Shaun’s Mini adventure\n“I want to be just like my dad!” – Shaun\n---\nIt was getting to be a bit of a cold night but lucky not cold enough for the need of a coat. It was definitely not going to keep the young children from going out tonight. The one special night those little children have an excuse to go door to door bugging adults about candy by the magic words of trick or treat. The one night that the children’s imagination can run wild giving them any kind of costumes, the only limits are what the child’s mind can think up. Tonight was Halloween.\n“Dad,” the little ten year old tiger yelled. He was in the back of the car with his adopted brother and he looked outside seeing the kids going around trick or treating they was going to get their turn as soon as their father would park.\n“Yeah Shaun?” Decker asked looking at him in the mirror for a few seconds.\n“I want to go alone this year, I’m not 9 anymore,” he spoke to him softly looking at his dad through the mirror.\n“Well I know that son, but there are still dangers all around,” The father answered back. \n“I have friends that I’ll be with and I know the rules no going into somebody’s house they could be dangerous. 2. The haunted mansion

“Sooo bored,” Dequarius spoke. The horse went by Dez. He was with his friends of the cool people also called the bullies by some of the cubs around. The group had just finished TPing a house that the family was out tonight the one night they should have someone stay at home to watch the house. It was of course Halloween.
“Well we could go actually trick or treating,” Brad spoke. He was a big bear and a bit pudgy. But his size was nothing to laugh at he would still pauperize anyone that joked about it and he was serious.
“Oh please you and walking?” Chris spoke. He was a Cheetah and quick on his feet. Brad growled at him.
“Hey calm down you two,” Josh said. He was a hyena and the former leader of the bullies until he stopped bullying but still hanged around. Larry noticed Josh was hanging around him a lot lately but for some reason he didn’t mind.
“Besides you want to go around begging for candies in the traditional ways of adults making children beg for candy in such a way that if the children doesn’t get a candy he threatens to play a trick on the adult?” the new leader spoke a leopard named Alexander. “Besides we are bullies, we take what is ours so it’s easier for us to just take candies from random children we find,”
“Smart one boss why we call you Ace,” Vincent spoke. He was the Doberman and rough build tough like a real soldier the backbone of the group.  “Your way better then Josh was,”
“What was that?” Josh asked.

“I’m going to…” Josh pounced on Vincent was about to throw a punch when Alexander stopped him.

“Fine but why does he still hang around us if he’s not with the group?” Vincent asked.
“That’s because he is in love with Chris,” Alexander said.

“You do, see you’re all blushy,” the Doberman said chuckling.
“Oh I’m going to get you,” the hyena tried to pick a fight with Vincent again. Chris giggled and Dez smirked at the Cheetah.
“After we are done with I know a perfect place to crash, what they say is a haunted mansion,” the horse spoke. Ace let the two boys up.
“Oh that place where the boy died when his room self-combusted?” Ace asked.
“That’s the one, the perfect place to eat up and tell ghost stories,” the horse answered. They all nodded in agreement and then set out stealing candies from other boys. Once they were finished with all their hunting other kids candies they started heading to the mansion.
They went past a creepy crackling gate. The bear was creeped out, “guys, you sure we should have came here?”
“What you are wimping out on us?” Vincent asked.
“Ah no it’s just I have a bad feeling about this,” He said.
“Come on it’s not that bad,” Ace told as he led them inside the mansion. Once everyone stepped in a small gust of wind blew and the doors closed.
“Yeah that wasn’t creepy,” Brad said shivering in his jeans and rolled his eyes.
“Oh come on that was just the wind,” Chris said. Ace led them to a room.
“Hey guys I think this is the room the boy was in look at how it’s all burned everywhere,” he said. The group of boys sat down on the floor and ate their candies they stole and told ghost stories. The time passed until eleven o’clock and the cheetah was telling his story. Since he was telling his story he was the only one with their flashlights on as the other boys watched him tell it.
“Son then the wolf stabs the ghost, but what he didn’t know he was actually stabbing his sister,” the light went out, “Huh? What’s with this thing,” the Cheetah noticed and flipped the switch a few times before hitting it on the bottom before it turned back on, “Oh there it goes,” he put it back to his face and the other five jump back spooked, “What? My story isn’t that scary,”
“Be-behind you,” Dez said.
“What?” he stood up turning around looking, “I don’t see anything,”
A new voice spoke “Oh? Let me help you,” behind the horse a few fire balls popped up above a ghostly fox cub hands. He was see through but the fire looked real.
“Ghost!” they each screamed and ran out the room. The ghost laughed as the boys ran to another dark room. They all now turned their flashlights on.
“I think we lost it,” Vincent said. They all were breathing hard.
“Yeah what was that?” Brad asked he was panting harder than the others and went over to sit down.
“I don’t know, but I don’t think he’ll be around here this place is huge,” the ghost spoke and appeared in front of Brad. They all screamed and ran out but brad was in the chair, “geez what is their problem?” he smiles.
“Yo-you’re a ghost,” he yelped.
“So I’ve heard,” he smiles, “let me help you,” the fox cub moved closer and moved the bear’s arms to lock to the chair then his legs.
“Hey let me go” he squirmed trying to get free.
“Make sure your hand and feet stay in place and you’re locked in securely enjoy the ride,” he smiles hitting a lever and the floor below the chair tilts to one side and he finds the chair sliding down a slide, he screams in panic. “AAHHHHH!”
“Was that brad?” Josh asked.
“Yeah, he didn’t make out of the room?” the Doberman asked they all raced back to the room. Once the boys entered they didn’t see the boy at all nor notice the chair was missing.
“Ummm maybe he went to a different room,” Ace said, “let’s split up into groups, hmmmm. We can’t have josh and Chris together because they are lovers…”
“Hey!” Both boys yelled. “We don’t love each other,” both said.
“I’ve decided that Vincent and Josh will go together. Chris, Dez and I will be another,” He told.
“What!? I’ll rather be with Dez,” Josh said. Ace walked away.
“Groups final,” he said as he was the leader of the group, “If you wanted say you should have stayed leader,” He remarked and pulled the cheetah and horse with him. The three exited first, “alright we will go left and you other two go right,” he told them. Josh growled but went with Vincent.
The two made their way through where they was supposed to go looking in doors as they traveled the mansion in hopes to find Brad. Vincent looked back at Josh as they walked down the hall, “Well I’m sorry about being a Dick earlier,” he said.
“It’s alright, I forgive you, and Ace is a good friend,” He said as they went into a room, “Brad?” josh yelled. They heard a noise in the room. “Huh?” they pointed the light where they heard the noise. They saw movement under the bed in the room.
“Um you go check,” Vincent told.

He looked under couldn’t see anything from the under curtain so he slowly lifted the fabric up. He couldn’t see much either he flashed the light inside and some eyes was saw he got spooked even more but soon the eyes ran after him he falls back against the wall and a mouse came out from under the bed.
“AAhh!” he said as he fall back against a wall and felt his heart beating. Vincent was laughing his butt off.
“Hahaha you got scared by a little mouse,” he hits his legs.
“Hey! I don’t see you doing this,” Josh breathing hard he got a chance to get up. “So he’s not there.” Josh spoke, “Let’s keep hunting,” he said as they went through more places and then found the entrance.
“Maybe he left,” Vincent said and Josh nodded going to the door. Josh tried opening it but it wouldn’t budge, “Huh? It’s heavy or stuck!” he said.
“Or you’re getting weak, it’s not that hard to open a door,” Vincent said pushing Josh to the side and tried himself with all that raw power and still it didn’t move. “Not only does it seem locked but it seems something is holding it there.” They started hearing the ghost laugh and his head peeps out.
“Heheahahah, found you!” He said with an evil grin. They scream and ran off.
Ace, Chris and Dez was looking through rooms on the other side of the house. “Brad, Brad!” Chris yelled around as they looked through the rooms. Ace was lagging behind soon he sneaks off.
“Sorry guys but I have my own agenda,” he grins and went into the shadows.
“Oh where did Ace run off to I swear I’m going to kill him if he’s playing a prank,” Chris said hissing.
“I don’t know let’s just rest here a while,” the horse leans back accidently tripping something causing him to fall throw the wall as a trap door.
“Dez!” The cheetah yelled as he went to see anything could trip the wall but found nothing.
“Don’t worry I’m safe I’ll find my way back to you hold on,” Dez yelled back to him.
“Ok,” Chris answered back.
Back with Josh and Vincent, “Josh, come here,” Vincent told and the hyena ran over, “look at this room full of dolls,”
“Yeah someone was a big fan of dolls,” they both laughed and then left the room. When they was getting close to the end of the place the ghost fox appeared in the middle of the two.
“Boo!” he said they both jumped back and both Josh and Vincent was separated, “you better run before I catch you,” he ran after josh. “What?” Before Chris could stop him the ghost goes into his body and takes over possessing him. The fight didn’t take long the ghost always wins in a possession fight. He grinned. “Hahahahah this will be fun.”
Josh felt down on his luck. Not only he hasn’t found Bruce but has lost Vincent. If he found the others how would he explain this to them he sighed as he walked the hallways. Wasn’t too long he saw Chris, “hey Chris!” he was happy and he ran up to him and hugged him. “Huh where is Ace and Dez?”
“We need to talk about that lets go into a room,” Chris said.
“Alright,” they went into a room with a bed, “alright what’s wrong, where are Ace and Dez?”
“Nothing, they are being punished just like the others that disturbed me,” Chris said in a different voice.
“Hey do-don’t use that voice do-don’t scare me,” he said as he walked back to a wall and Chris pinned him against it soon he snapped his fingers and Josh’s clothing disappeared and a gag was placed over his mouth.
