The ending hurt me in ways that I would repeat what everyone else would say about it. Seeing the PC go through such emotional turmoil/depression over the loss of their partner was so cruel I bet the devs knew how harsh it'd be.\n\nThis takes place after the epilogue of the game, not a canon scene ofc, but it's what I can see the two dealing with after being split up like that. Because I feel like the very end needed just... a little more, ya know? I can see the partner reassuring the PC who after pleads them not to go again, that they wouldn't dare leave them again, wanting to stay with them as long as they live like they said they would before their initial disappearance happened.\n\nI played as Chespin as the PC/Leader, with Fennekin as my partner. The PC and Partner's relationship in-game hits some strong points to where it's certain there's possibly more developing between them than just friendship by the time late-game and the epilogue happens. Quite the ship tease, which is why I picked these two specifically, as it's a callback to my earliest days in the Pokemon fandom in regards to my main Pokemon ship.\n\nSorry for it only being a sketch, I have a really strained hand rn. But have a sad yet heartwarming thing. Will probably turn it into a colored sketch later, maybe. Truth be told I haven't drawn the Kalos starters in their first forms in a long time to where I'm out of practice, Chespins' is sorta experimental but I'm liking the leafy back, as it links to his hedgehog-like species.\nThis game brought me back into drawing Pokemon and I intend to do more on it later if/when I can. :3\n\n[b]Program:[/b] Paint Tool Sai\n[b]Tools:[/b] Wacom Intuos Pro\n\n[b]Art:[/b] Mine\n\n[i][b]Do not steal/crop/edit/etc.[/b][/i]",
