at her friends. They agree with her.

“Did anything interesting happen to you these days?” Akira asks looking at her friends.

“I saw my parents making love.” Darla responds looking at her friends. They gasp feeling surprise.

“Did you really saw them?” Taska asks incredulous looking at Darla. She nods while she observes like her friends are looking at her with surprise and interest reflected in their faces. 

“Did they not notice that you were observing them?” Kaisa asks looking at Darla. She responds negatively.

“No, they were more interested in their task.” Darla says looking at her friends.
 
“Did you see your father's cock?” Taska asks looking at Darla, she gets surprise.

“Come on Saba, although attempt it.” Taska says looking at Saba. The rest of the females do back up her.

“All right, but I do not promise anything.” Saba says yielding to the insistence of her four friends. They get excited a lot.

Saba gets up and heads toward the stairs. She goes up by them.

Saba gets to the superior level and sees around, she sees to her parents. They are pitched lovingly.
“Ehmmm ...” Saba says looking at her parents. They stop their activity and sees to Saba.

“Something bad happens, Saba?” Jenna asks looking at Saba. She gets close to the place where Balto and Jenna are, Saba stops some steps forward her parents.

“Ehh ... Mom, the girls and I considered that maybe you wanted to join us, it is a night girls... well....” Saba says conspicuously with inconvenience. Jenna smiles seeing at her daughter that tried to look for adequate words.

“I would like it, but I do not want to leave alone to your father” Jenna says looking at Saba.

“It will have a really good time for you.” Balto says looking to Jenna. She looks at Balto with some surprise. 

“Are you sure?” Jenna asks looking at Balto. He nods.

“Besides you could tell me the gossips.” Balto responds looking at Jenna. She punches him playfully before getting up and following Saba toward the stairs. They descend by the stairs.

When Jenna gets to the inferior level, she sees as her daughter's friends look content of she was there. Jenna and Saba get close to the group, Akira and Darla moves for Jenna and Saba. They sat among them; the group again forms a circle.

“My daughter told me that you wanted me join to.” Jenna says smiling smoothly.
 
“Yes Mrs. Jenna, we thought that someone with more experience like you would be able to talk to us lot things of life.” Taska says looking at Jenna. She laughs smoothly.

“With pleasure, but just call me Jenna, ok?” Jenna asks looking at the young female dogs. They nod.

“Well, what were you talking about?” Jenna asks looking at Saba and the rest of the female dogs. They look among them with inconvenience.

“About boys” Darla responds rapidly looking at Jenna.

The girls sigh of relief because they did not know how to begin the subject that they wished to speak with Jenna. They think that the best beginning was planning to talk about boys.

“Boys, it is a good subject.” Jenna exclaims looking at Saba and their friends than laugh with her.

“About whom you were talking about?” Jenna asks looking at Darla.

“About Kodi” Akira responds looking at Jenna.

“Kodi, he is very good-looking dog, besides he has his father's force to pull sleighs. I think that he will be your sister's mate,” Jenna says looking at Darla. She nods.

“Every time that I say the word Kodi, my sister Dusty begins to daydream.” Darla says looking at her friends. They laugh impishly just like Jenna.

“That is love, every moment it is with you even if who you love is far away.” Jenna says looking at the girls.

“How you and Balto became mates?” Akira asks looking at Jenna with expectation just like the rest of the girls.

“Well it was not everything so fast as often is believe, many dogs think that immediately after the epidemic of diphtheria I became the mate of Balto. But that was no true.” Jenna says looking at Akira and the rest of the group.

“I was young when I come to Nome with to my girl, in my first day I meet to Dixie and Sylvie. They introduced me to the rest of the Nome's dogs, I mean Sylvie, Dixie and Steele's gang” Jenna says looking at the young female dogs.

 “One day I was with them, I saw Balto walking by the opposite extreme of the street. I ask them who he was; they said me that he was a half wolf called Balto. Steele and his gang began to insult Balto.” Jenna says looking at the girls. They get surprise just like Saba.

“Steele and his friend incited me to do it as I did not want to lose their friendship; I made it.” Jenna says with repentance in her voice. 

“That night I not slept well feeling guilty to humiliate Balto, his life was already very difficult and I treated him badly too” Jenna says looking at her daughter. 

“On the next day I find out where Balto lived and I decided to apologize to him.” Jenna says looking at the young female dogs' group. They listen to her attentively.

“I was feeling worried to go out of the town, but I felt obligated to apologize to Balto. As I come closer to his boat, I came across Boris...” Jenna says in the meantime she evoked the memories of that day.

Jenna got close to Balto's antique boat. She was feeling restless and did not know what to find there. Jenna approaches and sees a Goose near to the boat.

“Hey, Hello” Jenna says to the Goose that turns over himself to see Jenna.

“I am looking for a dog called Balto, do you know him?” Jenna asks looking at the goose.
 
“Yes, he is my wing's splinter since he was a pup.” The goose responds looking at Jenna. She looks at him with certain surprise and sees like the goose stars to laugh in front of Jenna. 

She not understood him; she thought that that bird should be crazy.

“Do you know him or not?” Jenna asks with irritation.

“Sorry; he lives here, but in these moments he is not here” the goose answers looking at Jenna.

“Where is he?” Jenna asks looking at the Goose.

“He is looking for food. If you want you can expect him in the boat.” The goose responds looking at Jenna. She accepts the proposal.

Jenna uses a thick board to get the deck of the boat.

Jenna observes everything; she goes into what once was the fishing boat's bridge. She sees a blue blanket and a water bowl that certainly belongs to Balto. 

Jenna takes pity about Balto; she had a comfortable bed and a comfortable home unlike Balto. He just has a water bowl and a blue blanket that is not a good help in the crude winters of Alaska. 

Jenna studies the bridge some moments until she listen voices that came from the place where the Old Russian Goose was.

“Hey boy, you have visits.” the Goose says very thrilled.

“Did you say visits? Who would visit me?” Balto asks that seemed astonished by the goose's words. Jenna listens clearly.

“She is a beautiful female dog; you have a lot of things for to do in Nome.” The goose says with suspicious in his voice.

“Come on Boris. What would want a beautiful female dog with one starving dog like me?” Balto asks comically. Jenna gets surprised hearing the words of Balto.

“If you do not believe me, assure by yourself.” The goose says. 
Some moments later, Balto enters at the cabin and sees to Jenna with surprise. 

“Hello” Jenna says looking at Balto. Jenna swallows hard when she sees that Balto has a dead rabbit's body in his mouth.

Balto walks toward the stairs and step down by them toward an inferior level while Jenna was looking at him. Some minutes later Balto returns to the bridge.

“Hello” Balto says while he gets close to his bowl and drinks some water.

“I am new at the town, my name is Jenna. I hope that you remember me, we saw to each other yesterday.” Jenna says looking at Balto. 

He scratches his neck.

“Yes, how forget to you.” Balto says while he finished scratching his neck. Balto's words swoop down very deep inside of Jenna. She realizes that Balto does not like her.

“I came to apologize by the way I treated to you.” Jenna says looking at Balto. 

Jenna sees that Balto was looking at her.

“Were you in the group of Steele, weren’t you?” Balto says looking at Jenna. She nods.

“You should not apologize; clearly you did not make it because you desired it neither wanted to do it.” Balto says looking at Jenna. She feels relieve seeing that Balto forgives her.

“Besides you are one Husky of pure race, I am a mixed so I do not see why you should apologize.” Balto says looking at Jenna. She looks at him with certain surprise.

“My mother told me that anyone deserve respect for my part no matter what or who they were” Jenna says looking at Balto. He looks at her and smiles.

“My mother would certainly agree with yours.” Balto says. 

He walks some steps and observes by the window toward Nome's town. Jenna was looking at him. She wants to ask him about his family, but he answers her in advance.

“My mother and my brothers were assassinated by hunters” Balto says with melancholy and sadness in his voice.

Jenna looks at him with surprise. She only could have an idea of the Calvary that Balto suffered since he was a pup.

“What about your father?” Jenna asks.

“My father is Boris the goose that you saw. To my biological father almost I not remember him, he disappeared forgetting of his family.” Balto says looking at Jenna.

“I suppose that I should offer you something like good host” Balto says looking at Jenna.

“It is not necessary; my girl will give some food.” Jenna says looking at Balto that is not offended by of the educated rejection of Jenna. She decides that it is moment of going to her home.

She says good-bye says to Balto and goes out to the deck; she jumps and says good-bye to Boris. She goes away toward Nome. 

Balto was observing her from the deck feeling something strange inside him.

“Were the brothers and Balto's mother assassinated?” Darla asks with surprise while she looks at Jenna. She nods with the head while Saba and the rest of her friends were looking at her mother attentively.

Saba didn’t know about her father's family, she only knows something about his grandmother called Aniu.

“Balto's mother was assassinated just like his brothers and sisters, he not is very sure because in the attack the confusion reigned in his clan; he believes that they are dead.” Jenna says looking at her daughter's friends.

“When was your first kiss with Balto?” Kaisa asks looking at Jenna. She smiles smoothly.

“Well, it would be able to be said that it was in a run in stocking of sleigh, he always looked for the way of could have seen races. One day while I and my girl observed the race, the skin cap of Rosy dropped it going to stop in middle of the road of the dogs of sleigh. Balto to saw that, he entered on the road and achieved recover Rosy's cap before it were destroyed.” Jenna says looking at the girls.

“When I and my girl went back home, Balto got out of the alley running, he braked when he saw me and our noses touched.” Jenna says looking at Akira and the girls that laugh mischievously.

“Did Dad plan everything?” Saba asks looking at her mother.

“No, apparently he fled away from the Steele and his gang.” Jenna responds looking at her daughter. She looks at her in silence.

“Steele... did he besiege Balto a lot?” Akira asks looking at Jenna.

“Yes, Balto was who won the race of the dogs to conform the team to bring back the medicine, but Steele achieved to impede that Balto got in the team.” Jenna responds looking at Akira. She notices that Jenna is angry against Steele, Saba feels the same thing.

“What was the best moment that you remind before to be the mate of Balto?” Darla asks looking at Jenna.

“Although it seems contradictory, it was in the epidemic of diphtheria.” Jenna responds.

“It was a night while I saw by the hospital's window, I found myself worried by Rosy. In that moment Balto got close to me. He clearly wanted to invite me to have a Date, but I found myself worried by my girl so he told me that he knew a way to know what happens with Rosy” Jenna says.

“Balto guide me to the posterior part of the hospital. From there we entered to the hospital's downside” Jenna says looking at the girls.

“Didn't you tell them about what there is there?” Jenna asks looking at Saba. She laughs.

“No, I did not have opportunity.” Saba says looking at her friends. They look at her with a lot of curiosity.

“What is there is under the hospital?” Darla asks looking at Saba and Jenna.
 
“The Aurora Borealis” Jenna responds looking at her daughter. She smiles just like her.

“Did you really saw the he Aurora Borealis?” Kaisa asks surprise and nonbeliever about Jenna's answer. She nods.

“Balto knows a trick that apparently he learned from his father; He takes many broken many-colored glass bottles and uses a lamp to illuminate them. When the light through the bottles, the aurora borealis is projected” Jenna responds looking at her daughter's friends.

“In that place Balto and I we spent a long time side by side. You and your brothers loved to go to the hospital's downside, it isn't so?” Jenna asks looking at her daughter. She nods.

“The first time that we entered, we felt fear, but dad showed us the aurora borealis. We always wanted to return there” Saba says looking at her mother.

“Our first date was after the epidemic, when Rosy was better and I could be more calm about her.” Jenna says looking at her daughter's friends.

“That day Balto said that he wanted to show me something, he guided me to a cave in the inside of the forest near Nome. I was frightened because I never before there was the forests by the dangers that are there.” Jenna says looking at Kaisa and the rest of female dogs. They look at Jenna with a lot of attention.

“When we got to the cave, Balto requested to me that I enter first. I walked by a tunnel while Balto followed me, while we walked I was getting ready” Jenna says with somewhat broken voice.

“Getting ready?” Darla asks confused.
 
“To give my body to Balto” Jenna responds looking at Taska and the rest of the friends of her daughter. They get surprised just like Saba because she could not believe what her mother said.

“I trusted Balto, but I knew that he was not with a female, at least of the town. A long time without fulfilling your impulses is a little hard for a dog, even more to a wolf. So I supposed that Balto took me there to have me at his disposition.” Jenna says looking at the young female dogs. They look at her surprise and in silence.

“If that happened I would not deny it to him. I would allow to Balto rape me in the way that he liked and how much he desired. He saved my girl so I felt obligated to repay what he made.” Jenna says looking at her daughter. Saba looked at her in silence.

“When I came at the end of the tunnel, I felt myself like one stupid. Finally I knew Balto's true intentions, I had to have supposed that he would never try to take advantage of me because he is big-hearted and a very kind guy” Jenna says looking at her daughter. She smiles.

“What was in the cave?” Darla asks to Jenna

“A beautiful spectacle like the boreal lights that Balto showed me in the hospital. In the cave were quartz crystals that were illuminated by the rays that seeped in through a crack at the cave. They colors danced by the cave's wall illuminating drawings made by people thousands of years ago.” Jenna says looking at her daughter.

Saba like her friends is trying to imagine the spectacle that Jenna had mention.

“In our following dates, Balto brought me flowers, even being winter epoch, I did know from where he took out flowers, but  after some time  he told me  that he brought them from a cave where the heat that stemmed from the ground was so intense that allowed that flowers grow.” Jenna says looking at the young female dogs.

“At the most I dated with Balto; I did learn more of the beautiful places that are in Nome's surroundings.” Jenna says looking to his daughter. 

Akira and the rest of the females listen to attentively while they sigh hearing one of the stories more romanticists that they heard in their life.

“In one of those walks, did dad propose you marrying him?” Saba asks looking at her mother. Jenna laughs smoothly.

“No, one day your father and I were in the boiler room with other dogs, he and I enjoyed our mutual company. Steele entered and tricked of Balto saying that he was very silly continuing dating me instead asking me to be his mate.” Jenna says.

“Your father and I were bothered too much. In that moment, he proposed to me be his mate, I said yes.” Jenna responds.

“I neither your father were happy, both of us said what we said only to shut up to Steele. When you father took me to my home, we not talked about what happened at the boiler room. The next day I had a date with Balto, when I went out to welcome him I got surprised because he was leant on the floor with their ears retracted with an entreating look. Jenna says.

“Ahead of him there were a bunch of flowers and diamond with a rope like collar” Jenna says looking at her daughter.

Saba gets surprise just like the rest of the girls.
