Over at Defiance house the next morning. 

Anger Heart felt his head pounding as he stirred into conciousness, not helped by the banging on the front door. He mumbled as he tried to roll out of bed, and literally rolled right on the floor.

"Ow..." he said flatly then held his ears down to try and block out the noise. A deep grunt from the bed didn't seem to bother him as he tried to stand up, his head pounding as he used one of his tails to hold himself up against the wall.

The sound of the front door opening was accompanied by Guidance Heart's voice. "Anger Heart, are you there? What's that smell?"

Anger Heart heard footsteps walking towards him and he looked up in time to see the lights turn on, nearly blinding him. "Owowowowowow!" Anger Heart shut his eyes. "Guidance? What."

"Hold still," Guidance Heart's blurry shape approached him and held his head still. A glob of water was conjured, "open up." Anger Heart did so obediently and felt the water forced into his mouth and he swallowed. The fresh water helped settle him but Guidance wasn't done as she conjured a larger blob and forced it over Anger's head, just leaving the tip of his snout exposed. Anger Heart had to prop himself up on his tails as Guidance gave his head a thorough soaking before the water was carried off into a sink.

"Thanks," Anger Heart shook his head, the headached mostly gone now and his vision clearing.

"I never expected to find you here," Guidance Heart shook her head.

"What did I do last night?" Anger Heart turned around and froze right as Guidance answered.

"Defiant Heart, it looks like, after getting blackout drunk."

Defiant Heart lay on his bed, mouth open and grunting in his sleep. His breasts were exposed as he rolled onto his back. From the smell and his appearance it was clear Anger Heart had sex with the Intersex badger.

Guidance rolled her eyes, "I knew Defiant had booze but I didn't think you two would go this far. I know you two can barely stand each other but seriously, this is just cliche." She turned to her husband, who hadn't moved, then waved a hand in front of his face and only saw one eye twitch. "Hello?" She only received a gasp in respond.

Defiant Heart finally woke up and sat up on his bed, smacking his dry lips, "ooh my aching head! keep it down." He rubbed his eyes and saw Anger Heart standing frozen with Guidance Heart next to him, her arms folded and rolling her eyes.

"Congratulations, you two just acted out one of the most cliche soap opera scenes of human history. If your pussy hurts, Defiant, then my husband is why." She took ahold of Anger Heart's shoulders and began to guide him out of the room. "I'm not that mad at you two and I'm not going to break up with Anger Heart over this, but I'd say go see RedemptionHeart for a checkup in a couple weeks just in case you're pregnant, Defiant Heart. "See you later, I need to help my husband come back to reality."

Defiant Heart stared at them for a moment, then right as they left the house he shouted. "WHAT?!"

Anger Heart came too once Guidance turned the shower on him and had a good long scrub. He scrubbed himself so hard and long that his skin tingled when he stepped out of the shower, using heat from his Pyrokinesis to dry himself quickly.

He set about making breakfast in silence as Guidance sat at the kitchen table.

"I'm not mad, not really," Guidance Heart said.

"Why not?" Anger Heart didn't turn away from the eggs he was scrambling.

"Because I know you feel guilty and hurt and you only did it because of the alcohol. How did he get you drinking?" Guidance Heart raised an eyebrow with a small smirk.

"Well..." Anger Heart turned to pull the toast out and start buttering it, "I was outside, kinda annoyed at how you were admiring Love Heart and Shimmers and wishing our love life was like that, when I wandered by Defiant's house and he leaned out, drunk and stinking. I went in to try and be helpful, despite our past, and next thing I knew... well you saw the next thing I knew..." He finished breakfast and set the plate in front of Guidance before serving himself.

Guidance sighed, "Sorry, I didn't think you'd take that so badly..."

They ate and cleaned up the dishes in silence. Once that was done, Anger Heart took Guidance around the waist, "I'm sorry, Guidance," two of his tails wrapped around her and one curled around her tail.

"I'm sorry too, Anger Heart." They kissed, "I love you."

"I love you too." Anger Heart leaned into another more forceful kiss. "I want to make it up to you."

"You don't have too," Guidance smiled and blushed.

"I know, but I want too." Anger Heart kissed her cheek, "I think everyone's going to be resting today, so let's just spend time together, you and me my love."

Guidance Heart giggled, "There's the Anger Heart I knew from when we lived on Earth." She forcefully kissed him back. But there phone rang as they both sighed.

During the early morning hours the Great Wishing star had entered Loveheart's and Shimmers minds while they were asleep as they both stood at Great star point together as they looked at each other astonished. 

"Huh? Loveheart bear? Are you having the same dream as me?" Shimmers inquired. 

"Yes it looks like it love." Loveheart said smiling. 

"I summoned you both here but because I have a important mission for you two and you two must not fail in this." Instructed the Great wishing star as both bears looked up. 

"What caring mission Great Wishing star?" Inquired Loveheart bear in a serious tone. 

"You two must bring a human named Marcus who lives in the country of Sweden to Carelot to join the carebear family in the same manner that Shimmers joined the carebear family by any means necessary. He's around thirty three years of age and he lives in a small town in Sweden. He is important to the future of the carebear family. I can't explain anything to you, but as time goes by you two will understand." 

"You can count on us Great Wishing Star." Loveheart bear said pounding his chest as Shimmers came up and held his mates paw which made Loveheart smile looking at him happily. 

"Good, you two must depart at first light after you two take your shower together." Giggled the star as both bears blushed as the Star went bright and there visions blurred as both bears woke up at the sametime cept Shimmers was still a Otter. 

"Loveheart bear, can you please transform me back to my bear form?" Shimmers asked as Loveheart giggled nuzzling noses with him. 

"Nu-uh, your going to stay in that form for as long as I see fit." Loveheart teased nuzzling nosese with him. "You look so cute as a otter my handsome wittle prince." He said scratching his chin as Shimmers blushed. 

"Aww, quiquit it Loveheart." Shimmers said blushing but not moving his chin away as Loveheart bear kissed him. 

"Now, let's go jump in the shower and get in with our caring mission." Loveheart smiled as Shimmers tried to stand up but quickly fell down to all fours as he was unable to stand like before. "Come on Shimmers we haven't got all day hehe." Loveheart teased. 

"Hey give me a moment, I'm not used to being an otter." Shimmers whined as he began crawling on all fours crawling back and forth and slowly waddling to the restroom. 

"Now you get in first and I'll scrub you down." Loveheart giggled. 

"Aww come on Loveheart, this would go alot faster if you transformed me back to my bear form." Shimmers complained. 

"Do you want me to keep you like this for another day?" Loveheart teased. "I don't mind doing that since you look absolutely adorable in this form." Making Shimmers blush even more as he groaned but remained quiet and obedienly got in the shower. "Hehe that's what I thought." He giggled as he turned on the shower and began to scrub Shimmers new brown otter form down scrubbing his back. Shimmers closed his eyes just enjoying that as he also turned over and he scrubbed his belly and tail and his four paws as he giggled loudly when he did that. Loveheart bear then rinsed him off and dried him off with a towel as Loveheart took his own shower. After he got out of the shower and dried off, he saw Shimmers earlier point as he went over to his legs and both there stars began glowing as he spread his legs apart so that Shimmers could walk on his hind legs as both there unicorn stars stopped glowing. . "Now you should be able to walk, now come on, let's go." He said as Shimmers first steps were wobbly at first as Loveheart held him to try and steady him. 

After a few more minutes Shimmers got his walking form down enough that he was able to walk on his own as the two went outside. Loveheart bear stared out the cloudmobile with his tummy symbol glowing. Loveheart got on the drivers side. "Now, let's go Shimmers. We haven't got all day." Shimmers rolled his eyes as he walked over to the front passenger side as the bear, aan Ottere coupling buckled up and off down to earth they went. Since Carelot was positioned up above North America, it took them awhile to get to Sweden and to the specific spot that the star mentioned. Shimmers was the first to spot Marcus who was in a green shirt, brown shorts, black shoes, black belt, and dark brown hair. 

"That's him Loveheart, let's go." Shimmers said as Loveheart looked down and was amazed at how fast he spotted him. The two landed about twenty feet away from Marcus as he was alone with ear pods on the park bench with his chin resting on his two hands as he sighed deeply. As Shimmers the otter approached him, his heart raced as this person seemed very familiar to him, but was to shy to confront him in that manner. While he was in this shock of remembrance it was Loveheart who greeted the human. 

"Hi Marcus," Loveheart said waving at him. Marcus then looked up and saw the green bear waving. "I'm Loveheart bear and this is my mate Shimmeringstar otter." He giggled as Shimmers looked at him slightly annoyed. Marcus then stood his head up resting on his hands and rubbed his eyes back and forth as he then looked again. "Yes were real." Loveheart said rolling his eyes. Marcus was not so sure even though he heard them. Marcus then got up and gently grabbed Loveheart's ears as Loveheart was about to raise his paws at first, till Shimmers waived his paws telling him to remain still. Loveheart stood there annoyed, but letting the human fulfill his curiosity as Marcus grabbed and slightly rubbed Loveheart's belly which made Loveheart giggle. "Ahreheehey sthahahap that!" Loveheart bear said as he gently grabbed the humans paws. 

"You, you are real!" Marcus said pulling his paws away. 

"Yes Marcus we are very real." Shimmers giggled as he went to his side standing close to Marcus. 

"Huh? How do you two know my name?" Marcus asked curiously as he looked a bit pale as if he was vry uneasy and looked like he was about to flee at any second. 

"Whoa, relax." Loveheart bear said as Shimmers and him gently grabbed him and helped him to sit back down on the bench with him alone with no one elsein site. 

"Why are you two here?" Marcus asked trying to remember a few things. "I remember hearing rumors of other children that you were real, but I never saw you before so I never believed the rumors." Marcus said sweating nervously. 

"We were sent here by the Great Wishing Star specifically for you." Loveheart said honestly. Marcus looked nervous as Shimmers gently took his hand and messaged it to calm him down. 

"Relax Marcus, were not here to harm you," Shimmers said smiling. "Also, after hearing your voice, I think I might know you." Shimmers said as Marcus looked at Shimmers like he was crazy. 

"Shimmers, how would you know him? How is that even possible?" Loveheart bear inquired as Marcus looked very uneasy not knowing how to process this.

"How would you know me if we never met before or I have never seen you before?" Marcus asked nervously. 

"Marcus, you used to baby sit me when I was a child remember? My name is Joaquin, you used to know my parents when they were alive." Shimmers said smiling as Marcus mind raced for a moment. 

"Noo, your a talking otter?!? You could not of been that same boy!" He said sweating nervously since they had done some fun activities that not everyone would of approved of. 

"Here, relax, let me explain." Shimmers said calmly getting up and whispering directly into Marcus ear for a few minutes to where Loveheart bear would not hear a single word. Marcus face went from that look of pale to more pale as he looked like he was about to freak out till Shimmers forced him down gently using the heart. "Whoa, relax, I promise were not here to hurt you. Were here to help you." Shimmers said. "Now take a deep breath, and relax please." Shimmers said as Marcus did just that seemingly have no other choice but to do so. Loveheart sighed but for the time being let Shimmers handle this since he was seemingly getting through to the human. 

"Okay, I believe you, since only that child I baby sat would know those specific things. But how did you turn into a otter?" Marcus said finding calming down as he was trying to get into a calm state of mind. "And why are you here for me?" 

"I'll explain all of that later, right now we are here for you because we heard your sad and you need some friends to listen to you." Shimmers said sitting next to him as Loveheart sat on the opposite side of him. "So why are you sad? We could see that on your face the moment we spotted you here." Shimmers inquired. Marcus sighed sadly as he tried to think of where to begin. 

"I'm sad because my parents passed away recently, and a person whom I thought might of been someone I might of been able to get married to stopped talking to me altogether." Marcus sighed as Love and Shimmers looked at each other now very concerned. "I, I feel alone in this world now, and I am just sitting here now wondering what I should do." He said sighing. 

"Well, while your thinkiing about it, now that you know about us carebears being real, you could come up with us to Carelot in the meantime if you like." Loveheart said smiling as Loveheart winked at Shimmers. 

"Carelot? Why? I'm not a child anymore, I'm a adult and I thought that place was only for kids." Marcus said placing his hands on his chin again. 

"Carelot is for anyone that needs cheering up, even on rare special occassions like this where a special adult like you needs that extra caring." Shimmers said smiling winking back at Loveheart both mates now seeing there opportunity. "So what do you say Marcus? You were there for me when I was a child, and cheered me up, so what do you say you come with us? I'll also tell you the story of how I joined the carebear family and how I ended up in this otter form." Marcus sighed not expecting this, and wanting to be left alone. But seeing he had nothing else to lose, he was desperate to have some form of companionship, so he got up and faced the two. 

"Okay, I'll go with you." Marcus said as the two mates smiled and hugged each other. "But I have to be back this evening. I have to make dinner." Marcus pointed out. 

"Okay, will be sure to have you back around that time, we promise." Loveheart said smiling almost having a hard time suppressing his giggling as Loveheart stared out the cloudmobile again, Marcus looked with his jaw dropping as he saw them both hop in with Shimmers in the back this time. 

"Hop in Marcus, and buckle up, its perfectly safe." Shimmers said smiling patting the front seat affectionately as Marcus closed his jaw and reluctantly got in and buckled up. 

"Next stop, Carelot!" Loveheart shouted as they took off high into the sky as Marcus screamed at first with the two furries laughing at his distress from this as Shimmers messaged his shoulders. 

"Relax Marcus, its perfectly safe." Shimmers said as he looked more pale than ever grabbing whatever he could hold onto as Loveheart bear rolled his eyes. It took them about a hour to get back to Carelot as Marcus looked back seeing his home country disappear as he felt in a way totally helpless and also wondered how these two furries ever convinced him to leave with them. After they went through a thick cloud over North America, then Marcus looked astonished as he saw the rainbows and buildings and heart shaped buildings in Carelot. 

"This is real?" Marcus said nervously still not believing what his eyes were showing him. 

"Yes," Giggled Shimmers. "I know its hard to believe, but this is very real Marcus." Shimmers reassured. Marcus who shook nervously as they descended upon Carelot and landed in front of the hall of hearts. "Welcome to Carelot Marcus." Shimmers eexclaimed as Loveheart and himself unbuckled. Marcus eventually unbuckled as well and stepped out nervously on the clouds. "Its perfectly safe, I promise." Shimmers said offering a paw to him as Marcus took it as he stepped onto it nervously with one foot then the other. 

"How is this even possible to walk on clouds like this?" Marcus said astonished very shocked at how sturdy these clouds were. "This shouldn't be possible." 

"But it is Marcus, that is what makes this place so special." Shimmers otter giggled as Loveheart bear stood there near them. "Now Marcus are you feeling a bit hungry? If so we have food." Shimmers smiled taking his hand with his clawed paw as Marcus didn't know why but he felt totally at ease with him. 

"I'm feeling to down for that, but I will go with you." Marcus offered as the two led them to the magi top hat. Shimmers led Marcus holding his hand but Marcus refused as Shimmers kept up his friendly manner knowing Marcus just needs to be warmed up to. After they entered the cafeteria Marcus took the scene in as he saw Lifeheart unicorn and Sage Heart bear sitting there as he still thought he was in some sort of fantasy land. "This, this can't be real." 

"How many times must we go through this Marcus? hehehe, its very real, want to feel my ears like you felt my mate's Loveheart's?" Shimmers smiled as Marcus blushed and shook his head. "Then come on, let me introduce you to them." Shimmers said smiling as all three of them walked up to them as Lifeheart and Sage Heart waived at Marcus. 

"Hi Marcus, I hope your trip here was pleasent." Lifeheart said as Loveheart, and Shimmers looked shocked and expressionless wondering how she knew, but Loveheart then remembered but kept his surprised reaction so that Shimmers would not pick up on it. 

"Hey, how do you all know my name when we haven't even met?" Marcus said sitting down surprised and overwhelmed.

"We're carebears Marcus, its our job to know about you." Sage Heart bear smiled as he invited him to sit down next to him which Marcus did as he held his head since none of this made any sense to him. 

"So what are your names?" Marcus inquired still trying to take this all in. 

"I'm Sage Heart bear, and this is my wife Lifeheart unicorn." Said the blue bear smiling. "Oh, and these are two our sons, Shimmers and Loveheart bear. 

"Um, how? Those two just told me there a couple?" Marcus said scratching his head in confusion. 

"Oh, sorry about that, Loveheart bear is our biological son, while Shimmers is our adopted son." Lifeheart unicorn explained as Marcus had a lightbulb go off in his head just thankful that something around here made sense. 

"Oh okay. But why are you all so interested in me when there are over five billion other humans on the planet below?" Marcus asked. 

"Because you needed the most caring." Shimmer said affectionately smiling at him rubbing his hand softtly which made Marcus smile slightly as he gently pulled his hand away. "Now, are you a bit hungry this morning Marcus? I can get you some food here if you like." Shimmers offered as the smell of the food and the eggs and bacon did smell good as Marcus tummy growled. 

"Ohhh, okay, thanks Shimmers." Marcus said in a thankful tone. 

"Your welcome, I'll be right back." Shimmers smiled as he got up and started getting food on a heart shaped tray. 

"So, your from Sweden, I heard you guy's are required to learn three languages?" Lifeheart inquired. 

"Yeah, but its not as good as you think," Marcus explained. "While we are required to learn our native tongue along with english, we require a third language but are not required to be as fluent in it." 

"Oh I see, me and my husband can speak French, Spanish, and English since were from Canada." Lifeheart explained. 

"Wait, your saying your not from here? From Carelot?" Marcus asked a bit surprised. 

"Nope," Sage Heart bear replied. "We joined the carebear family a year ago since we raised our magi kids and others down on earth till we offered to the carebears to be there family protectors." 

"So your saying your like there body guards?" Marcus said asking puzzled. 

"Yeah, something like that." Explained Lifeheart as Shimmers came back with a good helping of eggs, sausage, yogurt, and bacon. 

"Hey, how did you know I have yogurt with my breakfast Shimmers?" Marcus inquired while smiling. 

"I told you, you used to baby sit me down on earth Marcus. I know alot about you." Shimmers said smiling as Marcus blushed on his cheeks as that reality was still sinking in for Marcus. "I also know your alot of fun to be around." Shimmers said sweetly as he sat down and hugged him as Marcus shook slightly in alert, but he felt real comfy around Shimmers since it felt like Joaquin's warm hug to him all those years ago so he let him hug him momentarily before he let him go as Shimmers and Loveheart got up and got themselves something to eat. 

"So Marcus, we heard about what happened to your parents, were sorry for your loss." Lifeheart said sympathetically. 

"Thank you." Marcus said with his swedish accent as he began eating his food. 

"Yeah we also heard." Lifeheart began as Marcus dropped his fork. 

"Let me guess you also heard that a certain person I really cared about didn't work out?" Marcus said sighing. 

"Yeah," Lifeheart said nodding. "Were sorry, this must all feel so overwhelming to you." 

"It is, but just give me a few minutes to eat as I soak all of this in. I'll be alright, I promise." Marcus said just wanting a few moments of peace and quiet to think inside his own mind. But that was short lived as a yellow fennec, a red small fox, a blue raccoon with glasses, a big wolverine, and a multi-colored bear all entered the cafeteria. When Marcus thought they were just going to go get food and leave them be they all approached him and waived at him. 

"Hi Marcus." They all said almost all at the same time as Marcus dropped his fork in nervousness. 

"Let me guess, you all know why I am here and your all going to introduce yourselves to me?" Marcus said slightly annoyed, slightly unamused as he smiled slightly. 

"Why yes, I'm Confidence Heart fennec, this is Passion Heart wolverine, anger heart fox, Guidance Heart raccoon, and Redemptionheart bear." Confidence said as they all waived in a friendly manner which made Marcus waving back minding his manners as he looked at the nervously. 

"Let me guess, your all worried and concerned for me to right?" Marcus asked nervously. 

"Of course we are Marcus, we just want to make sure you feel welcome here is all." Guidance said nicely to him.  

"I appreciate that, but right now I just want to eat in peace for a moment if that's alright with you." Marcus said feeling slightly trapped. 

"Okay, will eat with you. Come on magi." Confidence said as they all went and gathered food as Marcus smiled nervously at being the center of attention as he just somehow managed to eat on his own as Shimmers sat next to Marcus. After Marcus was done eating as he ate in peace with all the other magi eating quietly as well, Marcus couldn't help himself as he gently felt Shimmers otter ears as Shimmers giggled at that closing his eyes. 

"Wow, this is real." Marcus said as he felt his ears more and petted Shimmers head softly. 

"I told you." Shimmers said smiling up at him and winking at him which made Marcus blush slightly as he no longer felt overwhelmed. "Hey Marcus, how would you like it if I gave you a personal tour around Carelot? Just you and me buddy Hmm?" 

"Um, er I dont know." Marcus said twitching his fingers nervously. 

"Or we could all show you around if you like." Guidance heart suggested as he quickly changed his mind. 

"No thats okay, I'll let Shimmers show me around." Marcus said as Shimmers got up offering his paw to him. This time Marcus did take it since he felt it as a form of familiar comfort as he got up and exited the magi top hat with him as the rest of the magi waived them goodbye, Loveheart went near Lifeheart as the other magi went about there usual business. 

"Um mom, you do know how important this mission is right? The Great Wishing star came to me and Shimmers in our dreams last night and.." Loveheart explained.

"Of course Loveheart, remember, I am locked into Shimmers mind and that includes his dreams Loveheart bear, how do you think the other magi knew about Marcus?" She said winking at him till a smirk came upon her lips. "And don't worry, Marcus is not going anywhere let alone back to earth anytime soon. Will convince Marcus to join no matter how long it takes keepinig him up here, especially since he knows Shimmers, we have all the time in the world." Lifeheart giggled as Loveheart smiled glad his mom and Sage Heart bear understood the importance of this mission. 

Redemptionheart bear who was seated next to Passionheart leaned over and whispered in here mate's ear. "Um, so should we hold that secret meeting with the other magi?"

"Yes, we should call them right over after breakfast." Passionheart grinned already knowing the plan.

The first thing that Shimmers showed Marcus was the hall of hearts, introducing him to the founders who at first didn't recognize Shimmers, but recognizrd his tummy symbol and had to explain what Loveheart bear did and he assured them it was all okay. Marcus seemed to be familiar with the founders at least as he almost breathed a sigh of relief that he didnn't feel totally dumb in this world seemgingly to good to be true. After this, Shimmers took Marcus by the hand to the caring stare arena as they both heard the sounds of stare and call! 

"This is where everyone trains to master there caring powers." Shimmers smiled as Marcus still rubbed his eyes at times wondering if this was real. "Oh come on Marcus, here." Shimmers smiled as he took his hand and rubbed it on his belly as Marcus giggled. "How much more convincing do you need? Were as real as you are." Shimmers said as Marcus playfully tickled Shimmers belly who giggled out loud. 

"You were always most ticklish here and your.." Marcus said quickly picking Shimmers up and tickling his under arms as Shimmers squealed and laughed out loud while still being held n his grasp as Marcus nuzzled noses with him. 
 
"Do you mind if I just hang with you? I am honestly most comfortable with you." Marcus admitted as he placed Shimmers down.

"Okay, but only if you promise me to start accepting this place as real okay?" Shimmers smiled. 

"Deal!" Marcus said shaking his hands and tickling his ears as Shimmers giggled as his ears wiggled back and forth as Shimmers hugged him. 

"I missed you Marcus, I'm sorry my parents moved away without telling you." Shimmers said regretfully as he hugged him back. 

"Aww, I missed you two kiddo, we had some wonderful laughing times aye?" Marcus said giggling as he hugged him back momentarily. 

"Here, let me show you what I can do." Shimmers said stepping into the caring center as he made sure Marcus followed him from behind as he got in line and faced a beastly target. "Carebear's stare!" Shimmers shouted as his tummy symbol lit up and hit the beastly target making the uplifted hands drop to his sides, then as he hit it again made the top hat go off with Beastly smiling. 

"Neat kiddo." Marcus smiled. 

"Oh, wait till you see this! Carebear's grand stare!" Shimmers said picking another target this time being a shrieky target as his tummy symbol lit up very brightly along with his unicorn eight pointed star upon his forehead as the stare energy went down out to his arms as he threw his hands forward his tummy symbol fired off as all three beams hit the target as they heard a slight Shriek before the target got ripped off from its holding place as Marcus and Shimmers looked at each other and laughed together. 

"How did you do that?" Marcus asked intrigued by this. 

"Using my unicorn magic along with my carebear star powers, I am able to project more caring energy outwardly for more deadly affect." Shimmers explained as Marcus scratched his head. "Sorry perhaps I should start with explaining the basics, do you know of elemental magic like water? Air? Earth? Fire? Water?" 

"Yes, just like in Harry Potter." Marcus said smiling. 

"Yes like that, think of that but its just my light elemental combined with my carebear star energy." Shimmers explained. 

"Okay, I think I get it." Marcus said scratching his head. 

"Come on, I want to show you my house and where I live." Shimmers said smiling as he grabbed his hand as Marcus smiled following along. 

After the two got there, it was around 12 pm now as Marcus being taller, he walked in normally even though it was a semi tight fit as he smiled. 

"Whoa, this is a cute set up you have here Joaquin." Marcus said admiring how much room he had for a otter of his size. 

"Well, as you know I'm married to my husband Loveheart bear so I don't live alone." Shimmers said as he took him to the kitchen. "Did you want something to eat or drink Marcus?" Shimmers offered kindly. 

"Yes please, I'll take soda if you have it along with a burrito if you have it." Marcus said sitting down at the table. 

"Okay, you got it." Shimmers replied as he got two frozen chimichangas out and heated them up in the microwave turning then to evenly cook in the microwave as Shimmers handed Marcus a canned pepsi along with his burrito. 

"Thank you." Marcus said cracking his can open with his bare fingers as he began to eat his burrito. Shimmers did the same as he decided to have a Arizona tea instead as the two ae and talked. 

"So Shimmers, what have you been doing all of these years?" Marcus asked. 

"Well, if you really must know,..." Joaquin sighed as he explained everything that happened from the burning of his parents to him being darkage, and being accepted as part of the carebear family leaving out all the detail of how the magi mistreated him, and continuing up to the point of him falling in love with Loveheart bear and happily marrying him. 

"Whoa Shimmers, I'm sorry that Noheart guy did that to you and your family, that's terrible." Marcus said sympthetically. 

"It is, but I gained two families, and words cannot express how happy I am." Shimmers said smiling at Marcus. 

"Aww, that's good to hear." Marcus said smiling back at him. Shimmers also gently grabbed Marcus hands. 

"I'm also glad your here," Shimmers said smiling. "Just like I found my purpose here, after everything that has happened to you, it seems you could use a new start too." Shimmers said kindly as Marcus looked at him a bit alarmed as he pulled his hands away. 

"Joaquin, you know I just can't leave my life down on earth like that." Marcus said alarmed seeing where this was going. 

"Why not Marcus? What's left for you down on earth? You have no further attachments to anyone down there, and you also have me up here, whom you did truly loved and care for at one point." Shimmers pointed out as Marcus looked at him concerned. 

"Shimmers, while I still do really care for you and glad your okay, please don't take this the wrong way, but I don't know if that's enough reason for me to want to leave earth and my country." Marcus replied as he looked at his watch. "Speaking of which, I need to leave from here in a few hours." Shimmers quickly got an idea. 

"Marcus, why don't you stay here with us for dinner? We can go over to my mom's house Lifeheart's so you don't have to worry about dinner tonight." Shimmers suggested. 

"That's really kind of you, but I really just want to get back home." Marcus said.

"Please Marcus, for me? Please? I missed you." Shimmers said sweetly as he cocked his head to one side as Marcus just melted and smiled nervously. 

"Okay, okay just please don't beg, I can't stand cute antics like that." Marcus said blushing as Shimmers came up and hugged him tightly. 

"Thank you Marcus." Shimmers said as Marcus petted him on the head affectionately.

Over at Lifeheart's house, Sage Heart was wondering why Lifeheart brought home a bunch of groceries. 

"Hun are we expecting company?" Sage heart said scratching his head. 

"Yes, Marcus was invited over by Shimmers for dinner and remember our mission? We must do whatever it takes to have Marcus join us." Lifeheart said as she began rinsing vegetables. 

"Here, let me help you." Sage Heart said as the two worked together to prepare the big fancy dinner for that night.

Over at Red's house, Shimmers was introducing Marcus to Passionheart Wolverine and Redemptioinheart bear. "Hi, there Marcus, we already met earlier." Passion Heart said as Marcus looked confused. "In the cafeteria earlier?" He pointed out as Marcus snapped his finger in realization. 

"Oh yeah, now I remember." Marcus said but a bit more relaxed this time. 

"Hi, I'm Passion Heart's wife," Red said waiving introducing herself. "I'm the doctor here that takes care of anyone that might get sick or even need surgery." She pointed out. 

"Hi," Marcus said as he began to take notice of the eight pointed unicorn stars upon there foreheads. "So, I notice just like my friend Shimmers here, you all have eight pointed stars on your foreheads? Does this mean your magi's then with that mark?" Marcus asked inquisitively. 

"Yes." Redemptionheart and Passion said at the same time as they both looked at each other before they giggled as Passion slapped his knee. "You see Marcus, while we are also carebears, we are also gifted wth unicorn magic which allows us to use elemental magic. I can use light magic, but I can also shape shift into any object or  creature." 

"Oh wow, kind of like those kids from the magic school bus?" Marcus giggled. 

"Yes exactly like that!" Red said enthusiastically. 

"And I use Dark elemental magic." Passion pointed out. 

"What does that do exactly?" Marcus inquired intrigued but concerned.

"That one allows gravity control within a certain limited range that I have, along with being able to summon undead, and also can use camouflage to hide my body." Passion Heart explained. 

"That sounds neat," Marcus said beginning to get into this a bit now in ia child like manner. "I would love to see some of this magic in action." 

"You got it Marcus, I'll go first!" Red said enthusiastically as her unicorn horn began to glow and emit around her entire body as she began to shape shift into a green plant with vines and quickly lassoed Shimmers around his belly. 

"Hey Red, let me go." Shimmers said protesting as she wrapped his arms over his head locking them in place all the while lifting up from the ground. 

"As you can see, this is my special power." She giggled proudly. 

"I see," Marcus smirked as he playfully tickled Shimmers under arms. "Tickle tickle!" 

"NohohohohhMarcus Nooahahahahaha!" Shimmers laughed loudly wiggling his chin back and forth against his chin as he helplessly kicked his legs back and forth as he gave Shimmers a belly tickle with his mouth making Shimmers squeal loudly in ticklish laughter as there was clear enjoyment in Shimmers voice. Red let Shimmers go and transformed back to her normal form. Passion's star began to glow as Shimmers began to float up into the air as Shimmers tried to desperately grasp for somethiing but was not able to as Marcus grabbed him to prevent him from flying away as Shimmers smiled looking at Marcus breathing a sigh of relief. 

"That is my dark power, gravity." Explained Passion as his horn stopped glowing as he placed Shimmers otter back down to the clouds. 

"Neat!" Marcus said as he was totally forgetting about his own troubles for the moment. "Thanks for showing me that you two, that was alot of fun." Marcus said petting Shimmers on the head as he closed his eyes smiling till Marcus's tummy started growling. 

"Oh its dinner time now, let's go over to Lifeheart's place now for dinner." Shimmers said also rubbing his own belly as his tummy also growled as Shimmers grabbed Marcus's hand as the two waived them off. 

"Do you think Shimmers will be able to convince Marcus to join us?" Red inquired to her mate.  

"I hope so Redemption, but thankfully Lifeheart and the founders have agreed to keep Marcus here to give him all the time in the world to join us." Passion Heart grinned. 

"Yeah, I can imagine just how upset Marcus will be when he realizes he's not going back down to earth." Red giggled knowing they were determined to have Marcus join them in one way or another. 

"OOh which reminds me, we need to call over everyone everyone for that secret meeting!" Redemption Heart bear said as she called on her red heart shaped heart phone.

When Shimmers and Marcus arrived at Life's and Sage Heart's house, they were quickly greeted by Loveheart bear who was not dressed at all just like Shimmers and invited the two in. 

"There you are, we were wondering when you two would show up." Loveheart said. "Come on in you two." Loveheart said as Marcus entered first as Shimmers hugged and kissed Loveheart on the muzzle. "Aww, I see my husband is in very good spirits." Loveheart bear said smiling as they both entered at the sametime. Shimmers went in front of Marcus and pulled out a cloud covered chair. 

"Have a seat Marcus," Shimmers said politely as Marcus sat down in the chair still looking slightly skittish but calmed down when Shimmers sat down to his right side with Loveheart sitting on Shimmers right side while facing Sage Heart bear and Lifeheart unicorn across from each other. There was a open canister of shredded chicken, with beans and rice as side dishes along with caring chicken pot pies. Lifeheart had gotten everyone a plate with all of these items and serving Marcus first then her two children, then themselves as everyone dug in and began to eat. "So, tell us, what did you do down on earth for living?" 

"I did compuer programming." Marcus said openly. "I make graphic designs and computer code programming along wiith making apps for securiity devices." 

"Oh, that must be nice." Lifeheart said smiling and chewing down some of her chicken pot pie. 

"Yes, I graduated six years now, but sadly I have been unemployed for over two years now." Marcus sighed. 

"How do you support yourself?" Shimmers asked concerned at this. 

"Oh that's easy, I purchased  insurance from my last job that allows me to make the same amount of money each month as long as I show proof each month that I am applying for other jobs each month." Marcus explained. "So no need to worry about my income Shimmers, I'm not homeless or anything." 

"Clearly, you look nice in that clothing." Sage Heart bear complimented while smilin gat Marcus. 

"Thank you." Marcus said as he just finished eating his shredded chicken with white gravy and dug into his chicken pot pie. It remained quiet for about five minutes more until Loveheart broke the silence. 

"So Marcus, how do you like it here so far?" Loveheart bear inquired. 

"Oh its nice, especially catching up with a old friend who just happened to be your husband," Marcus said smiilng. "So Shimmers how did you end up joiniing the carebear family? I mean up to the part of how did you got transformed?" 

"Well, after Trueheart asked me to join, I was so anxious to join the carebear family but my ribs in my human form were hurt as I was trying to raise my arm to swear my allegiance to the carebear family, but I could not in front of everyone present, but I was so persistent, Trueheart called upon the great wishing star after offering me to be transformed into one of them permanently. I gladly accepted and became a carebear." Shimmers said smiling proudly. 

"Well, in case you haven't noticed, your not exactly a carebear, your a otter." Marcus said giggling while chewing down some beans. 

"Oh that's only temporary," Shimmers explained. "You see Loveheart turned me into this using his unicorn magic. Basically, since he was born with the unicorn star and  I barely attained mine a few days ago, he can control my body, restrain me, and recently discovered even transform me." He said blushing. 

"I forgot to mention Shimmers, you look very cute as a otter sweety." Lifeheart said smiling as Shimmers blushed on his cheeks. 

"Thanks mom." Shimmers said looking down trying to hide his face. 

"Yes he does, I wanted to show everyone how cute Shimmers looked in his new form." Giggled Loveheart bear winking at Shimmers as he made him blush. 

"You do plan on turning Shimmers back to his normal form tomorrow first thiing right Loveheart?" Sage Heart said in serous tone.

"Maybe?" Loveheart said smirking as Sage Heart looked at him in a more serious look. 

"Daddy its okay," Shimmers said smiling. "I like Loveheart paying attention to me, even if it at times it is forceful, I I..love the attention." Shimmers said hotly blushinig on his cheeks. 

"See dad? There's nothing to worry about, and I do truly enjoy controlling him." Loveheart said wiggling his eyebrows as Shimmers smiled back just melting from that affection as Marcus giggled. 

"Aww, I see someone is truly happy." Marcus said smiling petting his head and scratching him underneath the chin. 

"Aww, Marcus.." Shimmers said smiling and blushinig but not moving his head away. 

"So cute as you always were when you were a boy when I used ot baby sit you Shimmers." Marcus giggled as he finally stopped scratching him but the truth was he wanted to hold Shiimmers from underneath the arms as this was indeed the same boy he used to baby sit. 

Once dinner was done, Sage Heart bear and Lifeheart collected the dishes and began running the water in the sink soaking the dishes as Marcus began to talk. 

"Well, thanks for the dinner, but its time I got back down back to earth," Marcus said. "I am ready to leave now." Marcus said. 

"We're sorry Marcus, but our cloud cars are um down for the night." Loveheart bear said trying to suppress a nervous giggle. "Yeah after sundown there non operational, the cloud cars are solar powered."  

Marcus's face turned pale. "Wait, are you saying I'm stuck here?" Marcus said gettiing up clearly upset as he looked outside and saw it was barely daylight outside. "And you didn't tell me?" He said now clearly upset as Lifeheart got up quickly to intercede. 

"Afraid so mate," Loveheart said. "But we can take you back tomorrow once they are operational again." 

"Sorry Marcus, it must of slipped Loveheart's and Shimmers minds." Lifeheart said as Marcus looked at her annoyed then sat back down in his chair looking sad as he looked down. 

"Its okay Marcus, you can spend the night here with us." Shimmers pointed out. "The question is, where will he stay the night?" Shimmers inquired. 

"He can spend the night in my old house, its spacious, and currently no one lives there." Loveheart bear pointed out as Marcus was clearly distraught, clearly wanting to get back down to earth. 

"That's a great idea son." Lifeheart said smiiling. "Why don't you take them there, and make sure he has everything he needs." Lifeheart said winking at him as Loveheart bear winked back. 

"You got it mom." Loveheart said as he reached for Marcus hand who didn't take it at first. "Marcus come on, we need to get you set up for the night." Shimmers stepped in. 

"Allow me hun," Shimmers said. "Marcus, will take you back tomorrow, were sorry for not mentioning this before to you. But your in good paws with us I promise." Shimmers reassured him rubbing his shoulders as Marcus looked up at him. 

"I told you both I wanted to be back home around dinner time and I find it convenient how you two seemingly forgot about that!" Marcus said clearly still upset. 

"Were sorry again Marcus, we didn't mean to, we promise that won't happen again." Shimmers said sounding sincere whiile trying not to laugh. 

"Okay, but I need to go back tomorrow no if's and or butts this time!" Marcus said sharply as he reluctantly took Loveheart bear's paw who breathed a sigh of relief. 

"I'll go with you three just to make sure our new guest is well taken care of." Lifeheart unicorn said getting up. "Can you clean up and do the dishes here honey?" 

"Yes I got this, please make sure Marcus is well taken care of." Sage Heart bear said scrubbing a plate down as all four of them now left the house with Shimmers, and Loveheart now holding Marcus hands as Lifeheart's unicorn horn glowed in the dark brightly so they could see in the dark to find there way to Loveheart's former house.

It was now Friday night and Redemptionheart, Passion, Anger, Confidence, and Guidance were all secretly gathered together with Passion already knowing the plan as Redemptionheart was real nervous but was asking for there help for what she had planned to capture her friends for some torturous laughter. 

"Okay, I called you all here cause I have a favor to ask." Redemptionheart said as she looked really nervous. "I already talked with Passion and he is all in, but I need to know if you guy's can help me and promise to keep this secret." Redemptionheart heart bear said looking at them very seriously.

Confidence Heart gave a thumb's up, "don't worry, you can count on us."

"We're looking forwards to this," Anger Heart nodded, folding his arms.

"Just tell us what we need to do," Guidance Heart added.

"I need your help in kidnapping Aqua bear and Lonesomeheart bear. I want those two to be tied up and helpless as me and Passion have our fun tickling them silly nonstop in my sound proof dungeon." Redemptoinheart bear said still looking nervous.

Confidence Heart rubbed her hands together, "Sounds delicious, just tell us where to start."

"Don't worry, Red has it all planned out," Passion snickered.

"Thanks Confidence,  I love you." Redemptionheart smiled while blushing her cheeks huggiing the fennec happily and nuzzling noses with her. 

"Hey, you kept our secret so you can kidnap whoever you want as much as you want and will help you always." Confidence said winking at her. 

"Okay, Here's the plan, Confidence, I need you to baby sit Heart Will Wolf with Champ bear, while me Passion, Anger, and Guidance kidnap Aqua and Lonesomeheart. My only fear is how do we suppress there powers once we have them captured?" She said looking at Guidance racoon. "I need them powerless so they can't get away or resist being tickled and molested." 

"Oh I got something for that," Guidance retrieved a pair of small metal armbands, which made Confidence Heart flinch slightly, "These are the rings Life Heart created to lock off magical powers as punishment."

"Just give me a chance to knock them out and we can snap those on them," Anger Heart nodded.

"Oh those are perfect!" Redemptionheart said excitedly as her heart raced seeing her plan formulate together as she giggled seeing Confidence flinch imagining how Aqua and Lone will react to this once they wake up tied up with those on them on there soon to be naked and defenseless furry bodies. ""Okay now that we figured that part out, will draw Aqua and Lonesomeheart out by shining a light at there window. Will get them to come out, and Anger Heart can take on Lonesomeheart while me and Passion capture Aqua bear." SHe said rubbing her hands together smiling wickedly.

"Alright, then I'm going to go see when they'd like Heart Will to be babysat," Confidence Heart said, "I'll text you the time so you can get things set in motion."

"Okay, its eight pm now, so now would be the time Confidence to offer to baby sit him, then after you send us the text, will kidnap them." Redemptionheart giggled happily as Passion nuzzled her cheek as she was now fully confident this plan would not only work, but they would get away with this and the founders would never find out.

"Alright," Passion Heart kissed her as Confidence Heart left.

The fennec giggled to herself as she raced over to Aqua and Lonesome's house, managing to get her mirth under control as she knocked on their front door.

Once they got there, they showed Marcus the house which was close to empty but it had the basics, a queen sized bed, drinks and food in the fridge, and a warm nice comfy cloud blanket. 

"Okay it looks like your all set." Loveheart bear said. "Will see you in the morning Marcus." 

"Thank you, goodnight." Marcus said as he waived them goodbye and closed the door. Lifeheart waited listening to Marcus's footsteps till she was sure he went to bed as Shimmers and Loveheart wondered what she was up to but remained quiet as her tummy symbol, and horn began to glow at the sametime the house also resonated till all went back dark again.. 

"There, this will make sure Marcus can't escape or walk out of this door, and this!" Lifeheart said with a smirk as her horn glowed brightly lighting around the house with her horn temporarily till her horn stopped glowing. "This also sealed all the windows shut to make sure he can't escape or run away." 

"Whoa, isn't that going a bit to far?" Shimmers inquired a bit concerned. 

"Do you want your new friend to stay here? We're doing this because we learned our lesson with you Shimmers, and you heard what the great wishnig star said." Lifeheart said nuzzling noses with Shimmers making him blush as he quickly dropped his protests. 

"Yes, I do want him to stay." Giggled Shimmers smiiling and blushing on his cheeks. 

"Think of this as controlling your friend, just like you like it when I have you trapped son making you sneeze!." Lifeheart giggled as Shimmers blushed hotly on his cheeks and smiled and nodded. "Now let's go, will see Marcus in the morning since he has no way to escape the house." Shimmers and Loveheart covered there muzzles trying to suppress there giggling as they went off to there own houses to go to sleep for the night. 

Marcus quickly went to sleep since he was tired from all the emotional ups and downs tucked underneath the thick cloud blanket with a cloud also for a pillow which felt quiet soft and comfortable to him unlke his lumpy pillow at home. However, he woke up after sleeping for four hours and wanted to go out to get some fresh air although it was late. However when he tried to open the door, he found that he could not. 

"Hey, what the? Why can't I open the door?" Marcus said gritting his teeth trying to turn the red heart shaped doorknob but could not get it to turn not even a inch. After awhile he gave up on it and tried to open one of the windows, but found it securely shut. No matter how much he tried to pull up on the window to open it. "Hey, why can't I get out?" He said looking clearly distressed as he tried to bang on the glass window, but it remained uncharacterisically undamaged as he managed to hit it hard with a hard closed fist but only managed to hurt his hand. "Hey someone help!" Marcus yelled at the top of his lungs as he looked outside but no one was outside in the empty city around his house. Marcus looked around the house and tried doing the same with other windows around the house but quickly found he could not escape, same result as last one. He finally gave up and went to the fridge and poured himself a cold glass of milk and drank it all. He sighed as he finally went back to bed and with his heart rate eventually slowing down and calming himself down at this unfortunate situation, he somehow managed to fall asleep.

Four hours earlier, Lifeheart waived the two lovers goodbye, Loveheart and Shimmers waived back as they walked home during the cool night as the two held paws. Ater they both got home, Loveheart quickly grabbed Shimmers and kissed him then pushed him forcefully into the corner.

"I saw how you looked at Marcus and  I'm a bit jealous you loved him as a child before." Loveheart said nuzzling noses with Shimmers as that made him nervous and blushing. "You don't have feelings for him do you?" He said ni a serious tone as Shiimmers gulped. 

"No Loveheart bear, I do like him, but my heart forever belongs to you, please believe me." Shimmers said as a tinge of sadness hit his heart as he felt Loveheart might abandon him till he saw his mate smile. 

"Oh of course I believe you, its just I got really jealous you were giving him so much attention and now that I got you all to myself, its time you gave me that attention all night long." He said scratching him happily underneath the chin as he blushed nervously but was happy Loveheart never once doubted his sincere love for him.  

"Of course honey pooh, as long as your always with me and never leave me, my heart will always be yours always." Shimmers said as he began to get hard pokng Loveheart on his belly as he looked down.

"Oh that is so nice of you to offer Confidence!" Lonesomeheart said delighted. 

"Yeah, me and Lone talked about having more cubs and that would give us this chance." Aqua bear smiled as Heart will wolf had no idea what they were talking about.

Confidence grinned as she offered to take Heartwill from Lonesome, "I know you're going to enjoy this night," she said as she carefully held Heartwill in her arms, "Anything I should know about Heartwill?"

"Yes, he likes apple sauce, and loves to play alot," Lonesomeheart pointed out. "He also does not like alot of noise. He likes feeling loved and secured." 

"He also loves being hugged and held." Aqua bear said as Confidence giggled as Heart WIll managed to squeeze and tickle one of her two tails.

"Alright, and be careful with those, they fight back," Confidence tickled Heartwill with her free tail as she turned to head back home.

Heart will squealed loudly in laughter as he was very ticklish kicking helplessly. When he recovered he tried to grab her tails again clearly liking this game

Confidence kept her tails dancing just out of his reach as she walked home, occasionally tickling the wolf cub back until she got home. "Champ, I'm home," she said quietly as she opened the front door.

Redemptionheart bear grinned as she was all too excited, "Okay, the cub is out of the way, let's wait outside there home, they will go to bed very soon, then Guidance will use Light to wake them up and make them come outside and investigate." Remeptionheart bear giggled. "Passion your strong enough to carry these two here right so Guidance can snap those restrictions on them along with helping me tie them up?"

"Oh I can," Passion flexed his arms.

"Give me a moment and I can make them pass out from heat when we're ready," Anger Heart said, creating a small flame to emphasize his point.

"Aqua bear is resistant to that, so you can get Lonesomeheart while Passion will put this chlorophil over aqua bear's muzzle after I tie him up in some vines. Redemptionheart giggled as she signaled all of them to follow for this worthy lustful endeavour.

They approached the two Caring Guardians home as it was getting dark, Guidance Heart going right under their bedroom window to listen for when they were asleep. As soon as she heard them starting to settle down she sent a bright flash of light up at the window then snuck carefully away, her raccoon night vision helping her easily slip out of sight.

Aqua bear and Lonesomeheart looked at the window and wondered where that bright light was coming from. "Huh? What is going on here?"
