He slowly got \nup so not to give them a reason to shoot, then the president walked up to \nhim and asked why he was on earth, panzer gave his story, he told him that \nhe had no home and asked if he could live on earth, the president put the\nrequest through the U.N. and they agreed to let him live on earth, he then \nasked if he could become a member of the U.S., the president agreed.
