Hence Feligris had taken advantage of a novel work program which the island owners had offered, basically in exchange for helping everything run smoothly one would be able to get a discount ticket. And one of the jobs which allowed for a fairly large discount is tank duty, meaning that the participant offers their own stomach at designated times to be used as a water tank to haul and store potable water on the smaller islands around the main island, allowing the owners to forgo the use of heavy fixed water tanks. Despite immobility and the feeling of an overly stuffed belly, being in tank duty isn't ultimately too bad since you'll always have people chatting you up and caressing your aching tummy while you're plugged to the pipe network by the rump.
Now her turn has come to work and thus she's being filled up to capacity at one of the depots at the main island, while she pauses every few minutes to gauge her fullness… she thinks that she can still take more water to avoid being brought back later during the week to be refilled, but it can be hard to say exactly at her current level of bloat… :3
