After spending some time reacquainting and the new members getting to know one another, Marz and his retainers were taken to the room Marz would be staying in, Draco and Millia having theirs nearby just in case they needed to act when it comes to aiding the prince quickly. Marz entered and the room looked just like his room back in his mother's kingdom, and he sighed softly seeing it, as it flooded him with the memories of the day his parents split up, as he went to the bed and sat on it sighing. “So many bad memories… in a room that doesn't even hold such things. I wonder if one day we will ever be a full family again… even after all that had happened.” Marz said softly to himself, Draco sighing as he listened to Marz from outside of his room, feeling sympathetic for the boy. Draco’s thoughts were quickly broken when Saria walked up to him. She had her usual smile and walked the same graceful walk she always did, smiling at Draco sincerely as she approached “So you joined the Elderitch army as prince Marz retainer huh? Guess we will be seeing a lot of one another. But I figured it was good to give myself an introduction properly. I am Saria Belves, I'm a royal enchanter, meaning I can create a golem to do my bidding and I also work with the blacksmiths to make the royal weapons, all being enchanted under the magical crest of king Drax. I was taken in young, I have been told, but I do not know all of the details.” She said giving Draco all the info he needed, and he did the same in turn. Saria smiled “this army keeps growing more and more interesting Draco. And you and Millia just add to that. But I wonder if things will always stay this peaceful, because I prefer this… this peacefulness.” The happy tone suddenly fell somber as she sighed, thinking now of war, and if they'll ever fight one, considering there was a demon king in a different kingdom who wasn't the nicest ruler, so war was inevitable, but for how long? Draco sighed softly and placed a paw on her shoulder “don't worry, king Drax won't let anything bad happen to his people. If we went to war, I know we will win because a leader like him is bound to do well.” He assured her and gave a soft smile, but anyone who saw could tell his smile was fake, but even through the fake smile, Saria was able to see just how sincere the dragon was, and placed her hand on his claw softly, nodding to show she understood his words, and her faith in the army and king Drax returned to her. She took a few breathes before letting go and Draco watched her, keeping the fake smile to help her. “Thank you Draco, I appreciate your comforting false smile.” She chuckled and hugged him softly, Draco blushing deeply as she was a bit taller than him so he was staring at her neck and chest as he hugged back, surprised about her realizing his smile was a fake. “One day I wish to explore your past some to see what caused a man to be so broken. But for now, just take your time getting comfortable in the castle.” Saria smiled softly as she broke the hug, and looked the smaller dragon in the eyes. Draco nodded in return. “Thank you Saria, you truly are a person of compassion. And once I get comfortable around here maybe I will share my story.” He nodded softly as he fixed himself to rid the blush from his scales, since it was noticeable due to having a black scale pattern. After Saria made her departure, Draco walked over to a window and looked out, being able to see the kingdom really well from here, a feeling of being impressed looming over him seeing how a man such as Drax was capable of leading such a giant kingdom. His thoughts were cut short though as he looked even farther and saw a kingdom shrouded in darkness, and a shiver rushed down his spine as he saw it. “King Drazernon Xavier Adams, the dragon king of demons, father of General prince Wesker, and crown prince Inferno.” He sneered at the memories of the names, a lot of dark memories returning to him at once as he clenched his fist, and in a flash of rage he punched the wall next to the window, a pulse wave rushing through it showing just how hard Draco hit it “Damn them and everything they stand for! I swear on my life I'll get my revenge for what they did!” Draco shouted in anger, both Maxwell and Lynx watching from the doorway as Draco turned and quickly composed himself through gritted teeth “I apologize your highness, for my sudden outburst.” “No need, anyone that knows of that kingdom already knows well enough why you're angry. Drazernon is a scourge on humanity and anyone that stands for peace. He kills for the fun of it, he will raid a village because he's bored, he even abuses his own sons because he thinks they're to soft!” Maxwell said angrily, clenching his fist but kept himself calm. “This demon doesn't deserve to be alive for how he treats everyone, even his own son. Last time I had a peace council with them I almost lost my cool. I swear once I become king I will put an end to his reign and save anyone who suffers under him.” He said, showing his princely appearance more now out of the arena. “Someone who's so cruel to even abuse his son and make him the crown prince at a young age doesn't deserve to have a kid. I wanna do whatever I can to stop him also… he's why my family is gone…” Lynx said softly, as Draco walked over to Lynx to comfort him, gently wrapping his arms around the young ninja boy, holding him close. Draco wasn't one for smiling or ‘being happy’ but the man knew compassion. He cared about Lynx, he cared about Millia, he cared about Marz. He wouldn't let anyone harm them, and would risk his life just to make sure of that. “I swear, on my life to everyone close to me, I will help you stop him. I will avenge every person he's killed, every family he's ruined… that man will pay.” He snarled but stayed calm to let Lynx relax, all the while two separate beings heard their talking. Marz from one door, who's heart went heavy hearing all the things Drazernon did, and from the other door was Alucard, the butler Saria ran into before, a sinister smirk upon his face as he left the area once getting that info and exiting through a dark portal. “Those fools. All it took was pretending I was still a butler to this family to assure I got what I needed. So they want to usurp Drazernon of his crown huh? Would be a shame if someone were to go the distance and light the fire. Maybe it'll be good for Drazernon to know just what is going to happen'' Alucard smirked as he arrived at the other end of the portal, entering the shadowy castle they saw from King Drax’s castle. The walls were a dark crimson color, candles lining the walls in an ominous fashion, giving any being not used to such a sight a chill. The castle was the thing of horrors, nightmares even. Alucard smirked as he snapped his fingers, and without hesitation his butler outfit vanished into thin air and was immediately replaced with a black and red shirt, sleeves down to his paws and had some padding across the vitals, since the shirt was designed to protect its wearer. With it was armor pants that were usually worn underneath armor as an extra bit of padding to guard his lower body. Alucard stretched his arms a bit to adjust to the new uniform and grunted “sometimes switching between the two is a nightmare. I wish he sent Marie to do this shit, considering she's already dressed as a maid in both here and in the open.” He spoke to himself, but got the attention of said maid, the dark blonde haired maid with pure white skin, her eyes a light green, nearly shining, and her smile almost intimidating. Aside from all human traits, one of her hands was actually a wolf claw, and she had a tail that was mostly hidden by her maid's dress. The outfit was designed for comfort, but was also durable for battles, and the skirt wasn't puffed up like common maids of the time, but more slim and more agile for someone such as Marie. The reason behind her claw and tail were because she was a chimera. Her father had done experiments on her that caused her to look like a wolf, but it had gone array when the chemicals used had a negative effect on the girl, cursing her with her human form, but forced to possess a claw and tail, which was her reasoning for hating humanity, her human father and anthro mother wanted a child like the mother, but instead got a human and disowned her, only keeping her for experiments. Marie hated almost everything, including Drazernon and Alucard, but had some sympathy for some, namely two of the Prince's, Inferno Jay Eleran, and Wesker Maltes Eleran. There was something about Inferno that intrigued her, and it made her heart race thinking about it. One of normal emotion would recognize the feeling of caring dearly for someone, but Marie didn't understand what love or care was, so she assumed the feeling just meant she had to like Inferno and Wesker. Marie scowled softly as she approached Alucard “it's not as easy for me to be a spy, keep in mind you're a pure blood wolf, I'm a chimera. I'd be suspected immediately, whereas you're able to enter the castle as a butler without hesitation because they won't question a pure blood. Stop your complaining and just keep trying, because it'll all be over soon. Once we have the information we need to start a war, King Drazernon will initiate the attack and the bastards if Elderitch won't know what hit them.” Marie told Alucard, a smirk filled with pure rage and hatred showing across her face. “Their blood will look fantastic on our swords as he kills them all one by one, especially those crown wearing title holders, I wonder what royal blood tastes like.” Marie had a pure sadistic side of her alongside the false compassionate side. Alucard winced hearing all this, even his sadism wasn't a match for hers as he listened, but when she stopped he smirked as well, but more victoriously “Oh don't you worry Marie, we have the info we need. The crown prince and one of the retainers want to kill our king to end his cruelty, it's more of a threat because they mentioned the peace council.” He said, obviously adding his own twist to spark some fire. Although no one specifically said that, Alucard needed to start this war soon, and so he made up the part of threatening the peace council. Hearing the words leave Alucards mouth made Marie chuckle, a sinister, skin crawling chuckle from a cold blooded murderer. “Perfect, I'll finally be able to kill all pure blooded good guys to exact my revenge for what happened to me.” Marie laughed, Alucard nodding and watching with a smirk seeing her getting excited for the fight. Listening from a doorway nearby was a dragon wolf hybrid, red and blue fur all around, listening. This was Inferno, the son of Drazernon, youngest child and the one mentioned to be abused. Looking no more than a teenager, not too sure from looks, he stood there and sighed heavily as he stared at the ground worriedly. He adjusted his crown as he listened to the servants and shuddered. He'd try to stop them, but didn't dare interfere with something involving his father and a war. The boy just silently left them to leave it be, a pain growing in his chest as he wanted to stop it before it was too late but couldn't, no matter what.
