When Messiah turned 10; now far too old to ever learn how to fully control the Psychic ability he was destined to inherit, his Father returned from the 10 year journey he’d left on shortly after impregnating Nessahil with Messiah, and got her pregnant again. Hilneth stayed in the village for a month before leaving again. 15 days after Hilneth left the village again, Nessahil went to the elders and informed them of a vision she’d had about the planets high Monarchy. She informed the Elders that the high king; Alexander, would be overthrown and the next ruler would be Mephile Karnisha; the last born Daughter of Ember and Gabriel; a half-human. The elders called blasphemy and treason, and sentenced Nessahil to be burned at the stake. Do to her pregnancy, and the tribe’s refusal to kill innocent life, Nessahil’s sentence was to be postponed until after her baby was born. Not 10 minutes after Draygen was born, Nessahil was tied to the stake and her sentence was carried out; with Messiah being forced to watch, so that he would never repeat the same heretic acts of treason. However, the tribe elders had forgotten that Messiah would receive the Psychic ability upon Nessahil’s death, and that he was now too old to fully learn how to control it. So, when Messiah did finally receive the ability, he broke down and the Pyrokinetic power that came with the Psychic ability exploded and killed more than half of the tribe; sparing only a small few who were able to avoid the flames. Messiah then spent the next 6 and a half years alone in the forest, raising his younger brother, who had been born blind. Messiah has several scars across his body from the harsh life in the forest, as well as a burn scar that covers his entire right arm, he got this when he threw himself on the burning pyre in attempt to save his mother; the lack of Psychic ability at the time made it so that he was not fire proof yet. Messiah can use 100% of his brain at any given moment, has an IQ of over 400, knows every human language fluently, and can read 7 books at once.
