Earning Her Trust (Episode 2.5)
The Day After

The morning after Duke's date with Danielle, he woke up around mid-morning after having a night filled with more dreams about his human girlfriend...both clean and more intimate. So, after taking a shower and having some breakfast, Duke got on his phone and called Ramona's cell phone.  It was early in the day for Ramona and since she did not have anyone in her room from the previous night, Duke knew that Ramona would be alone until at least that evening, since the Heartthrob Hotel didn't open for new clients until after 3 PM.

At the time Duke called, Ramona had just got out of the shower after having breakfast.  She planned on going back to work that evening and wondered who she was going to be paired up with that evening.  Ramona heard her cell phone ring and saw that it was her brother calling, so she picked it up and answered the phone.  "Hi, Dukey...what's up?", Ramona answered in a polite tone as Duke felt his boner pulsating inside a pair of clean boxers as the combination of his pent-up load and thoughts about Ramona drove his behavior.

"Sis, I have a bit of a problem.  I had dreams about Danielle again and it's driving me nuts!  Do you think I could come over so you can help me out with this?", Duke explained to Ramona in a curious tone, catching the rottweiler fem by surprise.

"Gee, I don't know.  I plan on going back to work tonight and if I spend time with you it might make it harder for me to earn money", Ramona answered.  She wanted to help Duke, but also needed to make her pay.  There was a clause in Ramona's contract that would allow her to give free sex to a spouse, boyfriend, or family member during 'off hours', but Duke would need to be gone by 3 PM.  It was about 10 AM, so there would be time for Duke to get in a session with Ramona before 3 PM, but Ramona was concerned about the mess that Duke might leave behind. Ramona gave it a little bit of thought and came up with a solution.  "OK Dukey, I'll let you have sex with me if you need it...on one condition", Ramona told her brother while Duke listened on his end of the line. If he left now, he could get to the Heartthrob Hotel around noon and have about 2 1/2 to 3 hours with his sister before he'd have to leave.  This would be more than enough time for Duke and Ramona to have sex, turn the tie, and relieve the tension inside Duke's balls so that his thoughts about Danielle could remain 'pure'.

Duke got into his car and made his way out of the city, driving as quickly as possible up UIC Highway 7 and then UIC Highway 107 once he got to Olympia (about 50 miles north of Mason City).  From there, Duke had to get through the city of Tacoma and then into Eastern Holly County before arriving at Mason Island Highway 115.  He could've taken UIC Highway 7 westward through Mason City and McKnight before going north on 115, but UIC Highways allowed for faster speeds than Mason Island highways did, so he could cover more distance in less time.  UIC Highway 7 to MIH 115 was the more direct route, but it was also the slower route, since the speed limit on 115 was 65 MPH whereas the speed limit on the UIC Highways (outside of major cities) was set at 90 MPH (during daylight hours).

By just after noon, Duke arrived at the outskirts of Vixen Hill and where MIH 115 connected with MIH 162 (which ran from west-to-east).  From here, it was just a couple miles further down to the Heartthrob Hotel, where Duke parked his car in the free parking lot and made his way inside.  Normally, at this time of the day, the main lobby area would be locked from clients seeking sex, but with Duke's family pass, he was given access to the lobby and Ramona's room.

She knew that if he wanted to eventually marry his human girlfriend, it was best to let him do what made him feel happy...even if it meant Ramona might feel miserable in return.  "Why didn't you ask to have sex with me yesterday? Just before arriving at the Heartthrob Hotel, Duke made a stop a few blocks down 162 at a Chicken Lickin' to pick up some lunch for the two of them.  He bought a bucket of the BBQ Grilled Chicken with sides of mashed potatoes, cole slaw, and four buttermilk biscuits, thinking that he would share them with Ramona before they had sex.  He had the bag with the food in one hand while he wrapped his free arm around his sister and gave her a hug.

"Hi there, Sis.  I was thinking that you're probably as hungry as I am right now, so I stopped at Chicken Lickin' on the way and picked up some...", Duke answered casually before noticing the aroma of Ramona's sex in the room, causing his maleness to become stiff inside his pants.  "Although, it would seem as if you're hungry for something else right now!", Duke added in a more playful manner, causing Ramona to blush as she took the food from Duke's hand and brought it to the table in her "dining room".

"You know, I think I could go for a bit of lunch before we get down to it.  While we're eating, you can tell me about your date last night", Ramona suggested, putting the thoughts of incest to the side for the moment as she felt her stomach grumble a bit.  The aroma of Ramona's juices made it hard for Duke to resist, but he fought his urges and sat down to lunch with his sister after they made sure the door was locked from the outside.

While having lunch, Duke told Ramona about how he took Danielle out to "Little Italy" and then to the "Midway at Marino Bay".  He told Ramona that it seemed as if Danielle was becoming more comfortable around him and that she was OK with him having sex with other Kapernian females for the time-being.  To him, Danielle was rapidly becoming the most important thing in his life.  He felt good whenever he was around her and had high hopes that they would get to be mates someday.

Ramona listened to her brother's conversation and how he described how Danielle felt after their date.  In Ramona's eyes, Danielle seemed as if she was genuinely interested in Duke and was becoming more interested in getting to know her.  "Hey, I just had a thought", Ramona commented after having a bite of chicken from one of the drumsticks.  "Caleb turns 5 next week, and I already know Max and Corinne are planning on going to Mom and Dad's place for the birthday party.  Maybe you can bring Danielle along.  After all, if you two are going to become mates, she'll have to meet Mom and Dad eventually", Ramona suggested.

Duke took a moment to think about this and felt a bit unsure.  "I don't know...it's one thing to bring Danielle along to meet Mom and Dad.  However, I'm not sure how she'd handle being around a bunch of kids", Duke answered back, wondering how much of a burden his nieces, nephews, and some of Caleb's friends might be to Danielle.  He was also a bit concerned about how his father would react to him dating a human.  Duke wondered if his father would want him to pursue a canid female, especially considering how his father badgered his older brother Max about it when he was in high-school.  Of course, their father did become a bit more permissive later on, allowing Max to marry a vixen when he would've preferred to see Max marry another dog or wolf, but a human female was uncharted territory for the family.

Ramona took hold of Duke's hands and looked into her brother's eyes, touching her nose to his.  "Dukey...you're going to have to do this eventually.  If you really love her, Mom and Dad are going to need to know.  I don't know how Dad will react to Danielle, but I'm sure Mom wouldn't mind.  She might be able to convince him to allow you to marry her.  After all, Mom did get Dad to allow Max to marry Corinne", Ramona explained to her brother, remembering the tension between their father and Max when he was dating Corinne.

Duke held onto Ramona's hands and nuzzled his sister gently.  "I sure hope so, Sis", Duke calmly told Ramona as she softly murred and nuzzled him back, showing her support for her littermate.  "I'll talk to Danielle about this when I get back home and see what she thinks", Duke mentioned before the two siblings went back to having lunch, soon finishing off the meal.  Following lunch, Ramona put the glasses and silverware into the sink to be washed.  At the same time, Duke took care of the garbage, putting it inside the garbage bag and tying it off to be set outside the door for the housekeeping staff to pick up.  The Heartthrob Hotel had a housekeeping staff going around cleaning rooms and picking up garbage left by the hotel's residents and clients.  They usually only entered the rooms at the request of the residents.  It wasn't the most glamorous job at the hotel, but housekeepers there made about twice as much as housekeeping staff would in most other places.

Once the dishes were done and the garbage was taken out, Duke and Ramona turned their attention to each other, with Ramona wrapping her arms around her brother's lower body and him doing the same for her.
