  "description": "Today I'm here to talk about a very important matter: suicide\n\nAt this month of september we honour the victims and help those who are falling into this road of no return. Of course, like a lot of other things, helping on suicide prevention is a task that must happen everyday, but with our daily lives and individual problems some things are left to be forgotten by us, and this reminder makes us stop to think: do we suffer from this? Do we have friends, family or people we know that suffer? What can I do to help, if that's the case?\n\nSuicide usually comes like an aggravated stage of depression, mental and/or physical overload or many others psychological problems, so it's NOT drama, it's NOT a joke. Please, friends, if you see someone that is giving signs or talking about commiting suicide, take it seriously and try to help this person on their difficult moment how you can, because this person needs you, and a little act can change someone's destiny for better or worse.\n\nThat's why, don't be afraid to show love, to do charity and to extend a helping hand to those in need, because united we are stronger!\n\nDon't be afraid to look for treatment and help if you're not feeling capable of going on anymore, it's not shamefull and it's necessary. I and a lot of other people will be here to listen and talk to you if you need, you are worth it, your life is worth it, and there are so many wonderful things inside you just waiting an oportunity to bloom.\n\nZade. <3\n\nPS: Please don't forget to contact your local suicide prevention centers if you're ever in need!",
