Every time she did this, she would always make sure that the roll would be slightly bigger than his mouth, so that it would fit in tightly and be hard for him to spit out. It would also force him to sometimes bite on the sock, only releasing the dried-up sweat in it, giving him a somewhat salty taste in his mouth.
