Dynamax (and Gigantimax) in an anthro pokémon world is quite often something that isn't experienced by a majority of the population. The amount of energy that is needed to go into such an influx of growth is costly, not to mention the fact that almost everyone isn't a fan of having their home at risk of being toppled over. Despite those implications of knowing how the process works when the right tools are in place, research into the subject is quite plentiful; the need to understand why pokémon are affected in such ways is valuable for both avoiding and purposefully inducing certain physiological or psychological symptoms and understanding their side-effects.
Damien, as astute and studious as he was, had a very specific interest in mind when he managed to weasel his way into having some late-night laboratory access. Claiming he was going to be reviewing recent records on the study to augment his anthropological thesis paper, and dragging Charkol along as an aide to such a boring task surprisingly enough cleared the approval process with the academic administration.
Charkol, however, was fibbed to with the facts that he was going to be part of a scientific observation test to help with his smaller 'zard friend's certification to use the lab. Being the good friend he was, he tiredly tagged along in pajamas to lay on the bed for a device that looked well enough like an MRI machine.
With the green-scarfed 'technician' at the helm punching sliding between panels to calibrate the machine, Charkol didn't have much time to ask questions before he felt an overwhelming surge of energy that induced a dizzying amount of nausea before passing out. As Charkol was forced to snooze, Damien observed a harsh red glow emanate from the tunnel within the machine, he couldn't help but fight a grin growing from ear-to-ear as he could finally drop the facade for why he was really in the laboratory. Charkol's already tall frame began to expand to the edges of the machine's bed -- a feature that crossed Charkol's mind but he didn't question before it was too late. Everything about the maroon male increased in size, much to Damien's liking, who had figured out that the dynamax-inducing machine was able to target percentages of its energy to various sectors of the body just in case they weren't responding equally to the treatment overall.
Once the machine began to wind down from delivering the majority of it's payload, Charkol snapped awake with both a severe headache and freakishly demanding arousal. Having been tucked in the machine itself, there was little reference to indicate that he had grown from almost eight feet tall to a solid twelve. It wasn't until he had managed to wiggle around just a bit to both realize just how claustrophobic the space had suddenly felt compared to before while also noticing his now-massive, throbbing cock was free of any cloth prison it was sitting in before as his pajamas had been shredded by his new oversized form.
Being duped by his friend was a much smaller concern as all of his senses focused his attention to satiating the source of the mess that was pooling on his chest. Uncaring for safety at this point, Charkol began to shimmy himself out from inside of the machine well before Damien could get the bed moving properly out, "You fuckin' little bastard," he growled aloud as his cock flung free from the tunnel to point towards the ceiling, "you know exactly what the fuck is coming next!"
