She got her head submerged underwater to examine if that pool has a bottom. But there was none of it. She decided to dive further down to explore it better. She did a couple of breath in and outs and submerged underwater. While getting used to the pressure and swimming down with a slow pace, she realised that this pool isn't even a pool. It is something like a pipe system with different turnings. She was swimming further and further in, while her breathholding was giving a bad signs. She needed to breathe, fortunately, after turning on another turn, she saw some lights right above her. She thought it was an air pocket and swam with a high speed there. But right before the surface, someone took her by her leg. It was an enemy female changeling who followed her all that time. That changeling was a little bigger and stronger than Ember, so she swam to Ember and grabbed her by neck and arm. Ember couldn't fight her and her breathhold was on a limit. She couldn't bare any moment longer and exhaled the last of her air. Only a miracle now can save her from getting drowned by that changeling.
