So I decided to make a character to not only explain her connection to the Azimuth family but also how she ended up in Bogon with no knowledge of the uprising. But I didn't want to make him look exactly like Angela (like Insomniac did with Ratchet and Kaden) because children aren't supposed to be carbon copies of their parents with minor differences. I decided to rely on them sharing a few key traits to show they're related. \n\nOriginally I had a long story all thought up but decided fuck that and just to summarize. Basically Lorna met Keaton when he visited her school on Vapedia with his mother while she was there to run an errand. They settled down after they finished their studies in University (Keaton became an Archeologist and Lorna became a Genetics Doctor) and then had Angela a year after their wedding. When Tachyon came around they became nervous and suspicious, especially since Alister seemed to be the only one supporting him, and put together an emergency escape plan should things go wrong. In secret the two purchased an escape shuttle and stored it in the backyard with a cloaking device so nobody would know about it. It came into good use because just a few months after they purchased it the Uprising happened and they managed to flee to the Bogon galaxy with their family in tact. The two eventually found jobs at Megacorp and managed to settle down peacefully thanks to their safety being secured by Mr. Fizzwidget.
