  "description": "This is my attempt at writing a Crush 40 style theme song for He Is My Master (because Taranea said she liked that music a lot). I basically gave up on this a while ago because I figured I'd never be satisfied with it... I couldn't seem to come up with a verse melody that flowed the way I wanted it to and I was clueless what to do about drums after the song's opening. So today I went to polish up the parts I WAS happy with and post it half-finished... only, somehow I ended up finishing it in the process. And I'm actually kinda satisfied with it. WHAT?!\nAlthough when I say \"finished\" it's probably not what you think. The shenai (the instrument that kinda sounds like a lonely bagpipe) is just a placeholder for vocals, because the song doesn't have lyrics yet.\nThe idea was for this song to play over Sonic and Shadow racing to the Emerald in [url=https://archiveofourown.org/works/31390667/chapters/77647613]this scene[/url]. That's why this song has long-ish instrumental breaks - to make room for Sonic and Shadow's dialog in the scene.\nI dunno if I still wanna use this song in my movie... let me know what you think.\n\nAlso! I wrote this all myself except for the melody at 1:09-1:27 and 3:22-3:40. Can somebody please identify this melody for me?! I don't know where it came from but it's been on my mind for years and I want to give proper credit!",
