But technically not violating copy rights because they're not taking direct claim of the franchise's creation. Well, the same can be done with popular characters from said franchises. it's been done many times and many different ways. for example. and by far the biggest of such would be Renamon, and sonic. Many different renamon and sonic clones abound on both FA and DA. and many other sites. and many are simpley just copies of the exact character, but altered slightly. they don't claim the original creation the franchise made, but they claim the character that's made based from that original character. In this case, here is my version of Cynder. obviously, Cynder is a copyrighted character, but that doesn't mean that she same can't be done to her like it has with Sonic or renamon. and several have done it before. making a twin sister of Cynder, making another version of her in some way and so on. so this is just my version. I don't claim the character as it was made by activition. But I do claim the fact that I took the effort to draw A version of Cynder in this way. so here's where this version of Cynder will differ. though she'd technically just be a fan character clone of Cynder. this version of her has Stockholm syndrom. this means that she enjoys being captured, or falls in love or is attracted to those that have captured her. Princess peach is also rumored to have this. >.> So again. I don't claim Cynder as she was made by activition. but I do claim this fan made clone of her just for fun. like so many others have done with many other characters.
