At this time when the story starts, Valarie has taken over around 35 percent of the town when Vitaly enters the picture.  
It begins with the first page of Valarie sucking the blood of a teen, both chest shot with blood flowing down the teen, then appearing on stage of a strip club. As there continues to be blood on her breasts.
And then we go to inside a church with only one person sitting in the pews.  A presist approaches him and asks
"What troubles you child?" And he replies "Not me father, you, or more specifically your community."
And the presist comments "Then what brings you here child?"  As he get's up from the pew he answers.
"Because this is the only place where any peace and calm will be had by me until all is done."
Man walks up to the donation box and pulls out a wad of dollar bills as he continues "A place for me and God to pray for each other."
Man inserts the bills in the box as the presist explains "Your always welcome back child." The man answered "I appreciate that father."
The man then walks to the door leading outside the church as the presist looks back at him.
"Get yourself rest father, god's judgement is coming, and coming soon."

The man get's on a motorcycle just outside the church. The man speaks to himself.
"Of course, not sure if I could call myself a instrument of god.  She may be here, but that shouldn't change anything."
The man is now on his bike riding into town as he continues.
"I still don't understand why they sent me by myself.  What do they mean 'I've taught you everything, you must continue to learn outside'?"
The man passes by the strip bar where Valarie is having a smoke, and see's him pass by.
"I suppose I'll find out, I'm sure they wouldn't send me to do something I couldn't handle."
Valarie while continuing to smoke comments "Hm, never seen him around.  He could be a power ally, I'll have to track him later."
Same shot but the manager walks out of the strip bar furious.
"Valarie! What the hell! She was new!"  And Valarie replied "Yeah, that's why I sucked her."
Same shot as the manager continued as Valarie takes a huff "Why couldn't it be the dishwasher!?"
Valarie turns her head to look at the manager and smile.  "I'm saving him for later."

The man on the bike shows up to the police station, and on first inspection it doesn't seem bad, just a little abandoned.  He walks in to find no one at their desks.
Including the reception desk, so after waiting a bit Vitaly decided to just head upstairs to the Chief's office.
Senic shots, as he finally makes it to the office.  Vitaly knocks on the door, no answer, so he opens the door; has a gun pointed at him.
"Who are you!" Shouted the man holding the gun, and Vitaly explained "I'm Vitaly, I'll be working with your jurisdiction from now on."
Shaking the gun, the man replies "W-well then, y-y-you should have signed in at the reception desk!"  And Vitaly explained "There is no reception."
The man with the gun looks down at the floor lvl, and he says "Ah! I don't believe this." He puts the gun down "I'm sorry about that, please, have a seat."
Vitaly is in a seat as the Chief looks through his papers. "Hmm... yes... I see..."  He puts the papers down and looks up at Vitaly.
"Alright, after a look at your work, I've decided to put you to work immedietly." He get's up "You'll be working with our best officer, Stg Miller."
Vitaly get's up too "Come, I'll show you where she is."  They head downstairs down to the basement as the Chief explains the portions to the building.
"And to our left is our gun-range, you'll have to bring your own bullets." they keep walking down a hall with a long glass window "And to our left is the training facilities, here we-"
The Cheifs speech was cut short as a man broke through the glass.
Man lays between the sheet of glass half on each side as the Cheif states "Oh charlie!  What part of her did you touch now?"  Charlie replies "Her butt, totally worth it!" as he gives a thumbs up.
Vitaly and the Cheif moved past the guy in the glass to the other side while Chief continued "Well, perhaps we'll charge a sexual assult case on you and then we'll see if it's worth it." The guy replied
"Aw, I got thrown through the glass, isn't that punishment enough?" And cheif anwsered "Maybe we should as the Sgt and see."
Side full body shot of Sgt Miller as she looks at the camera.  "Sargent" she answers "Yes sir?" Scene changes to camera looking up at the two's bust shots.
"This is Vitaly, he will be working with you from this day on." Vitaly holds up his hand to have her shake it "Sargent." She looks at him with distrust eye's, then finally shakes his hand.
"Now then" The Chief states "If you two please come to my office so you can get your assingment." The two follow the chief until they get the man in the glass. Sgt Miller stops, looks down at the man, and upper kicks the guy back into the area.
Back in his office, all are sitting at the Chiefs desk as he explains "We've been getting some rumors of a deal going down recently." Front shot of him explaining things. "I need you two to form a stakeout."
"You are to remain there for 12 hours, if nothing happens, come back here.  If something does happen, record it, and report back.  Do not engage, do you understand?"
The two look at the paperwork, then look at each other, nod, and state "Yes sir" "Very good" went the Chief "Head out" And so the two left the office.

Valarie walks down what looks like a office hall, stripper gear and all.  A couple of men pass by her (they are in the next scene) then one man talks to her "I have a new initiate." Alice replies "Alright, let's go."
They walk down another hall way that only has a door at the end, they enter.  Inside is a box sort of layout with a teen in cheerleading gear in the middle.
Valarie is in the room with the girl, as the guy shuts the door behind him.  Valarie walks around the girl asking "So, what were you told exactly?" The girl replies "That comming here I would be more powerful than anyone in my school."
"School huh?  How old are you?" "18" "I see, alright." Valarie grabs the breast of the girl "I think you'll do just fine." And licks her neck. Sex accores with some words in there like "Why are you so strong? I can't even move!" too
"Yes, you can have this power too, can you see yourself this strong?"  Until the girl cums, and with her mouth open, blood drops in her mouth.  And she begins to have violent reactions.  Valarie is next to her comferting her by holding her hand on her stomach.
After a while she finally calms down and get's up "Wh-wha, how-" "Congradulations, your now my ghoul."  Valerie get's up and continues "As my ghoul, you will be my eye's and ears during the day, gathering information as I need of it."
Valarie holds out her hand to offer the girl up as she keeps going "Until then, this will be your new home, you'll get a bed, you'll get 3 square meals, and of course some entertainment even by me."  The girl get's excited by the idea, and grabs behind Valeries waist.
"Can it be now?" Valarie laughs "Well ok." Butt shot as the both grab each others asses "I'm sure you'll love what I have planned."

A black car sits out on the side of the road, inside the Sgt is drivers side with a watch while Vitaly is on the passenger's side with binoculars in hand, using them over his sunglasses.
"When they hell are you going to take those glasses off!  It's the middle of the night!" Unto which Vtialy replies "It's perscription"  Silence, Vitaly looks at Sgt, then hands over the binoculars.
"You wanna look?" Sgt looks back and takes the binoculars and uses them "Say, I didn't read your papers, could you tell me what academy you trained from?" Sgt asked.
Unto which Vitaly explains "Let's just say it's a secret group specifically trained to deal with complications that are outside the understanding of the force."
"Then why are you here?" Questioned Stg "We know who she is, we just need to arrest her." and Vitaly answers "Then why haven't you?" and Sgt replies "You wouldn't understand."
Vitaly turns to her and asks "Do you trust me?" and she turns and replies "Of course not.  Your a guy, young brand new to the force unto which I know nothing about."
"Then why are you a cop?" stated Vitaly, unto which Sgt gave a shocked look to him as he continued "I mean, you obviously had a a rough childhood" Sgt snapped back
"When are you going to answer my question!?" as Vitaly turns away from Sgt and replies "Right when you answer mine."  Silence, and Sgt goes back to spotting with the binoculars.
Time passes a bit when Vitaly states "I spot movement!  East side of the warehouse."

Through the view of the binocoluars we see 2 people with a brief case moving into the building. "I know those two!" Says sgt "Officer Sam and Francis. What are they doing here?"
"Are they under-cover?" Asked Vitaly "No" replied Sgt "I would know about it if they were!"  She puts down the binoculars and we are back in the car. "They are heading inside."
"Welp" Vitaly opens the door, Sgt turns immedietly "What are you doing!?"  He replies "Cheif asked us to record anything that happens, well we aren't going to find anything sitting in here."
Vitaly leaves, Sgt waits a bit, then leaves the car too.  Inside are four men around a small table with the briefcase in the middle and a light hanging right above them.
"I'm getting tired of meeting like this" started with one of them, as the officer replies "We can do this in public, people would get suspisous." And the other guy states
"Would ya give it a rest? We are going to take over your town eventually, might as well show it to everyone" The officers remain quiet.  Vitaly and Sgt are behind a small wall listening in.
"Anyways, what did you bring in today?" "Cash" "That's a bit daring" "Oh don't worry, this money came from a grant, no one is going to have records on this amount."
"That's the 250K grant we got from the government!  We were going to pay our bills with that!!!"  Thought Sgt.  Seeing her face in anger says to Vitaly that she doesn't want this to happen.
So he get's up and moves in "What are you-!!!" yells Sgt.  "Freeze! Your all under arrest!" yells out Vitaly with a gun in his hand pointing at the others, with Sgt falling behind suit.
"Who's this guy?"  the officer informs "Idk, I never seen him before, he must be new if the Sgt is here."  Sgt moves forward to the guy to arrest him by saying "Put your hands-"
The guy punches her so hard she flies 10 ft in the air, she lands and get's up shocked and confused.  And see's Vitaly dealing with the guy, instead of blocking he just dodges and moves.
'Shit, I don't have anything ready to deal with this guy!' thinks Vitaly.  Vitaly finds a pencil and grabs it, just as the officers run off without the money.  Vitaly jams the pencil in the guys shoulder.
"AHHH!!!" He screams in agony. "Charlie!  Run!! This guy know's what he's doing!"  The other guy takes off.  "Come back!!" Yell's Vitaly as he runs to catch him. "Hey wait!" as Sgt get's up from the floor.
Car chase ensues. Ending up with Charlie dead at the bottom of a hill inside a flaming car.  Vitaly looks down as Sgt comes over. "What the hell were you thinking!?"
"I-" Vitaly paused then continues "I was trying to catch the guy so we could interrogate-" "That's not what we were told to do!" Interuppted Sgt, as she runs her hand through her hair, thinking what to do.
After giving a big sigh, she says "Get back in the car."

The high school girl lays naked in bed, and asleep.  Valarie is sitting up, then a close up to her head as she gets a cigarette for her hand.  She's about to light it until she notices something.
She takes the cigarette out of her mouth and gets off the bed. A angled shot of the room with the naked lady still in bed as Valarie goes to the door.  She opens it to find a guy there and says
"We got problems!" The man and Valarie leaves to room and shuts the door. A whole first person perspective with the guy's left arm holding his right shoulder and blood running down it.
Then the two enter the room with the FPS and Valarie begins "Oh by Satans hand" she goes to the man and sits in front of him "Lewis, what the hell happened?"  The FPS guy begins
"We got busted by two officers, one was that one tough chick, the other [groans] I never seen him before.  But, he-hmph (pain), he delt with us with no problem, I think he had training."
Valarie interupts him "Ok, Lewis, your off duty until you get better, no butts. Beaver, give him a bag of blood, John come with me."  She and the guy who entered with her leaves him, while the other one in the room gets a bag blood.
Valarie and John go to another room as he askes "Wait, we're not going after those two?" "No, they are too big of a problem right now. We have a more immediete matter at hand."  She opens the door.
"We have no money"  The cabinets open to guns and body suits, Valarie grabs a gun and throws it at John "Go round up a dozen vampires. And tell them to be packing." We see her again but this time she is in a latex one peice suit with a zipper that's all the way
down with her breasts exposed, and her holding a gun "We are robbing a bank!"

The cheif looks intimidatly at the camera "Sgt, officer, what the hell am I suppose to tell the commissioner?"  We see the two sitting in his office looking concerned, with sgt beginning.
"Well... tell him we stopped a crime in progress, that we even recovered stolen money from the-" Cheif interupts her "THAT'S NOT WHAT I ASKED YOU TO DO! I asked you to watch and report."
He get's back in his chair "So I ask again, what am I suppose to tell the commissioner?" Quiet, and then "You don't need to tell me anything" As the two look back and see a suit man.
The man walks in and puts his hands on their shoulders and states "You two are off duty for today, no emergencies allowed either, report back tomorrow morning."  He lift his hands of their shoulders and continues
"Now would you please leave the office, me and the Chief need to talk." The two move down the hallway as the man speaks "Remind me again why you didn't fire her yet?"  "I'm not kidding, she's the best we have."
Sgt passes by Lt Quinn's desk, where we see the back of her body and the front of her desk (as well as the money). "I'm sorry Leutenant, I can't help you today." "That's fine Sgt, have a good night."
Vitaly and Sgt Miller are outside of the police station, silent.  Until Vitaly asks "Do... do you want a ride back to your place or something?" She thinks and replies "Yeah sure, whatever." They get to his bike.
"I'm driving, and don't touch my breasts." He looks at her "You don't have a helmet" She get's a mad look on her face.  One drawing of them driving as she looks angry and her breasts are pressing behind his back.
They get to her house, she get's off, looks back to check if he has a boner (he doesn't) and they talk.  "Thanks for the ride." "Well, thanks for covering my ass back at the station."
"Yeah, I wouldn't had to do that if you followed my command, but oh no you just had to do your own thing, you men always love to show off and-" Vitaly interrupted "Well excuse me miss-I-got-hit-once-and-flew-in-the-air"
"Maybe if we both followed your orders we both be dead!" "ENOUGH!" yelled Sgt "If we are going to work together we need to cooperate with each other!" And Vitaly replies "Of course." He puts on his helmet and turns his back.
"Starting tomorrow I'll be a better team player." Starts the engine "Until then, goodnight." And rides off.  A side shot of him riding his bike on the road.

A cut to a side shot with Valarie driving in the car on the road, with a dozen guys in the back.  Car chase ensues, with shots fired, and sirens blairing.  She then comes to two cop cars blocking the road ahead.
"Give up, we got you cut off."  But Valarie plays chicken with them instead, cops loose their nerve and move out of the way just in time. Only for them to accidentally be blocking the cop cars coming for them.
Guy looks back at the carnage "I think we cut them off, should be safe to go back." Valarie presses on the gas and heads off. And screeches to a  halt at their location.
A guy is in a office looking room with a table, some paper and a pencil, and a calculator as he runs the numbers "This is is going to take a while, you can go." Valarie shuts the door and walks down the hall.
Back shot of her the whole time; she heads down the hall and takes a left, all the while slowly removing her suit. Goes through a cafateria with food and blood bags en suit, past her office of witchcraft, and finally at her room.
Valarie get's a dog bowl and fills it witl kids vitamins  and candy.  She goes to her dog house and knocks at it, a naked girl comes out on all fours with a leash on and looks up.
"Hey Bitch, you thirsty?" As she opens her vag, but the kids nods no. "Hmph, your no fun, here." Valarie puts down the dog bowl and a water bowl "Eat up, we'll go for a walk later."  She eats and  Valarie goes to her desk.
Valarie get's in her robe and looks at a list.  She then calls through the intercom system "Josheph, would you please come to my room."  She get's up from her table and lays on her bed in a seductive matter, Josheph walks in.
"Hello, you have been choosen."  She sits up and presents herself "So, what would you like to do with me?  What is your fetish?"  Josheph replies "uh... tentacles?" "Did you want to be a part of it or watch?" "Part"

Then hands it to Josheph "Drink this, don't worry it's not perminenant." as she also eats a pill.  He drinks it and starts to get octopus tentacles out of his body.  "Alright, shall we?" As she drops her robe.  Sex, end is a vertical split of her legs and a tentacle going in her vag.

A kick to a heavy bag.  Sgt pounds away at the bag as she practices her martial arts.  The bag goes flying around after punch and kick, until it flies off it's rails. She wipes the sweat off her brow, and waits for a bit.
She goes to her CD player, we see a bunch of Jazz albums as she looks through a couple of them, puts one in the CD player, and pushes play.  She takes a drink from her waterbottle, and sits at the window.
"I don't get it." She said outloud. "I was fully ready, and that guy floored me in less than a second, but my parnter took him out in seconds... What the hell is going on?" Thinks a bit "Whatever, I'll figure it out later."
Outside at a camp site, Vitaly setups his camp with a fire, food cooking on it, and a tent.  He takes the food off and puts it on a plate, and has his meal while he looks around. He looks through his equipment, making sure it's in top shape.
He returns to the fire to adjust it.  He looks at the horizion of the town.  "I don't get it" He says out loud "I figured that my training would be enough for this problem, but everyone think I did the crime.  What did I do wrong?"  He thinks "I guess I'll figure it out later."

Back at the police station, dawn approaches and Stg Miller walks in.  The area is vacant only Vitaly is there filling out paperwork.  "I didn't expect you to be here so early." Stated Sgt "Someone's got to fill out the paperwork, ma'am."
"Ugh, please reframe from using 'ma'am' around me." "As you wish, sgt." "That's better." Vitaly finishes up his paperwork and puts it in the 'out' bin, then looks up at the Sgt.  "So what's our assingment?" "Well" Sgt turns to her desk and picks up some folders and looks at them.
"Seems the bank was robbed yesterday, we need to investigate the place and figure out what happened." Vitaly drops his pencil and starts to get out of his chair "K, let's go." And they head off.

Valarie is in her room naked and searching through her wardrobe, she get's a knock at her door "Intrude" Bart comes in "Thanks for coming, so" She takes out two strip tease oufits "Which one?" Bart points at the shantae costume "What about that one?" "Oh yeah, I fogot I had that one."
She take is off and starts to put it on "I don't think your dress code is what you brought me in for." "OH, right!"
"Something bothers me about the warehouse incident, a vampire shouldn't have any problem with a human, but nearly 2 of them were killed out right by one.  He's got to be a hunter, but I need to make sure.  I need you to watch him, see how he performs, note his moves."
"But don't engage him! I mean it, if he see's you run."  She is fully dressed now "How do I look?" "Like a sexy beast." "Damn right!  Anyways, come back to me in a week with your results." Bart starts to leave "Now hold on." She grabs her coat and moves next to him.
"How about a little show at the club?  I'll make it extra exclusive for you."

Montage, with Sgt and Vitaly doing the things they do, with Bart creeping at the corner watching.  And one panel previously used in another panel.

Back at Valarie's office, we see her sharpening a crooked blade as Bart walks in, kneeling.  "Rise and report." "After careful observation he is indeed a hunter. However-" Bart gets interrupted "Hey, we need to talk." "Hold that though Bart, what is it George?"
"Ok, I've had my fun and all, but I want out." Bart yells "Out!  Are you insane!?  What makes you-" "Bart!  I got this." Valarie pulls out a peice of paper from her desk.  "Alright George, just sign at the bottom." George does so "And think of the worst thing you can think of."
He thinks "Ok, got it." "Alright, off you go." She snaps her fingers and George flames out of exsistance "Heh, another soul for Satan.  Anyways, you were saying?" "Oh, right, so he is a hunter but he looks really inexperienced, as if this is his first mission."
"As I feared, well then-" she takes down a huge book and opens it "It seems our best course of action, is to get a outside assistance to deal with said hunter.  Here" She goes into her desk again and pulls out a dozen phamplets "Give these to a dozen ghouls who you think would be interested."
"Thank you." He leaves the room as the cheerleader enters "You called for me?" "Oh yeah, I did, listen, do you know any virgins?"

 Onteroge of how lazy people are with a cop talking to Vitaly.

In a dark room with a pentagon in the middle with 13 dark clothed worshipers around it, a naked chick bount on a table with the middle (being Valarie) one holding the crooked dagger. "(satan chanting)" As she plunges the dagger into the victims heart.
The blook spills from her chest and flows to the center, as the blood seals the symbol, a red light shine from the floor, as a demon slowly emgerges from it. When it get's to full spawn, it asks "Have you summoned me?" "Yes" Valarie holds out a picture "This is your contract."
"Bring me this man's head. Do this and your purpose shall be fullfilled."  Demon takes the picture "It shall be done." "Then the blood pack is complete." Valarie takes her robe off "Ok people, that's a wrap, go back to what you were doing before."
"Wait" the demon says to Valarie "It's been a while Valarie" as she shows his dick "don't you want a ride?  maybe a pick-me-up for my mission"  She looks at it, it starts to be erect, she then puts her whole hands, shoulder, and breasts on it "I suppose we have a little time..."

Demon fight

POV at the strip club as Valarie is with the guy.  "Hey big boy, you seem familiar, have I-" He hands her a note, she looks at it and is shocked "Are you serious!? "Ah your wonderful, thanks" Valarie kisses the high schooler, waits, then french kisses her.  Guy get's horny. "Ah, I miss threesomes."  Sex.

Another scene with the two working together, and changing their views on men and society.

Blood ritual happens again, a even bigger demon comes out. "You have summoned the greatest-"  "Yeah, whatever, your assingment is this guy." Hands out picture, and he takes it. "You dare challange me?  I will have his blood for-" "Yeah sure that's what the other one said. Don't come back without his head."
"We're done here, let's go." Everyone starts to leave, the demon pulls one aside and asks "What's her problem?" the cultest explains "she kinda wants to get rid of him, she's lost half of her forces because of him." And goes on to explain why.
"Huh, and he took down a demon already?" "Yep, I'd recommend a non-confrontation approach personally."

Demon fight, this one possesses the bodies of cop and trys to go after the sgt, only for the sgt to kick his ass.  The demon comes out of the body and lays sgt on the floor, sgt kicks a bench tripping the demon on his chest, she get's up and rounhouse kicks him.  Only for him to catch the kick and throw her across the room at a wall.
Somewhere during the fight, the demon finds another body and Miller shoots the guy "No!" yells Vitaly after the shot was made, demon comes out and goes to possess Miller, until Vitaly dives in.  He is semi possessed until he forcfully drinks holy water where he is able to gain control once again.
Miller runs over "Vitaly, are you alright!?" "Yeah, aside from demon being in my body for the rest of my life I"m just peachy."  "We'll what do we do?" "Nothing, all I can do is drink holy water once a day, it's the only way to keep him at bay."
Ending with "Miller, we are not safe here... we need to go." They get up and leave.

Valarie drains the blood out of a person, throws that body to the grown "NEXT!" Drinks from another person and throws that body to the ground, as she moans "... how many humans left?" "Just 2" "Ok, put them away for now."  And they do "Everyone gather around!" And everyone does.
"So here's what we are going to do, we are going to get every single resource we have and use it, it's pretty much no going back now.  My plan is to catch one of them, and use them to lure the other into a trap. Everyone got it?"  Everyone nods"
"Good, for the time being I'm going to make whatever I can from my book, don't bother me unless it's an emergency, ok let's get to work." And everyone moves out. Lt Quinn comes up to Valarie "I have that file you wanted." "Read it."

Knock at the door, the presist opens it and find Vitaly and Sgt at the door.  "Goodness child, I did say you were welcome here anytime but I didn't think-" "Father, we need help!" "What kind?" "Santcuary" The farther thinks a bit, and replies "Come with me."
They follow him down to a room in the basement with only one bed and a chair. "I'm sorry child, this is all I can do." "This is more than enough, thank you Father."  The two walk inside as the door shuts, sgt heading for the bed.
"So your sure we'll be safe here?" "Well, I'm sure this is the safest place we can be at this time." Vitaly sits down "So with that in mind, I'll keep watch, you get some sleep." Argument.
"I thought if we killed/arrested enough of her gang that she would eventaully deal with us, but she was clever enough to send lacky's after them (demons)." Argument. "You still don't trust me!" She get's taken back by that.
"After I saved you three times!  What's wrong with you!?" Silence, then she lowers her head and sits on the bed "You wanted to know why I became a cop?" "Wha?" "You weren't wrong, I did have a troublesome childhood.

Montage of her past "Because of how my body developed, I was harrased by everyone. My teachers, my friends, even my family.  I just felt like I didn't have any control anymore, I felt helpless.  It made me angry."
"So I found a martial artist who saw my misfourtune and offered to train me, and boy did I train, day after day, my whole high school.  And when I applied my lessons, I felt like I was in control of my life again, that I can go anywhere do anything.  And I ended up passing all my classes and getting my high school diploma."
"But after the cerimony, I wanndered the halls and found another in a similar situation, that I thought 'What I've done wasn't actually helping anyone. There were still people out there who are going through what I went through, how can I help them?' And it accorded to me that it was the system that needed changed."
Back in present time. "So I became a police officer, my goal to help those who couldn't help themselves.  But it was the same, I still got harassed at the station, and people still got hurt... I wish I knew what I was doing wrong, it makes me so angry that I just lash out at any guy as though they were the problem."
"I don't know what to do..." Vitaly interviens "Your doing the right thing. You may not know this right now, but you just took the steps needed for the future you always wanted. Patience is worth but there's another thing."
"Listen, I know about the men there, I've talk to them, I know how sexist they can be. (something here) . I'm not going to be here forever, so the only way that you can get them to follow you is if you trust them, ok?"
Sgt thinks a bit "Well, I explained myself. Now explain yours." She looks at Vitaly "You came here, you came after her. Why?  Why did you go through all of this just for her?  What did she do to you?"
Vitaly goes quiet a bit, looks down for a bit, takes off his shades then looks back up and says "She raped and killed my sister."

Montoage of the event "I was around 9 at the time, my sister was a softmore at college, training to be a doctor.  During spring semester late one night she was studing in the library, she left, and they said it was about 12 when she got attacked."
We are at Valarie's place as we see Lt Quinn still reading "And it's says that the body was fully dead at 12:30."  Valarie states "Oh yeah, I remember that, she was my first kill.  So he's come back for revenge has he?  Cute."  "There's more" Lt continues.
"So after the body was discovered, and nothing done about it.  My mother went into shock to the point where she's still in it, as for me I was just angry... all the time... to the point where I would lash out at any vampires.  But they just laughed at me."
"I was almost killed by a couple, until a vampire hunter came to my rescue.  And I begged him to take me in, to train me, and he did.  For 10 years, I learned the ways of fighting everything from vampires, to demons, to dragons."
We are back in the present room "He said my training was complete, but I knew that wasn't true.  But I took the first mission anyways, turns out there was alot for me to learn, just not with him.  Specifically society."
"You see, I could kill all the vampires I wanted.  But there are some vampires out there that I cannot touch with a 10 ft poll just because of their place in society.  I need to talk to people, learn about how they live their lives, have them understand what's going on."
"Seems I still have much to learn."  Remains silent for a bit and puts his glasses on. "Well, that's it, now I think you should go to bed.  I got your back."  He places the chair at the crack of the door and looks out. She looks down and thinks a bit, and decides he was going to be the one she trusts, and she was going to show it.
She get's up and walks softley towards him, and puts her breasts over his head.  He looks up, "Vitaly." He get's up immediatly and walks back away from her towards the bed "Hey, hey, hey! Wait! Hold on! We talked about this!" Full bust shot with breasts exposed "Could you please accept me anyways?"
He's now in the bed "Sgt, you have I no interest in you, so why do this when it means absolutly nothing to me?" He takes his hand and puts it on her breast "Because it means something to me, just this one time."  Vitaly panick's a bit "I-uh, I... don't really know what I'm doing."

Another different event

It's morning, and the two of them are naked in bed with each other, more or less cuddling.  Vitaly wakes up first, he see's her sleeping and smiles, he moves her head up to wake her. She opens her eye's "Hey sleepyhead, time to go to work."
Sgt looks at the situation and is shock at both being nude, she gets half way up "Did-did we..." "I believe so" She moves her body away from Vitaly unsure of the situation "Oh god, what did I do?" Vitaly comferts her by putting his hands on her shoulders.
"You did the best thing, because now I know without a doubt that you trust me, and I trust you."  They kiss (maybe make out again or put their clothes on).

Next scene at night, they followed a ghoul back to the place and the two of them are hiding.  They find themselves outside the building where the headquarters are, and many of them are outside taking boxes out of the truck.  "Yeah this is the place" Says Vitaly.
"How do you know?" Asks Sgt "Vampires always have a water linked system so any blood or other things they can just dump in the river where no one can trace it.  And this used to be an office space, meaning a basement for the cars to park in, a great place for a vampire to sleep during the day."
"No doubt about it." "So now what?" "We need to find a way inside." "How?" "Hmmm" Vitaly thinks a bit "I don't think we can, not without someone seeing us." Sgt then states "Ok, I'll distract, you get inside." "What, no, I'm not putting you in-"
She kisses him and says "I believe in you." And get's up and heads a dead end alley of the building where they can see her. Valarie helps with the box with a guy, guy states "Alright, that's the last one." "Then we are all set then, alright, time to move to the main, what does this woman look like?
"Well she's-" as he says that he looks the side finding sgt and points "HER!" "What?" "Her, that's her, that's the girl!" "In the alley?" "Yeah" "Well that's convienent. I'll handle this." Valarie walks down the alley way behind Sgt Miller "Hey bitch" Sgt looks behind her "What's up" as Valarie looks at her.
Sgt get's out her gun, but Valarie is too fast and grabs her gun out of her hands "Now that's not fair is it" and brakes the hammer part "Ya shouldn't bring a gun to a fist fight.
They fight, Vitaly get's behind the group watching the fight, kills one of the vampires and steals his clothes to put on.  Sgt is knocked out "Ha, ha, ok, we got her, here, take her inside."  Someone does "everyone inside for now, further instructions will be later." Everyone goes inside except Valarie.
Who when are all inside holds her liver and goes "Fucking hell!  Why does she hit so hard!."

Sgt wakes up on a circular upright table tied up, legs spread.  Valaries is waiting with a small whip at hand "Alright, here's the deal, we can do this the hard way where your bait, or we can do this the easy way where you tell me where the hunter is.  So, which do you prefer?"
"If you think for a second that I-" Valarie whips at Sgt vag super hard, and she keeps quite cause of the pain "Oh, I'm sorry, did that hurt?"
Valarie then rubs at sgt pussy "Here, let me rub it to make it all better." "You better stop if you know what's good for you." "Your in no position to bargin." Valarie then gropes at her breast "I could make you one of us, a vampire or a ghoul." Then moves to her ear. "Or, I could drain you, every, last, drop."
Vitaly meanwhile is has some weapons in his hands and is following another guy to find the weapons room.  They find it "Alright, that's the last of them." And the guy leaves, while Vitaly takes out some thermite and places it over the weapons.
Valarie has a braided rope under sgt vag, and proceed's to rub it under there. "Feels good doesn't it?  Ya wanna cum?" "Go to hell" "Oh, a tough girl, I love tough girls."
Vitaly puts some more thermite on top of Valaries dresser, and then starts to head out until he hears something.  He looks at the dog house and find a nake girl their. "What the... hey, hey, are you alright?" "Please!  Get me out of here!!" "Whoa ok, calm down, where's the keys?" He get's them and starts to undo her coller.
"Ok listen very carefully, I can't get you out of here, but there is someone who can.  Her name is Sgt Miller, she's being interragated right now, if you get her free I promise she'll take you to saftey.  In the meanwhile I'll create a distraction so that you can get out, do you understand?"
Valarie is now humping Sgt with a special strap on and groping at her breasts.  "Oh, your excited, I can tell. Well I guess I'll be-" "Valarie!" "What! I'm in the middle of something!" "The hunter!  He's here!" "What!?" "He's here in the base." She get's off of sgt miller "Call the guards, don't let him through!"
Valarie leaves the room, the little girl looks and walks in with the keys "Are you Miller?  Sgt Miller?" "y-yes" the girl proceeds to unlock her from the table "We need to get out of here, he's going to set the place on fire." She's finally free "I-I would like to but I don't know how I got in." 
"Oh that's ok, I know this area well thanks tot he walks, there's a backdoor, follow me."  Some fighting going on. Vitaly runs down the hall, others follow suit except for Lt Quinn, who see's them running to the back way and calls a guy "I'm going to head to the back, just in case he finds a way through."

The girl and sgt open the door to a large empty rom with big glass windows.  "That door, that's the one." She points straight ahead and the two proceed that way.  Suddenly the door that they came through slams behind them, they look back "Oh, I wouldn't suggest that." "Liutenant!?" The girl goes off and hides.
A bit of a fight ensues, causing Lt to hide in the rafters above them, while sgt hides behind a pillar "You should have joined us sgt, we would have made a great team." "Lt, how could you!?"
"You have a family with kids, don't you care about them?" "Oh, so just because I have a husband, and just because I have kids, and just because I have a 2 story house means I should be happy with the situation that I'm in?  That maybe there isn't some sort of powerlessness I feel I'm in that being a vampire couldn't fix?"
"You could have worked that out with them!  Instead you took the easy way out and put there lives in danger at all times!?" More fighing, ending with Lt flinging sgt at the wall near the back door, leaving her hurting. "I guess it does pay off, time to die." She moves in with mouth open ready to bear fangs.
Sgt then puts her whole foot inside her mouth and with a swing with her leg flies lt over her head, and out the window.  Sgt looks down and finds Lt impaled by a large tree branch. "The lazy way, never works out."  Sgt limps outside along with the girl, and they make it to Lt's police car just ouside the back lot.

Vitaly leaves the building with many following, pushes a button and the place goes up.  They look back behind them, giving enough time for Vitaly to get on his bike and start to ride.
Valarie gets on top of her car "That's it!  No more games! Ghouls, attack the police station and kill every police person!  Vampires your with me, we are going after that hunter, and paint the town red with his blood!!"  They all cheer, and get into their vehicals.

Sgt makes it back to the station, the two get out.  They get inside where Chief is holding a gun up, shaking "Father!" the naked girl runs to the Cheif "Honey? I-I-I missed you so much!!!" He breaks down in tears. A guy asked "What the hell is going on?" Sgt starts "You'll never believe this" "Uh Guys"
"We got company!" as shots are fired from the window's as he get's down "Everyone!  Arm yourselfs and defend this point!" And one side is shooting outside, while the other is shooting inside.

Vampires head down the road "That's it, come to me." as Vitaly looks at his mirror, and leads them off to the desert.  Where an epic car fight happens.

More from the police station.

More fighting from the desert. Until it's just down to Vitaly and Valarie "Shit, I don't have any weapons left what do I-" As he said this he see the dawn approaching. "Yeah, yeah, I can do this.  I just need to buy some time." And reels his bike to her as challange.
"Oh, you want to play chicken?  Alright, let's do this." They both reav up for a bit, and then Vitaly starts.  They head towards each other, getting closer and closer, and just until they get to the point of no return, Vitaly braches for impact and Valarie has a look of fear in her eyes.
The vehicals completely crash, leaving Vitaly flying in the air.  Landing 30 ft from the crash site, rolling and brushing all the way, until he makes a stop, and doesn't move, for a long time.  Then he get's up "uuuhhhh, I'm going to feel that in the morning" he wonders to the crash site.
He finds Valarie inside, mangled up and trying to recover.  He pulls her out of the rekage with one arm and keeps arms length away from him "You fucking fucker!  I'm going to rip out your bones and grind them to dust!" "No, this time Valarie, your turning to dust." What are you-" Just then the sun appears.
She begins the dust "Go to hell!" he responds "This is for my sister."

Just then all the ghouls die, people are rushing out of the station to figure out what's going on, what happened. Sgt comes out last and stays at the top of the steps "He did it" "Who" "Vitaly, he killed the head vampire, he really saved us!"  "No sgt, you saved us." Cheif began.
"I-I should have trusted you, I should have trusted all of you.  If I did I would have gotten my daughter back and no one would have died." He turns to the sgt "Miller, I'm making you the new Cheif, I'd risk my life for you any day." "Aw, chief, I don't know what to say, I-"
Slow clap emerges, they both look down and see it a policeman clapping, then another one joins, and then all of them as they cheer for Miller with the at the bottom of the stairs and her at the top.  She starts to cry and thinks 'Thank you, Vitaly.'

Vitaly blows the dust out of his hand and puts it down, he looks back at the crash.  Looks back at the sunrise, takes his glasses off and throws them in the burning parts, closes his eye's, takes a deep breath, smiles and opens his eyes, and walks towards the sunrise.
