The Dragon’s Unveiled Desires Part 4 For Engy By Draconicon Of all the new bits of anatomy, it was the wings that took the longest to get used to. Engy would have thought that it would be the tail, or the height, or – for that matter – his new balls and bigger dick, considering that they were all throwing his balance off. Yet, to some degree or another, his body found ways to compensate for them, giving him the chance to get used to the feeling of something new or something bigger hanging off his body, and his body was still relatively proportional. The height didn’t affect him that much. The wings, however, and flight in particular, did. “Ah…ah…ah…” He bit his lips as he flew over the village, forcing himself to fly higher and higher as he felt his heart leap into his throat. Oh, god, he’d never been good with heights to start with, but having nothing, not even a floor beneath his feet, was sending him to wibbly-town. He whined as he flapped harder, only to stop a few seconds later as he reached a height that he couldn’t deal with just yet, and then scream as he fell a few dozen feet before he remembered that he had to keep flapping. “Fuck, fuck, fuck…” He didn’t know how ‘real’ dragons and gryphons managed to deal with this. The lack of ground, the complete lack of support, meant that any loss of attention on his flight would lead to a quick splat death down there. He didn’t even know if he could respawn yet, and he sure as hell wasn’t eager to find out. He whimpered, toes curling and his boner shrinking in from raw fear as he tried not to think just how high up he was. 157 feet. The higher intelligence score gave him a number against his will, and he wanted to strangle his own brain for being so helpful. He forced himself not to look on the other side of the walls, forced himself to ignore the river that ran by Ikatika village, and instead focused on the mountain behind it. That, at least, didn’t look like he was flying above it. In fact, it looked more level, and he took some comfort from that, feeling his heart slowing down just a bit. Okay…okay…you’re okay… He wasn’t, but he could at least pretend that he felt that way. As his heartbeat slowed down, he managed to settle back into a steady rhythm of flapping. Okay…okay. You can look down. Just for a bit. Just for a little bit. Engy swallowed hard, forcing himself to take one last deep breath before swinging his head down. His eyes closed tight, and he had to press his fingers around them to force his eyelids open once more. “Mmmmmmmmmmph!” He was floating over a village over a hundred feet below him. Ikatika wasn’t that large, even for a monster town, consisting of perhaps twenty buildings, and most of those were simple little huts that housed the kobolds that Tibaka led. Tibaka d’Engy of the Ikatika tribe, his brain reminded him of that useless little factoid. The kobolds all shared his name now that he was a ‘proper’ dragon, and they were eagerly using it when they talked to each other. D’Engy this, and d'Engy that, and it was driving him crazy, and – And that was just a distraction to not think about how far down the world was, and how much he was going to hurt if he stopped flapping his wings. He forced himself to keep looking, hoping that he would just get used to it and knowing that was not going to happen. His eyes flicked past the village to the large stone wall that circled it. That had been summoned last night before he fainted, and it ran most of the way around the village, only coming to a stop when it connected to the mountain range behind the village and the small cave that was connected to the village itself. The wall ran a good thirty feet high and was ten feet thick, which meant that nothing was getting through without wings or a ladder, or some very long rope. It was a good defense, and he hadn’t seen or heard of anything coming close since Bello’s visit the day before. It’s good…it’s good…and…and I’m falling. “AAAAAH!” He forced his wings out again, whining as he glided down to the top of the wall. Shaking from head to toe as he made his landing, he cursed the wings of dragons and wondered if he could get away without having to use them. That thought lasted as long as it took to see Bello coming down from the mountains. The brown fur and lighter feathers of the gryphon flickered in the morning light as the gryphon swooped with ease through the sky, reminding him of the power and maneuverability that came from someone flying rather than walking or running. One way or another, he was going to have to get over his fear of heights. The idea of staying so far off the ground really didn’t make him feel good, but neither did the idea of having to rely on someone else to make things better all the time. He had become a dragon, had claimed the village properly, and that meant that he had to act like one. His cock twitched as he remembered just how the ‘claiming’ had gone the night before. After he’d woken up, back to human shape and with all the kobolds around him hoping that he’d turn back, he’d worked with Tibaka to make a more permanent potion. He’d been a dragon for the full night and through the morning, now, which meant that he was probably going to stay one for a long time. Maybe forever. Somehow, that didn’t bother him as much as it should. The kobolds had been happy. Almost too happy, in some ways. He’d spent hours fucking away, claiming them one by one. Each male that came forward showed no shame, no embarrassment. They just wanted to feel the claim of a dragon on their insides, to know that they were loved, wanted, claimed by the person that was going to take care of them. Any embarrassment he felt about being a dragon – a fake dragon, or real one, it didn’t matter – faded away as they begged. He ‘claimed’ eight of them before his balls begged for a break. They’d stalked him around the village, giving him entreaty after entreaty, plea after plea to be allowed to play with his cock, his balls, his ass, anything that would allow them to feel connected to their new dragon. They begged him to use them next, to at least let them nurse on his cock while he was getting himself back together, and the constant need went from hot to scary. Yet, his cock was still hard. The gryphon flew down, landing with a small thump on top of the wall. He stood up, cracking his head from side to side, and Engy felt a bit better being able to meet the other male’s eyes now. There was no looking down, or looking up. They were of a height. Bello cocked his head to the side, then nodded. “It seems that the aura stays the same.” “I guess so?” “You do not see mine?” Engy shook his head. “Strange, indeed.” “Yeah, um…yeah. Anyway. Yeah. Dragon. What do you think?” “…About as expected.” “Do you…you mind?” “I would hope that this village remains protected. Whether that is through my efforts or through yours feels fairly inconsequential.” “I still want you to stay around. But, uh…” Engy gulped, hoping that this would go as well as he had imagined it might. “But I want to renegotiate a couple of things.” “…Do you, now?” “The kobolds paid you with pleasure before, right?” “That is correct,” Bello said, nodding. “They’ve never had the chance to build up much in the way of trade goods. The food from the river and their few little trinkets from adventurers that don’t want them dead have never amounted to much.” “Right…well…that’s going to change.” “And how is that going to change?” the gryphon asked. “I’ve put this wall up. With that, and with a dragon here, they can start mining the mountain.” The gryphon arched an eyebrow, but Engy was already on a roll. He’d thought about it, putting what little he knew of the trade system in the original Dragon Realm game to use to map out where they were, what was around. He remembered this place, though in the other world, the Ikatika had been scattered by one of the game’s expansions and displaced for the use of player housing. “The mountain has a great deal of gold and adamantium in it, even some platinum,” he said. “If we can dig that out, that’ll be more than sufficient payment for your services.” “…It would be, yes, but how do you know –” “I have my reasons for knowing, and my ways.” “…Perhaps you do. And you would prefer to trade that rather than the bodies of the kobolds?” Bello asked. “I assure you, they are not unpleasant moments. I do not treat them cruelly, and it is not as if they complain.” “They wouldn’t. Not when they’re desperate.” “…You’re insistent on this?” “…If I have to be.” It was a little easier to hold firm than he’d expected. Ever since the idea had popped up between fucks, he’d known that he would have to have a chat with Bello. There was no way that he would be able to endure just trading the kobolds over to the gryphon. Pimping them out that way for the safety of the community might have been required in the past before they had someone else to fight for them, but this? This wasn’t fair. Not now that they had a dragon. He wouldn’t be that type of dragon overlord. He wouldn’t treat them as nothings. They were his friends. “Take it or leave it,” he said, and he felt some of the fire of the dragon instincts burning in the back of his brain. “I want you to take it…but I will not just let you have them anymore.” “…It is a good deal,” Bello said after a moment. “I would be a fool to turn down good metal.” “Then we have a bargain?” “My blade for a share of the mining.” “Deal.” It wasn’t the best bargain, as he knew that he’d be paying Bello more than his services were actually worth, but keeping another swordsman here, particularly one with his talent, would be worth it. Worth a hell of a lot more than just the value of the metal without trade connections, that was for fucking sure. He breathed out slowly. At least that was sorted. As Bello turned to look over the lands on the outside of the wall, Engy did the same. It was a good view down here, now that he was on solid rock rather than staring down from the heavens. The land sweeping out to the west of the walled village rolled from a higher foothill to the mountains down to the coast of Lake Meer, and continued on a more gradual descent further and further westward. He knew from experience that it would eventually join one of the many roads leading to the capital at Dragonsgrave, but it would take some time to reach it from here. He imagined that there were some that were going to wonder at the shift here. When the first adventurer came and saw the wall, that would spread stories. And when that happened… Engy swallowed hard. “Are you nervous?” the gryphon asked. “…A little.” “Then you don’t have what you need yet.” “Heh…I’m always nervous.” “Then you never had what you needed.” “That’s, uh, that’s an odd way to put it.” “My people believe that one only feels at ease when one has what they need. If you are not comfortable, if you do not feel that you are able to feel safe, then there is something missing. It is up to you to find it, as life will not tell you what it is, or how to get it, but it will tell you that it’s missing.” “…I guess that’s fair.” He sighed, shaking his head. “I just…I never thought that I’d have something like this, or people that I cared for this much.” “The kobolds are endearing.” “Heh…” He shook his head. “How long have you been protecting them?” “A few years.” “What got that started?” “A simple question. Tibaka asked me who I was.” “…And?” “And I had met him the day before, and we’d had a long conversation. A good one, one I looked forward to continuing. I found out, later, that a band of humans had come down and eliminated the entire village in a coordinated attack. He had forgotten we’d ever met. And that he had saved me from a wolf after I was caught in a trap myself.” “Wait, Tibaka saved you?” “Yes.” “…And he doesn’t remember –” “Sadly. No.” “…And you…” “I have yet to die while serving them.” “…Wow.” Which meant that Bello was the only one that remembered that exchange. For him, it was real. For Tibaka, it would only ever be something that he was told had happened. He’d never know that he had done something that brave, or been responsible for the life of a gryphon. Engy wondered how that would feel. He rather hoped that he’d never have to find out. “So…does that mean that you never actually needed to be paid?” “No. I still needed to be paid. I just…accepted a much lower payment than the going rate.” “Right.” Engy chuckled, shaking his head. Desperate for something to break the odd silence that fell afterward, he glanced back towards the village. What little clothing the kobolds had adopted when he was still human had been discarded. Naked females with swollen bellies wandered from hut to hut, while males with dangling and half-dangling, half-hard dicks darted around, clearly looking for him. He blushed, shaking his head. “Are they always so…” “Horny?” “Mm-hm. I didn’t think I’d ever want a break, but…wow.” “You begin to get used to it.” “But…why are they like that?” “There are several theories,” Bello said. “Personally, I believe that they’re so used to breeding to keep their numbers up that they end up being perpetually horny as a survival mechanism. When the females are all taken care of, that doesn’t mean that their arousal slips. They still need something.” “And for now –” “That something is you, yes.” “Damn…” He could only imagine how much worse that might get before it got better. The males were already horny as hell, and while the females had been willing enough to listen to his request to not fuck them due to his own orientation, he had seen a few wistful looks…and heard a few whispered conversations. Some of them were telling their husbands and mates to come back with a mouthful of seed to spit into them. He hoped that he’d just fucked all those. He didn’t want to be a daddy. He really, really didn’t. “So –” “There you are, master!” Tibaka interrupted him before he could get his next question out, and Bello glanced his way with an expression that warned extreme violence if the matter they’d just discussed came up. Engy took that warning to heart as he looked down the stone steps leading to the ground. They were small enough that he knew that he’d never entirely feel comfortable taking them up and down from the village, but they were just the perfect size for the kobolds. He didn’t even know why they had come about, because he’d certainly never ordered them during the spell that raised the walls, but they were useful. Tibaka leaped off the last one and hugged him ‘round the middle, shaking his head. “You’ve been hiding!” “Well, I needed a break, and you guys weren’t going to give me one,” Engy said, chuckling slightly. “Oh. Well…true, can’t argue that.” “Do you need it that bad?” “Well…not that bad, but bad enough.” “Can you wait a little longer?” “…An hour?” Honestly, the yellow dragon would have liked another day after cumming eight times in such a short time and in such rapid succession, but he was slowly getting the picture of what he’d signed up for. He groaned. “Sure. I can do that.” “Yay!” Another hug, another pat, and another grope. He bit his lips as the smaller kobold rubbed his balls, setting them to swinging. For all that they had been drained earlier, they were most definitely full again now. “I love these.” “Mmmph.” “Big balls means strong dragon. You know that?” “I…mmm…I heard that.” “And you have such big balls. Big, beautiful balls. Big balls that feel so good bouncing off my ass while you fuck me.” “MMMMM!” He was on the verge of going from a yellow dragon to a red dragon from the silly praise when he was quite thankfully interrupted. A large metal hook swung up over the edge of the wall, and it nearly hit Tibaka before he and Bello reacted almost instantly. Engy yanked the green-scaled kobold out of the way, lifting him up and off the wall, while Bello’s sword was out instantly, batting the metal grappling hook back off the wall. There was a short span of silence, followed by a thunk and a yelp of pain. “…Was there someone outside the wall?” Engy asked. “There is now, apparently,” Bello said. “…Tibaka, go back down the steps, please.” “But – but master, I want to see you work.” “Please?” “Okay, okay…But tell me how it goes.” As the kobold hustled down the steps, Engy shook his head. It was like dealing with an over-excited kid sometimes, but Tibaka had just as many mature moments, so it never got that discouraging. It was adorable. Mostly. He leaned over the wall. Standing at the bottom, rubbing his head, was a human in plate armor. The young man clearly had been planning on scaling the wall, and had not anticipated any sort of resistance. He hadn’t even looked up to try again yet, spending more time examining the metal hook and the rope. “Well, that’s a problem,” Engy muttered. “Not for long.” “Wait, wait,” the dragon said, holding out his hand to forestall the gryphon’s descent. “Let me.” “…You?” “I have to start sometime, right?” “That is true. And best to start with something more…simple.” “Is that an insult?” “No. Merely practicality.” “…Are you ever anything other than formal?” “Get me riled up at some point, and you’ll see.” “…Why do I have a fear boner just thinking of that?” “Mm. You should.” Shaking his head at the mysterious gryphon, Engy yelped as the hook shot up over the edge of the wall again. It sank into the top of the stone barrier, too, the sharp-toothed hook having a surprising grip on the stone. “I’d suggest dealing with him sooner than later,” Bello said. “I have an idea. Just…let me work.” “I’ll take a fly-by. Make sure that he’s actually alone and not just a distraction.” As the gryphon took off, flying back and over the village rather than out and into the climber’s view, Engy took a few deep breaths to brace himself. This was the first time that he’d have to actually fight with this… God, what even was this? Himself? He’d never imagined that he could actually turn into a dragon, or that he’d be in a world where magic seemed to be real, but there were so many other things going on. The respawning, the quests, the feeling of the skills getting stronger as he did things. Was this real, or was this some hyper-real game? Or was there no difference between the two anymore? Well, there was one big difference between the two, and it lay in the unanswered question of whether he would respawn if he died. If he did, then that meant that this was more game than real. If he didn’t… Well, that was a problem. “Nnngh…since when…since when did the damn monsters…get a wall?” the human muttered as he climbed. Oh. Right. That. Engy walked up to the edge of the wall, putting his foot on the metal claw. He looked down, watching as the human climbed. Slowly, probably not that used to being made to put much effort into things. Certainly not used to vertical ascents, from the look of things, though he was obviously strong enough to be able to carry that much armor up a difficult climb. The human hadn’t looked up, though, which meant that he probably thought that it was all dumb kobolds behind the wall. He waited until the human was just a few feet below the rim, then cleared his throat. The adventurer paused in his climb, slowly looking up. “Hi,” Engy said. “Good for a chat?” “Monster!” The human reached for his sword, only to freeze when Engy nudged the tip of the metal hook towards the edge of the wall. The adventurer yelped, grabbing the rope again. “Ah ah.” “Nnngh…foul fiend…how could you…Fight honorably!” “I kinda think I’d take that command more seriously if you weren’t some heavily armed human coming to take out a bunch of kobolds that are weaker than you.” “Monster!” “Didn’t you just say that?” “I demand that you fight me fairly! I come –” “Look. I don’t want to kill you. I don’t want to hurt you, either. I mean, I just want to keep the kobolds here safe. I like them, and – don’t!” The human had reached for his sword again, and this time, he didn’t stop when Engy said. Groaning, the yellow dragon kicked the hook, and…well, it was pretty predictable what happened next. The hook fell. The human screamed. Metal armor and metal hook went ‘clang’ as they hit the ground thirty feet down. Luckily for the human, he seemed to have hit a particularly soft patch of earth, because he was still moving rather than turning into a burst of light after dying. Engy shook his head, flaring his wings out before dropping over the edge of the wall himself. He landed with a softer thump at the human’s side, kicked the discarded sword out of the way, and knelt down, his dick hanging down far enough to touch the ground, and his balls likewise. “So, uh, that didn’t work for you. Any chance you’ll let me talk?” “Nnngh…when I get up…I swear…I’ll…I’ll…” He could hear the dedication to rooting out monsters in the human’s voice, and he knew that he wasn’t going to be able to say anything that would get through that. He’d heard people just like that in the real world too many times to have any faith that he would change on his own. But… Maybe with a little magic. Engy looked down at his hands, then looked at the massive wall. That shouldn’t have been possible at level one, or even up to level ten. Whatever had happened to him coming here had left him with a fair bit of magical power, and both Bello and Tibaka had said that he had an aura of power. And sorcerers did work more by their instincts than they did with their book-smarts. Maybe… He thought of the kobolds. He thought of how much they loved and lusted for him, how they had pulled him and cared for him. He thought of how he wanted them protected. He thought of everything that they made him feel, from the constant affection to the low-key annoyance to the lust and slight fear that they induced in him. And though he couldn’t put it into words, he gathered that power and focused it in his palms. “What’s your name?” he asked the human. “Nnngh…know…know that Alexander has come…and he will –” “Alexander’s good.” He didn’t know what to do. He just did what felt right. Muttering ‘No Threat’ under his breath as if it were a spell, he flung his power out. It washed out from his hands in a wave of golden light, pouring over the armored human, and as soon as it made contact, he knew that something far more powerful than a mere potion had been applied. Alexander arched his back as his armor started popping all around him, the leather straps giving way one by one. It started at his arms, and then his waist, his belt ripping around the metal prong that held it in place. It took the dragon a full three seconds to realize that this wasn’t doing anything like what he had expected. Instead of getting rid of him, or removing his weapons, it was outright changing. No. Transforming him. “Oh god…oh god…” Alexander wasn’t exactly instantly pleased with it, either. The human was recovering, slowly, trying to push himself away, but he was already wracked with the power of the transformation. His arms were turning pebbly, a deep green that was darker than the smoother green that Tibaka had, and Engy could just make out some slightly yellow scales showing along the human’s chin and throat – CRACK! A large chunk of metal plates went flying off Alexander’s left arm, revealing pebbly scales that were almost exactly like an alligator’s running down his arm. The spell was hitting hard and fast, and wherever it touched, the former human was transformed, his body thickening, bulging, growing bigger, bigger, and bigger still. Engy rapidly backpedaled from the adventurer, his mouth hanging open as his cock went up to the sight before him. Bit by bit, the fighter’s armor was flipping off and flying away, exposing flesh that already bulged with new muscle even as the green and yellow scales crept up to replace flesh with something better. The human screamed and groaned, but even with his body only half-transformed, he was already starting to…starting to moan, Engy realized. Oh, fuck…that’s…pretty hot. He bit his lip trying to keep from reacting, his fingers clenching into fists as his cock went up more and more to the show before him. Even as Alexander rolled onto his side, his arms wrapped around his middle as his back popped, his spine extending just as Engy’s own back had done, he could see the hint of a tail pushing out from the warrior’s back, starting to push down and out through his pants. His legs were thickening, pushing against the armor plates, and his boots were breaking down bit by bit. As human lips and nose scaled over, as the beginning of that long, toothy alligator snout started pushing out, he heard Alexander’s moans shifting, becoming more and more uncomfortable. His back cracked, and he flopped onto his back once more. He was getting taller, alright, going from five-foot-five to five-foot-eight, and still growing, but that wasn’t the thing causing him pain. No, that was the tight leather around his groin, which was rapidly getting stretched out by the growth down there. Engy’s eyes went wide, and his cock actually started dripping at the view of that shift. What hadn’t been visible before certainly was now, as a nine-inch shaft was slowly pushing further out, growing to ten, eleven, twelve, and those balls? Those balls were on the verge of ripping through those pants as they swelled, big rounded bulges that were getting bigger by the second. “Nnngh…ah…mmmph…ah…ah…please…please!” “Please, what?” Engy asked, barely believing what he’d done. “Please…h-help me…” “Help…help you?” “Help me…get it offffff!” Get it off. Not stop it. Not help him. Just…get it off. Without even thinking, Engy flung his hands out with some sort of utterance, he didn’t know what. The rest of the armor, even the underthings went flying away, and the half-human, half-alligator laid there, snout still growing in but no longer screaming. If anything, Alexander was arching his back, moaning, throbbing as his fat cock continued to rise and grow, stretching out inch after inch – eleven, twelve, thirteen – and his balls dropped between his legs, sagging down to touch the earth, he… He smiled. “Oooooh, yeah…oh that feels…that feels…good…so fucking…good…to be big,” Alexander moaned. “Please…don’t stop…fucking…whatever…you’re doing…don’t…stop…” He didn’t know if it was the spell, didn’t know if it was something that the human wanted, but…but if he didn’t want to stop, then Engy didn’t want to, either. Even as those scales spread, even as the warrior lost his flesh to scales and became more and more of a scaled warrior, the dragon was getting more and more into it. He hadn’t asked for this, but he was sure as hell enjoying it, at least for now. The End Summary: Engy deals with his transformation to dragon and slowly gets used to it, and gets a little closer to Tibaka and Bello.
