"That's just disrespectful," shrugged the tall, athletic surfer, still dripping with warm, sweet ocean as he stood over the miffed fox glaring from under his hat. "I'm not a fish, brah. I'm every BIT the mammal you are. Except I have manners. Laters!" With a curt flick of his tail, the sinewy dolphin turned himself and his board to continue inland.
"You kicked sand on purpose!" snapped the fox, still brushing it from himself and his towel and spitting it from his lips. He cast a snide glance up at the towering male, who listened patiently. "Or should I say porpoise?"
"Oh man," chuckled the surfer, shaking his head and planting his board in the sand. "NOW you're bringing slurs into the mix. You know, you got a pretty big mouth for such a little dude. For reals, how old are you? I bet you're not even out of school yet."
"AM SO!" barked the fox, tossing aside his hat and shaking granules from his moppy, purplish hair. "And why would you care? You always pick on smaller guys? Pfff. I bet you like 'em small!"
With a playful smirk, the muscular dolphin pounced the surprised, sun-warmed youth, pinning him him to the towel face up and nose to nose. Wide-eyed and blinking, the speechless fox could feel every solid inch of lithe, ocean-toned muscle pressing wetly into his body as the tall surf-master's eyes peered deeply into his. A confident smile warmed the dolphin's face as salty droplets playfully pattered the fox's reddening face. "Maybe I dolike them small," he grinned, sliding a large, gentle hand up to caress his captive's cotton-soft chest ruff. "Is that a bad thing?" The dumbstruck fox thought for moment and shook his head. "Well then! In that case, my name's Zoop. And clearly you and I got off on the wrong foot. I apologize for getting sand on you. Please believe me though it was an accident. I would NEVER be a dick to someone like that. Especially a cutie like you, who just wants some sun. Just don't call people names, okay? You're a guest here and not all the locals are as nice as me."
"Okay... Zoop," nodded the fox solemnly, returning the gaze as the Zoop's breath tickled his face, which suddenly became hot and tingly. Those eyes! Up close, they were as vivid and deep as the ocean itself. He really is warm... and big. Was this really happening? Was anyone watching? Tentatively the fox slipped his small arms to the dolphin's sides and cautiously caressed. His mind raced. He could feel blood surging to his face and ears... and perhaps a few other places. "I--I didn't mean it. I'm sorry, too. It's nice to meet you, hehe."
"Likewise! And apology accepted," grinned the dolphin, nuzzling the fox's button nose and glancing up and down the beach. "How'z about you, sweet fox? What's your name?"
"It's Vuh-- Valdis," stammered the fox, also glancing to see if anyone was around. No one was.
"Welcome to my island, Vuh-Valdis," winked Zoop, bringing forth a bashful giggle as he wiggled gently atop the fox, who blushed anew as something large and firm pressed into him from within the surfer's well-filled suit. "Are you having a nice time here?"
"Mostly," nodded Valdis, giving a quick, bashful nuzzle to Zoop's snout. "It's gorgeous here! And I'm not usually cranky like that, I just... I don't really know anyone. It's weird, feeling lonely where it's so beautiful."
"I see," booped Zoop gently, rolling off the fox and laying on his side, petting the smaller male's soft belly and chest. "Well, now you know me, right? Maybe I could help with the other part, too. I'd be happy to fill you up with my aloha spirit. If you think you can take it all, hehe."
"I see you have you have a lot to give," smiled Valdis shyly, tilting his head. Zoop gently rubbed the fox's soft belly before kissing his cheek, bringing a foxy murr. Relaxing a bit, the fox traced a finger across Zoop's broad, slick chest. Locking eyes playfully, the fox lifted the dolphin's snout with a finger and kissed him sweetly. "You're on!"
