  "description": "About a year and a half ago, I started reading [iconname]Norithics[/iconname] 's book series called [u]Partners[/u] and instantly fell in love with the two main characters. These two characters, Natalie and Carrie, took up several DAYS of my free time due to the fact that I reread the first book over and over again, Learning every detail and funny quirk about Nori's fun-loving duo.\n\nThis fascination with the characters led me to a couple of character sheets made by Nori for alternate outfits of all of the main characters in the book. We see Natalie in some fashionable British duds, while Carrie sports her ever-favourable Punk-Buster outfit. I saw these two styles of the characters and decided, \"Why not make something with this?\" So I did.\n\nThis wallpaper was originally to be my 'away' screen on Twitch, but it was a very, very rough version. I had used GIMP to cut out the characters and shave away as much outline as a could. I then asked Nori if it was alright if I used his characters on my own stream. I didn't get a response until a bit later with a surprise attachment.\n\nThis wallpaper was a work of generosity from a very talented artist. Before I sent the original to him, the background image was very fuzzy, Natalie and Carrie had very rough, white outlines, and the whole thing seemed scaled way out of proportion. After I sent it, I got a very detailed product that I honestly couldn't have envisioned any better.\n\nI just want to personally thank [iconname]Norithics[/iconname] for this amazing work.
