Salessi's most important features include extreme strength, speed, and rapid healing, all fueled by a ravenous metabolism which requires her to hunt and eat frequently. Saleesi and her offspring can normally only gain sustenance by eating the meat of the various giant monsters which they were intended to eradicate; if more than 4 days pass without such a meal, their metabolism will slow dramatically (along with a corresponding decrease in abilities) and they will change to a vegetarian diet with exceptionally low caloric requirements.
