The tree did not pay attention to new potential candidates, after all, it had Dea all for itself, keeping her in state that was supposed to last for years, decades.\n\nAn exceptionally large amount of wild animals was quickly noticed by the local hunters, although the tree was far from the settlements, they ventured further and further, excited by the abundance of the forest. Although this was not Dea's goal, her \"sacrifice\" allowed her to feed many people.\n\nMonths passed until one morning one of the hunters encountered a rather peculiar tree. huge, wide for a few adult males, and its leaves so dense that it was impossible to judge the height. Surprised, the wolf circled the tree until he saw the female embraced by the plant. As he approached few tentacles launched themselves at him - trying to grab his legs and arms but he was too quick, effortlessly he sliced them.
