Raigh charged at the pair, smirking as he quickly spun around and raised his leg, aiming to strike Marz in the hard as Millia gasped and leapt back, swinging her sword to try and hit the doberman attacking them. Marz watched and quickly fell down to the ground and rolled to the side, Raigh’s leg smacking against the doorframe, being one of the only things left standing in the immediate area. He grunted and quickly composed himself as he got into a stance to face the pair. “Come at me.” He smirked as Marz grabbed his staff and ran towards Raigh, raising it a bit to the side in order to swing it around, Raigh quickly leaping up as the staff swung beneath his feet, the main using his air momentum to quickly land and throw a punch at Marz, knocking the fox back in a slight recoil. Millia took that chance and swung her sword again, this time focusing her energy as she grunted and a blast of light energy shot from the tip of her sword, nailing Raigh in the arm, as he grunted and stumbled back with a growl. “Lucky shot.” He sneered as he charged her. Raigh got into range of her and wound up a punch, his hand slowly encasing itself in a dark aura as he swung quickly, the speed increasing as Millia was to slow to avoid it, the strike hitting her plated chest as she was thrown hard against the wall, the woman yelling in pain as she hit it, breaking it a bit as Raigh smirked with a sinister glare. “But that luck won’t save you from what I can do.” Raigh ran at Marz next and dodged a swing aimed at his head, winding up his other arm and jabbing Marz in the gut, same effect as before as Marz was sent flying into another wall, this time flying through it, the stone and pieces falling with him as he plummeted a few levels down to the courtyard. Millia watched and gasped. “Marz!” She shouted as she tried getting up, before Raigh laughed and turned to her, grabbing her by the throat and grabbing a knife from his pocket. “I’ve never liked you people from Verius’s army, always in the way. I think I will find great pleasure in killing you myself!” He smirked and slowly placed the blade to her neck. Millia squirmed a little and tried pulling away as she felt the grip around her neck, with the blade just right above it, and closed her eyes thinking this was the end. Raigh smirked “Enjoy the hell you will be sent to.” He said, before Millia gasped in surprise, the knife being shot from Raigh’s hand and barely missing her neck as her eyes shifted towards what fired at them. Marianne stood there in shock, watching Raigh as her hand had a bit of smoke. Raigh smirked a bit and chuckled as he gripped a bit tighter and carelessly tossed Millia away, the woman gasping as she fell through the same hole Marz made moments before. “So, you just had to go and interfere didn’t you?” He laughed, slowly going into one of hysterics, Marianne ignoring his comments as she composed herself and held a dagger in her claw, the woman staring down Raigh. “Let my husband go you foul demon.” Was all she mustered as she thought what the rest did, Raigh was under Alucard’s control, the doberman’s laugh halted suddenly as he heard that, a twisted look in his eye as he stared at her. “Oh… is that how it is?” He said before rushing the woman, sending another punch at her, the man playing along with her little belief. Marianne watched her husband charge her, before she quickly kicked up, the sudden movement shocking Raigh as he was kicked in the chin, sending him flying back and stumbling a bit as he grunted and coughed, a little blood leaving his mouth as he landed near the edge he made. “Not bad.” He said simply as he grabbed his knife and coated it in the dark aura once more, chucking it at his wife. “But not good enough.” He smirked as the knife flew at Marianne, the woman quickly strafing aside to avoid it, the knife slicing past the sleeve of her dress as she grunted, the knife thankfully missing most of her skin as she glared. Marianne’s hand started to glow as she watched him get up, and she ran at him, the woman moving quite quick even in a dress, Raigh only had a short time to actually watch her movements but was to slow, as he went to grab her arm, she sent her palm against his stomach and released a blast of energy, the man yelling as he was flung from the hole in the wall, Marz and Millia watching as they had gotten themselves up. “That’s our cue.” Marz said as he leapt up and barely passed Raigh as he fell, swinging around and smacking the man with his staff, striking his neck and causing him to fall quicker, grabbing his throat and coughing in pain. Millia smirked and rushed over, and right before Raigh landed, she spun around and kicked with her armored leg, smacking it against his nose and sending the man flying into the wall. Raigh grunted and gasped as he coughed a lot, the man trying to regain his composure as he used a stray stack of rocks from the damage and gently standing up, coughing hard as blood dripped down his chin, the mans face bleeding from the attacks he just took, his shirt having been tattered and torn up form Marianne’s attack. He tried to speak but realized the attack to his neck had caused some damage as he winced and just stayed silent, the man slowly drawing out his darkness as he glared angrily. Marz and Millia got ready to continue as Marianne leapt from the hole and landed alongside them. “Alright you to, our goal is to weaken him and knock him out, we cannot kill him.” She said as she charged another attack in her palm as Marz and Millia both nod, listening to the mages orders as they both rushed at Raigh. The split off and tried to attack him from opposite sides, Marz swinging his stagg around the strike the man in the head as Millia swung her sword to try and at least cut open a leg to keep him immobile. Raigh smirked as he used the darkness and quickly faded away, the two missing as he reappeared behind Marz, grabbed his arm and with ease he threw him around and tossed him at Millia, The woman gasping in shock as she caught Marz and slid back a bit as she dug her armored feet into the ground, the force and momentum causing the ground beneath her to give out a little. She set Marz down carefully and immediately sent another blast of light from her sword, the woman letting anger decide her movements as Raigh’s aggression made her angry. While the man was distracted by Marz and Millia, Marianne charged once more at Raigh, taking her dagger and using the energy built up in her hand to power up the dagger, swinging it and striking Raigh in the arm, the man stumbling as he threw a right sided punch at Marianne, punching the mage in the head and knocking her into the wall, running to her and kicking her in the gut in anger. “Stand back!” He said, wincing as his throat was still in pain as he attacked her. Marz and Millia stepped back a bit and grunted, Marz’s eyes flickering a bit with a weird faint light as Millia glanced over. “Marz, what is happening with your eyes?” She asked, readying another attack towards Raigh as Mariannge had snatched his arm and threw it aside, knocking him away as she managed to get back to the other two, Raigh charging an attack and rushing them. Marz gently put a hand over his eye and winced, realizing what that meant, as he turned away and held his head, a surge of pain suddenly struck him. Raigh threw another shadow cloaked punch, Milliar raising her gauntlet clad hand and catching it, the impact causing her to push back a bit but she glared and held firm, not letting the fist go as she threw her sword aside and swung the free hand towards him, her elbow smacking Raigh in the cheek, the man grunting as he fell to the side, spitting up some blood as a tooth fell from his mouth. Marz growled a bit as he saw this, Marianne rushing to his side. “Your majesty, is something wrong?” She asked, checking the child of her close friend to make sure he wasn’t going to faint, but Marz raised a hand to stop her, the hand faintly glowing a light red, the fur color slowly but consistently switching between its normal orange to a black and orange. “Stay back… I can’t let you get hurt. Millia, stand down.” He said, his voice slowly going deeper. Millia however didn’t immediately hear and sent a kick into Raigh’s throat, knocking him into a nearby tree, before rushing to her sword. As Millia turned to Raigh again, a black and orange fireball flew across the field, right past Millia’s head and hit Raigh head on, the man gasping as he stared at it head on, raising his arms to shield himself the best he could. Millia glanced back to see Marz, still slowly changing fur color as Marianne noticed. “So, you have an unknown power?” She asked, chuckling a bit as she gently waved her hand a bit and turned away, going to take a seat nearby to catch her breath from the attacks she has endured, slumping against a tree. “Alright, I won’t interfere, just don’t kill him.” She said, Millia wasn’t fully following as Marz’s fur slowly turned into a pitch black color with hints of orange around his visible body, the prince’s hand on fire as he readied another fireball, Raigh standing up and glaring as he saw the fox, his eyes now looking as if they were on fire. “I won’t let you hurt anyone. You hurt Marianne and my sister, and I don’t doubt you will hurt my brothers next, or my parents. I Will stop you in your tracks, and break you of Alucard’s control.” Raigh smirked a bit to himself and got ready, his arms cloaked in darkness once more as he got ready, this time playing the defensive as another fireball came his way. The doberman quickly charged at the fireball and raised his arms, managing to catch it with his cloaked hands and swinging it around, throwing it right back at Marz, who in turn dashed towards it. Raigh however wasn’t anticipating Marz throwing himself threw it as he was greeted with Marz’s demonic stare as his staff swung around, having caught fire from the fireball. Raigh wasn’t able to react fast enough and grunted as he was struck across the chest with the fire coated staff, the force knocking him back a bit as he managed to keep on his feet and rushed at Marz, swinging his fist and sending a dark shockwave at Marz, the fox letting it strike him as he raised his staff and protected his face, but didn’t move an inch from the force. “Feeble.” Marz said as he rushed at Raigh and swung again, this time Raigh catching it and swinging Marz overhead, using his movements to try and use his foot to kick Marz as he came down, but instead Marz grabbed his leg, forced himself free from his hold and threw Raigh onto the ground, landing his foot down right on Raigh’s chest, knocking the wind out of him. Raigh grunted and gasped a bit as he was winded and tried to get himself up again as Marz readied another fireball, and chucked it into the air and grabbing Raigh by the collar of his shirt and spinning him around, throwing him up at the plummeting fireball, Raigh gasping as the fireball exploded on impact and slowly dispersed, Raigh falling back to the ground and landing hard, his body hitting the ground a couple times as he lied there, motionless against a wall, Millia rushing to check. Thankfully he had only been knocked unconscious with a few burns and wounds showing themselves, but he was alive. Marianne walked over and watched as the darkness around his fists disappeared and he lied there motionless. She glanced up and sighed a bit to herself as she wondered what to do. “Well, part of the medical ward is completely destroyed so there is no saying if we can leave him there to rest. You two go report what had occurred to the king and queen., I will take Raigh home to our own place and have him rest there, try to purge the control Alucard has on him.” She said, noticing Marz slowly changing back as he winced and fell to his knees, his eyes looking heavy as he collapsed on the floor there, his breathing stabilizing as Millia went and gently helped him up, the boy having tired himself out from the transformation. “I Will talk to them. I wish to ask about that demonic transformation Marz just had anyways so now is the best time. Be safe and if Raigh attacks again, come find us.” Millia said with a gentle smile as Marianne draped her husband over her shoulder carefully and chuckled. “Oh I can handle him now, just getting a bit too old is all.” She joked and waved her off as she carried Raigh off towards her own estate which wasn’t too far off from the castle. “Don’t ask my parents about that…” Marz said weakly as he coughed a bit and glanced up, exhausted. “They don’t fully know about it either… I will explain soon enough.” He said before his eyes got too heavy and shut as he spoke, the boy falling asleep as Millia lifted him and carried him back inside the castle, the damage having been done. They had a lot of work ahead to fix this castle again. - The portal opened up on the other side, Lynx emerging from it silently as he carefully scanned the area to make sure he wasn’t going to be ambushed. He took a deep breath and nodded as he slowly walked out and looked as the portal closed behind, nodding gently as he looked around, wondering silently to himself. “I wonder how far off the others are. Raigh made it seem like I would be put with them but I don’t even hear anything.” Lynx stated as he started to walk along the wall of the castle, getting close enough to hopefully avoid any immediate detection. Lynx took a deep, gentle breath as he got to the edge of the wall and carefully glanced around the corner, seeing the gate to the castle in his sight, nodding to himself as he was ready to make a run for it before he heard the sounds of someone approaching in the distance. His ears twitched a little bit as he looked off, seeing Nelvona walking towards the gate with Alev beside her, the pair being mostly ignored by the surrounding demons as she walked, making Lynx realize she was the one behind this, at least from his own deductions. “So, that demon Thanatos was seen fighting actually has been playing her cards right, she wants to take this castle as her own?” He thought as the demon queen walked through the gates and disappeared from sight. Lynx glanced around curiously as his ears twitched once more to try and get a sound of anything nearby, hoping the Elderitch soldiers weren’t far behind. “Dammit guys, where are you? I might just have to stall her myself.” He said as he grabbed his knife from his pocket and carefully crept around the corner and made a silent dash towards the gate, demons mostly not noticing him until one finally stopped him at the gate by swinging an axe down to try and hit him. Lynx gasped before back stepping quickly when the axe fell and noticed it hit into the ground hard, only for the demon to pull it out with ease and glare at him. Lynx smirked as he charged at the demon, who swung the axe in an underarch fashion, trying to swipe up and knock Lynx into the air, only for the boy to use that to his advantage as he leapt over it and onto the handle, running along it the short distance only to kick the demon in the face, causing him to fly backwards into the ground, letting the axe go as Lynx leapt up and kicked down hard, kicking into the demons chest as he heard a crack, killing the demon without issue, before Lynx looked at himself in shock and examined his body some. “Huh, that was weird… Jamie said only people with a specific capability could kill demons with ease, it’s why Lady Scath had such a hard time before I thought. Raigh, what was that weird thing you had me drink?” He wondered aloud as he made his way into the castle before more demons started showing up. “I have to stop her from getting to whatever it is she wants in this place until they can get here.” he said again to remind himself, unaware of what was truly waiting for him as he ran to cut her off. Nelvona heard the footsteps of the young assassin as she smirked and looked back slightly. “Seems we have company Alev. Why don’t you run ahead and wait for me in the next room while I handle this foolish pest who wants to face me alone.” She said, the dog looking at her before smirking and nodding, quickly charging ahead as Nelvona stopped, not turning towards him yet. “I hear your presence child. What is it you want?” Lynx stopped in his tracks as he heard her speak, looking at her with his weapon drawn. “What are you doing in this forsaken castle? What do you hope to accomplish?” Lynx asked in anger, as he knew just who Nelvona was. The demon queen chuckled softly, as she slowly started to turn to him, as she moved, Lynx saw a weird image in her place, a more human looking version of Nelvona. It was only momentary, and it was gone as soon as it was there, but he saw it. She smirked as she held her staff closer and chuckled. “You really think I have to explain it to you? Well… I guess before you die I can since you won’t be able to do anything about it anyways.” She said coldly, as she stood there, staring him down, her expression was empty and cold, distant and angry. “My goals are to bring revenge for what this world did to my family, my kingdom, everyone dear to me. I was made to suffer because they killed everyone. My father, my mother… Everyone. And I was forced to live, sealed away in an eternal hell, because they planned to use me. I came here to aid in the revival of Drazernon Xavier Adams, because he did me the favor of killing the one responsible for the death of my people. Drazernon’s father, Amadeus Adams the first… He raided us, killed us, all to prove a point. His own father sent him to settle and make a kingdom, and he wanted to prove a point. He wiped out an entire race of people that once lived in this land. Amadeus killed my father and led my people into a false sense of security, that they’d live in peace. Until the night when all his soldiers raided the remainder of the houses and killed every single one because they were different.” She said as she slowly approached Lynx, looking at the boy. “Some of the knights that are coming, they are descendants of those damn killers. I plan to end the entire line of those bastards here and now.” She said as Lynx watched, his weapon drawn and ready to attack at a moment's notice. “It is quite foolish and laughable though. Amadeus was clueless that his own son was born a demon like myself. It led to his own downfall. Drazernon, with the influence of a ‘special friend’ I know, killed his father, stabbed his heart ten times over, without remorse. Drazernon did what no one dared, and I must thank him personally…” She said as he voice drifted off as she threw the staff aside and gracefully summoned a sword from thin air as she stared coldly at the boy. “And I won’t let anyone stand in my way, even if you are a mere child. I will end you here, Lynx, son of duke Verius.” She said as she suddenly charged him, Lynx gasped as he leapt to the side and threw a knife, only for it to be hit by the sword and flung away. Lynx glared in anger as he grabbed a couple more knives from his bag. “I don’t care what your reasoning is, you are foolish to think resurrecting a demon king is the right course of action!” He shouted and threw them at her in rapid succession, Nelvona having quick and unnatural movements as she hit most, and dodged what she couldn’t, but one did slightly graze her face, but she remained unfazed by the action, her free hand slowly lifting up as she rubbed it across the wound, pulling it to look. “Blood. So that is your plan, you have a means of stopping me do you? No matter.” She smirked as she charged at him once again, her eyes filled with an unseen fury until now. “Nothing will stop me from bringing vengeance for a race now lost to greed!” She shouted, finally showing the anger welled up inside her heart for so long, her sword swings methodical, precise, calculated. Lynx had to rely solely on his wits and luck to avoid what he could. Lynx looked around quickly as he saw something he could use, as he ran towards a broken pillar and leapt to it, kicking off the rubble on top, knocking it over onto Nelvona, who quickly swung to shatter whatever would hit her, Lynx landing on one of the intact chandeliers and tossing a knife at her. In her confusion, trying to avoid the rubble, the knife struck her sword hand, as she grunted but it barely did anything, which shocked the boy. “Nothing? So… That means in order to damage her, it has to be somehow in contact with my physical form? What is your game here Raigh?” Lynx thought as he watched Nelvona slowly approach beneath him, giving him a bad feeling as he leapt off the chandelier and landed up on a pillar, this one still mostly untouched compared to its surroundings. Lynx had an idea as he grabbed into his bag and grabbed a knife, and surveyed the area, seeing a collapsed chandelier with a chain on the floor. He smirked and jumped down, and as soon as he hit the ground, his feet made a quick turn motion and he took off towards it, Nelvona charging him as he snatched the chain and with his momentum, dug his foot into some rubble and caused himself to haphazardly swing around, the chandelier pieces smacking into Nelvona and shattering as it made impact, the shards slowly going past the demon queen, the shine showing off her features some. Lynx used this chance and yanked the chain free and whipped it around, smacking it against the woman hard, causing her to yell in surprise as she fell to a knee and clutched her side, proving Lynx’s theory as he yanked the chain back and ran, gripping the end and pulling apart one of the chain links by force, and sliding the hole at the end of us knife through, clamping it shut again. “So all I have to do is hold it, and it will hurt her. So if I can aim this, the knife will be able to puncture her and cause damage. And if I can hit a vital…” He thought before being cut short by a big piece of debris speeding by his face and barely missing as he skid to a stop, looking to see Nelvona standing in rage, her eyes having lost all life to them, and her only thought was to kill. “You damned brat. How dare you do that to the queen!” She said in a blind rage as she ran at him, a faint purple aura glowing around her. Lynx had to think fast as she approached, slowly moving once again to get himself momentum. He glanced towards the door leading into the throne room and made his way for it quickly, his feet moving fast and trying to avoid contact with the floor too much, since she could attack from anywhere at any moment, and he wanted to take every precaution he could. As he approached the door, a magic barrier suddenly erected around them, the room now sealed away as she readied her next attack, as a small fireball formed in the palm of her hand. “Shit!” He said as she tossed it his way, watching as Lynx stared in shock for a second before jumping to the side and throwing the chain with the knife at the end in her direction, Nelvona readying her blade and swinging with precise timing, striking the chain rapidly, watching as the chain link snapped and the knife flew right past her, as she slightly leaned to the side to allow it, the knife flying by and entering a wall, as Lynx watched in shock. Lynx was going to get ready to attack again, before stopping suddenly as he jolted in pain, and coughed a bit as some blood escaped his mouth and hit against the floor, as he stood weakly, putting an arm to his mouth and wiping it. “Heh… heh… so, when he said it temporarily stopped, he didn’t mean for long. Damn you Raigh, you goddamn jackass, you did this on purpose didn’t you?” He asked as he looked ahead at Nelvona, slowly piecing things together. “Raigh’s plan was to use me as a way to weaken her for the rest, so whoever is responsible for actually stealing the body can make their next move. I suspected a traitor, but to think it was the king's own best friend.” Lynx laughed, Nelvona listening and wondering what he was rambling on about as she aimed her blade, before Lynx’s laughter turned hysterical. “Using a sick child for your own selfish gain… heh, heh… Pathetic. I won’t die so easily, I won’t let Raigh have that satisfaction. That bastard is going to pay for this! But first, I am going to make sure I kill you, rip you to shreds, and laugh at every little instant.” Lynx said as he grabbed his knife and charged at Nelvona, no longer playing safe. “I refuse to die here!” Lynx shouted as he swung the knife, colliding it against Nelvona’s sword, causing her to slightly push back from the force, her feet digging into the flooring as she held her position. Nelvona quickly sent a punch towards Lynx’s stomach, watching him grunt and cough out more blood on her arm as she grunted and pulled her fist back, a bit of steam coming off it as she realized what was happening. “It wasn’t whatever they gave you.” She smirked and quickly kicked him in the gut, making him fly into a pillar, standing herself straight as she readied her sword. “They turned YOU yourself into the means of killing me. Even decades later, they’re still cowardly.” She said, her smirk and cold look slowly fading as she now went back to her noble, and calmer nature, but still ready to fight. “I pity you child, being used for such a greedy, horrid goal.” She told him, but lowered her sword for a moment, and chuckled weakly, angrily as her fist clenched and unclenched slowly. She was mad, but she felt something she hadn’t felt in a long time. Sympathy. “I can’t believe that they’d even risk their own kind, just to kill me and lock me away. I refuse… I refuse to be locked away and wait for them to use my power for themselves!” She shouted and started approaching him. “But I cannot blame you. A simple, foolish puppet, used for the selfish wants of a bastard king. I will make this quick.” She said as she readied her sword and approached, watching Lynx slowly stand as he had blood and vomit on his jaw, he was still trying to fight, Nelvona watching him. “Do not fight this. I can’t let you live, but I can end this easily. You will die no matter what, you realize that. Your sickness isn’t natural. You sold yourself, in order to trade it for something. What did you do?” She wondered as Lynx grabbed his weapon. “I guess I have no choice anymore. I can finally say it without regret. Since I won’t be leaving here alive anyways…” He said, laughing faintly, with tears streaming down his face. He wanted to cry, he wanted to scream… He wanted to call for his father. But it was too late. “I made a deal… The ritual Drazernon did to Inferno, no matter what it needed someone, something to slowly take his place. I was surprised it took this long though. I made the deal… I took his place to finish and stop the ritual. I freed Inferno, in exchange for my life. I don’t remember what happened, I just remember entering the ritual chamber, hearing a voice call to me… ‘Save him… in exchange for your soul, you can save him. When the time comes, you will suffer a slow, painful death.’ and I foolishly agreed to it… I was so blind by the idea of being a hero, and saving Inferno that I bargained my own life and soul for him to live.” He said, his laughing since faded, as he softly cried. “I didn’t want to see him suffer… I wanted us both to live, but I knew one of us had to go!” He said with a sob, as he clutched his knife. “And what’s worse… I can’t even tell my father I’m sorry… or that I love him…” He said as he looked to Nelvona. “But I can do what I must… I will finish what Raigh sent me to do.” He said, tears leaving his eyes, streaming down his face as he glared at her, the tears falling to the ground around him. He mustered up the strength, and readied his knife, as he ran at her in anger. “I will finish this!” He said, and quickly spun around, swinging the knife. Nevlona was so shocked by what he said that in the moment, she wasn’t expecting it as the knife slashed across her chest, as she stumbled back and growled in anger, holding the wound as she glared at him. Lynx charged again and forced the knife into her stomach, the demon queen yelling in pain as the knife did its work, his energy from the vial raigh gave him finally doing what it was meant for. Lynx looked at her through his tears, his vision blurry as he silently sobbed, forcing the knife out of her and going for a final swing, before Nelvona’s left hand gently started to glow, and she forced it through Lynx’s stomach, watching as her hand made its way through the other side of the boy, Lynx dropping the knife, gasping slightly as his hands shakily and weakly reached for the hand in him, his eyes slowly losing their life as Nelvona gently dropped him against a pillar, as she stood. “Even in your final moments… you fought for what you believe in even when it was sad.” She said as she took her sword and it disappeared into thin air like it had formed, as she turned from him. “I wish others were as noble as you, even if you fought for the wrong side. Rest in Peace, child.” Nelvona said as she made her way to the throne room, the magic barrier falling as she entered the throne room and closed it behind her, Lynx lying there in pain, silently sobbing as he watched her go, his hands shakily grabbing a piece of paper from his bag, as he used his blood to write. “I’m sorry… I failed… Dad… I will watch you… with mom wherever she is… Inferno… I couldn’t keep our vow… Marz… Thank you for giving me the chance to come with… I am sorry… and please… tell my dad… I love him… I guess… I am going to join her… and watch over you… dad...” Was what he wrote as he sobbed, letting the letter fall away so it wouldn’t be soaked in blood, in his last moments, he remembered he was just a scared kid, who wanted his dad. He shakily lied down, his tears have stopped falling as blood escaped his mouth, he slowly calmed down as he was ready to go. “Inferno… I trust you…” weakly escaped his lips. Lynx lied there, the blood finally coming to an end, Lynx’s eyes shut, his body limp, going cold. Lynx had died, his soul moved on. Watching nearby, Alucard smirked to himself as he approached the lifeless, bloodied body of the boy. Looking at the note and shaking his head, he turned to the throne room and spoke to himself. “Raigh set the plan in motion. To think this boy foolishly took over as the sacrifice. All to save that stupid hybrid prince.” He humphed a bit as he glanced down again and smirked. “Either way, one less person to worry about.” He said simply as he reached to the body, and reached into the wound, watching the body’s lifeless expression as he slowly removed his hand and grabbed a vial from his pocket, and gently filled it with Lynx’s blood, sealing it and wiping the remaining blood off. “At least now, Nelvona won’t be much of a threat since Raigh did as I had asked. And just to be sure, I have this blood sample to use if she ever does try and come after me.” He said and raised the hood of his cloak, and made his way for the exit, looking back once more, for a split second, a feeling of pain coming over him as he saw the body, but it was soon gone as he turned and left. “Maybe Nelvona’s little Chit’Vani follower will wisen up and escape before the army finds out?” He said to himself, referring to Sahïr who had been hidden away in Nelvona’s personal library, unaware of the situation at hand.
