Fall of the factory \n\nChanging of the guard \n\ntwo months has passed now since Scootaloo escaped the factory and Lead reveled that Rainbow Dash was at his house to her friends. Rainbow Dash sat quietly the glider chair reading a Daring Do book when Lead walked in “hey Dash I’m gonna run over to Pinkie Pie's cottage then stop by Applejack's we're out of apples again. Dash looked up “alright Lead I’ll be here” Lead walked over and nuzzled Dash “love you Dashie” he turned and slipped out the front door with his mirrored goggles on he quickly flipped his wings open and slowly lifted himself into the sky as he flew away from the house he thought about what Pinkie Pie had said when she left “we all have our secrets Lead” “she knew by saying that would cause Lead to investigate as he flew he thought about how when he used to come here it was as an officer for the factory to grab more victims for the machine, Lead quickly shook his head \"no that's all in the past now\" \"hey Lead... hey Leadbarrage\" \"huh\" Lead glanced down to see Mrs cake waving him down Lead quickly turned and landed in front of her \"hello Mrs cake\" \"oh good i was afraid you didn't hear me Lead\" \"oh no i heard you sorry it took me a minute to respond i was off in my own world\" \"that's alright i just wanted to give you these cupcakes for Dash and Scootaloo oh and for you Lead i know you don't like icing so i made a few without\" \"thanks Mrs. cake Lead quickly slipped the packages into his saddle bags hey Lead where you off to anyway?\" \"i was heading over to Pinkie Pie's why you wanna come\" \"nah i was just curious i mean Lead you really never show up around ponyville\" \"yeah I’m still not very well liked so i tend to stay to myself especially now i have to take care of both Dash and scootaloo.\" \"alright Lead i won't keep you I’m sure your anxious to get to Pinkie Pie's and then back to Dash\" 'Lead nodded \"you have no idea especially now i have a cupcake to eat. Lead finally arrived at Pinkie Pie's house he landed out front and walked up to the door took a deep breath and tapped it with his hoof \"Pinkie Pie it's Lead you home\" \"just a minute Lead I’ll be right there\" as Lead stood there he tapped the door again this time with a little more force \"Pinkie Pie you know I’ll break this door down\" \"coming\" Lead watched as door finally opened and Pinkie Pie appeared \"what brings you to my house Lead\" Lead looked at her over his sunglasses \"Pinkie Pie i know Steel's here\" Pinkie Pie looked back at him with a look of surprise on her face\" the door\" Lead in an instant was up with both his weapon's aimed at the door \"who it is\" Pinkie Pie called \"it's the Wonderbolts open the door Pinkie Pie we need to talk to you\" Lead slowly stepped towards the door \"ask which wonderbolt\" Pinkie Pie nodded \"which wonderbolt?\" \"Fleetfoot now please open the door\" Lead looked back at her \"Fleetfoot died in a training accident spitfire told me about it\" Lead braced himself behind the door and pulled it open as the imposter stepped in Lead was amazed to see Fleetfoot standing there in all her glory\" \"we got reports that Leadbarrage was here he's wanted by princess Celestia for questioning\" Lead slammed the door \"is that so\" Fleetfoot spun around just in time to see Lead's hoof coming straight at her as it connected squarely with Fleetfoot's jaw her glasses shattered to revel the empty lifeless eyes of a changeling. \"if your gonna impersonate a wonderbolt don't pick one who was my friend\" as the changeling fell to the floor with a thud Pinkie Pie and Steel stared in shock \"told you i was being followed\" Steel grinned a little bit \"you always did have a sixth sense for that kind of stuff\" \"yes yes i did now I'm just wondering who sent that thing it's not one of chrysalis\" \"yeah there is a bit of a difference\" as Lead watched the changeling began to move again \"that fucking thing is still alive\" yelled Lead as he watched the changeling rolled onto it's back Lead quickly buried his hoof into it's mid section causing it to cry out in pain \"shut up\" Lead glanced over at Pinkie Pie \"I’m sorry you have to see this Pinkie Pie\" \"see what\" Lead reared up on his hind legs and came back down ready to nail the changeling to death \"Lead NO!\" Lead slammed his hoof into the floor as the changeling cringed slightly \"your lucky Pinkie Pie is here or else you'd be one dead little insect\" the changeling coughed as it changed back to it's normal form \"who the hell sent you\" the changeling slowly began to pull itself up \"i was sent by my queen chrysalis\" \"your not one of her changeling's\" \"yes i am I'm a commander\" Lead jammed his hoof into the changeling's stomach causing it to rive in pain \"let's hear it out\" \"I’m a male changeling\" \"sorry could never tell so why were you looking for Lead anyway\" \"my queen wishes to speak with him\" \"well chrysalis knows where i am\" \"ah i think you cracked my ribs when you hit me\" \"sorry about that\" \"anyway queen chrysalis sent me to get you she wishes to speak with you she wants to help take down the factory all the changelings at the hive want to Lead\" \"you didn't need to disguise yourself i would have trusted you without the disguise\" the changeling coughed again as a small bit of blood began to drip from his mouth \"sorry my queen it looks like i won't be coming back this time he coughed one last time closed his eyes and went limp as he fell back onto the floor Lead caught him \"Lead is he\" Lead laid the changeling down and felt for a pulse \"yeah he's gone damn it now i feel guilty i killed the poor thing\" Lead flopped down on the floor next to the changeling's lifeless them with me these two and three others oh sorry maybe i should introduce them. the two Shadowbolts stepped into the cottage \"Pinkie Pie, Steel this is Nightstalker and Shadowstorm \"both of the bolts nodded their heads\" Steel sat up slightly \"so your Lead's Shadowbolts huh well shouldn't you be bringing him in he's wanted by princess celestia for helping Dash escape\" Shadowstorm slowly stepped forward with a look of anger on his face \"maybe we should drag you to her your wanted too for helping him to help her escape and as far as I’m concerned i know and trust Lead i don't know anything about you besides your name so you best keep your trap shut or I’ll shut it for you\" Lead turned around \"that's enough Shadowstorm\" \"yes sir\" Lead turned back to Steel \"i advise you don't taunt my Shadowbolts their not wonderbolts they would have no issue with killing you Steel none what so ever\" Steel cringed slightly \"yeah i can tell i was only kidding\" Nightstalker looked Lead turned to head out the door followed closely by Shadowstorm and Nightstalker as the three of them walked back into ponyville Lead glanced at the changeling's body \"i feel bad i killed him but Steelwing was right he did technically change into one of my departed friends to get close to me when he really didn't have to\" Shadowstorm looked over \"I’m sorry commander we're you talking to me\" Changing of the guard

two months has passed now since Scootaloo escaped the factory and Lead reveled that Rainbow Dash was at his house to her friends. Rainbow Dash sat quietly the glider chair reading a Daring Do book when Lead walked in “hey Dash I’m gonna run over to Pinkie Pie's cottage then stop by Applejack's we're out of apples again.
