Approach the massive green dragon

You notice as you approach the over football field length green dragon that it is sleeping on its side. The belly of this dragon billows out and it is what the ginger cat, samoyed, and snake-naga lounge laying back on.
"Do you want something?" The ginger cat looks up from its phone. This ginger cat is fat, round as an orange if it was about five feet in circumference.
The samoyed looks at you with a dopey expression. It is panting and all white and has its phone on its lap. It is almost the same belly size as the ginger cat. The naga, well, other than being a boa copperhead mix, it has a bulged stomach. It isn't too obvious why it is bulging until you see the bulges moving. It is red scaled with diamonds on it. It looks at you flicking out its tongue and its belly issues a growl and it winks at you.
The dragon hasn't stirred. Its massive belly moves in and out as it breathes although the dragon itself shifts intermittently.
