", "writing": "Chapter I: After School \t\n\nAdrian Walked down the empty halls, it was already after school, but no one would be here only a few students who are up for detention at most, but he just couldn't stop himself from looking over his shoulder, his pointy red ears twitching, finger?s fiddled around with a note between his paws he had found it in his locker earlier today. \n\nIt was an invitation he received from Dan the snow leopard from his class, Dan was always a nice dude he hung around with him from time to time but preferred to be alone. He wondered what he wanted from him so late at the schools Lounge.\n\nHe could only imagine. a school project of some sort? Nah... none of the teaches gave any tasks lately... had he missed something important like a birthday or something he thought. \n\nHis mind instantaneously switched to the assumption they were angry with him. Making him more nervous with each step he took through the halls towards the lounge, thinking of what he could have done to upset them. His mind bouncing inside of him from left to right back and forth.\n\nHis hearth started pounding in his chest hands began to sweat. His mind Questioning ``what have you done now again'' \n\nAnd then he stopped. the door to the lounge towering before him the handle almost mocking him heart still just pounding away thoughts continued to bounce\n\nOnly thing he could think was to get out of that trying to come up with reasons to cancel the meeting, ``maybe you just didn't feel good today or your grandma got sick'' ``yeah wow what a pathetic excuse'' he thought to himself.\n\nIt looked like the door weighs hundreds of kilos... but now he was here, was he? \n\nSo, he took a deep breath and started pushing down the handle, to his surprise no one was there at least not on the ground floor...\n\n``Hey Adrian... up here'' a familiar voice said, a quick turn of his head revealed it was in fact the tall snow Leopard who was speaking from the top of the spiral stairs to his left.\n\nA warm smile and a wave greeted the fox the green-eyed Leopard didn't seem to be angry to his surprise.\n\n``Hey Dan'' Adrian said in his confusion mixed with slight shock\n\nDan just grinned and said ``Come up, Marvin is here too, we almost thought u wouldn't come''\n\nThe Lounge was built just at the start of this year, it had a small library and reading corner on the lower floor and a few couches on the upper floor. students used it to relax during breaks or to study in peace and quiet, but no one would come here on a Friday after school.\n\nAdrian made his way up the stairs and towards the far end of the second floor where Marvin the Border Collie and Dan the Snow Leopard already sat on the corner couch looking out the window.\n\n``Hey man how u doing'' Marvin said with a warm smile.\n\n``Good... I guess'' Adrian half heatedly answered while sitting on the far end away from the two boys\n\n``You guess?'' Dan added\n\n``Yeah that's what I do during exams as well, it has it work out someday'' Adrian Said with a chuckle\n\n``Soooo... uhhhm... what's that note about? In my locker u know?'' Adrian Clenched his teeth behind a smile and thought ``real smooth idiot''\n\n``We wanted to hang around a bit we haven?t done something in a while'' Dan said, while Marvin Confirmed that with a nod and a big smile ``Good to see you again'' he Added.\n\n``Also, good to see you and yes it was a while since we were together'' Adrian said while he moved a bit closer to them. ``So, what are u guys up to lately? Anything new?''\n\n``Well, uhhm... say you... uhm...'' Dan begun to stutter\n\n``You heard about Mike he got his ass handed to him by Clair after Picking on her ... again'' Marvin swept in while relief quickly entered Dan?s face.\n\n``I mean the guy is a real cunt he got It coming'' Adrian said with a smirk ``So any reason you Picked the School lounge on a Friday to meet up here and not by one of you guys at home'' he asked while leaning back and looking out the window.\n\n``It's a nice place don't you think? Adrian answered, ``What u got?'' while Marvin continued to rummage through his. ``No Funny juice but coke and shit... I mean... like the liquid'' \n\nDan and Adrian just grinned away ``yeah sure coke is fine'' Adrian said while sliding closer to the two.\n\n``Cheers gentleman'' Dan Proclaimed raising his can up in the air. Taking a big sip.\n\n``Cheers'' the fox and the border collie joined in \n\nDan reached his arm out to Adrian over his shoulder and onto the couch ``Say Adrian is New Vegas any good you told me the other day u started Playing again right'' Dan asked the fox.\n\n``Oh, it's great still my Favorite by far'' Adrian Proclaimed, ``Do you want to get it yourself?'' He continued as he leaned back further into the couch.\n\n``Yeah, I played 4 and heard a lot of good from Nev Vegas and thought to give it a try'' Dan explained as he slides closer to the fox, his arm now around the foxes' neck who enjoyed the Leopards soft paws.\n\n``What are getting up to?'' Adrian asked while turning his head towards his friend, deeply looking him in his green eyes ``nothing... really'' he answered. ``Feels like something to me'' the fox replied again while leaning into his friend, closing his eyes with a big smile.\n\nThat was the moment Dan looked over to Marvin who then did throw him a warm smile and nodded as he laid his paw on the Leopards thigh.\n\nDan took a deep breath closed his eyes and gently grabbed the foxes' cheeks and gave him a long passionate kiss and the fox embraced it. pure joy entered the foxes face with a big smile he slowly opened his eyes as he stared in the leopards own, but the joy left as fast as it entered, and worry would fill the foxes' blues eyes within seconds.\n\nAdrian jumped up starting to apologize ``Omg Dan I'm so sorry I... I... I... really should have done that I'm sorry please forgive I.. I.. I..'' Dan just gave him a confused look while the fox continued the ramble, trying the find the right words.\n\nThoughts did start to bounce through the foxes' head again ``What will your parents think of you, ur brother, your friends'' ``you messed up bad this time''\n\n``Calm down man'' Marvin said, ``are you all right?'' he asked while giving the fox a worried look.\n\nThe fox just started to nervously stutter again ``I... I?m... I don't...'' Dan gently put the foxes' paw in his own ``calm okay... it's all good man, you don't need to apologies in the slightest.'' Dan said while looking into the foxes' blues eyes who the just tried to break eye contact again \n\n``its true'' Marvin added ``its all good'' he said while looking over to dan who then exchanged worried looks before turning back to the fox. ``You uhmm... you want to talk about it maybe...?'' the Leopard continued giving him a warm smile....\n\nThe Foxe?s demeanor shifted again as worried look entered his face paws slipping out of the snow leopard?s, he licked his lips trying to form a sentence. ``I... think I... should leave'' he Said, eyes fixed on the floor.\n\n``You Really Don?t have to.'' Dan intervened trying to look into the foxes' eyes, but to no avail, the fox was too busy avoiding their gaze as best as he could. ``Did it feel bad?'' Marvin said trying to break the silence.\n\nThe Fox just gave him a quick look before turning his head towards the floor again ``No it's not that'' the fox whispered quietly.\n\n``What is it then?'' Dan asked again trying to look into his eyes yet again.\n\n``Am I broken or something'' the fox asked himself, lips began to tremble ``or just an idiot'' he continued sitting down between them, head between his legs, paws over his head ``I did enjoy it you know'' he said voice starting to crack, tears welling up his eyes, he started to whimper as his breath became more uneven and when Dan and Marvin started hugging him he couldn't hold himself back anymore and stared to cry.\n\n``It's okay man'' Marvin started ``let it out... it's all good'' Dan Continued with a soft voice while gently stroking the Foxe's shoulder.\n\nThe fox winced and whined as he desperately tried to regain his composure. \n\n``shhh all good'' Marvin said ``we are here man'' He continued while trying to give an honest smile.\n\nDan could just look but couldn't find words to comfort his friend ``At least Marvin know what to do'' he thought to himself.\n\nAdrian took a few deep breaths and stood up in one quick move ``No!'' he proclaimed whipping his tears of his face. \n\nDan and Marvin exchanged confused looks ``What do you mean?'' Dan asked shifting his view back towards the Foxe's back\n\nAdrian took another long deep breath ``no means no!'' he said while turning back around to face them ``in this family we don't deal with problems like that, no we either pretend were not the problem or we just stuff it down'' he licked his lips shifted his eyes between the two and took another long breath. ``I'm sorry that this... ended... like this, I won't bother you any longer, it's getting late anyway guys'' he said grinding his teeth expecting the worst.\n\n``You don't have to be sorry.'' Dan reassured him, Marvin nodded at him saying ``were not angry or anything if you think that or anything''\n\nAdrian eyes Wandered to the floor again ``thanks'' left his mouth as he turned around ready to leave.\n\n``If you ever wanna talk, just come by, you have two pairs of open ears over here'' Marvin said while Dan smiled and nodded reassuringly \n\n``Thank you... really'' Adrian said before leaving the lounge.\n\nThey heard the door closing behind him in the distance\n\n``What was that about?'' Marvin said with his face covered in worry. And stated to gaze out the window.\n\n``Did... did I mess up?'' Dan asked\n\nThat made the Border Collie move towards him ``No man it's not your fault!'' Marvin reassured him, grabbing his paw.\n\n``He is... I don't know maybe he is scared? give him time, he'll come around''.\n\nDan?s eyers shifted and started to fill with worry ``and if not?'' he asked his friend.\n\nAs Marvin put his other paw onto Dan?s shoulder he replied: ``Then we got to accept that, you must accept that. I?ll understand that is hard for you but you can?t force him''\n\n``You think he ever talks about it?'' He laid down in bed arms over his head, covering his face legs up to his chest, staring into the darkness for what felt like ages, to afraid to move... he couldn't sleep even if he really wanted to, he still felt the burning sensation in his stomach, he took deep breaths, but the anger didn't want to leave as easily tonight.\n\n``You did great you know that right?''
