They controlled villages around them, ruling over them with the fear of death for the entertainment of the King and the Royal family.\n\tBecause of a curse placed on the Dragons by a witch only male dragons could be born from female dragons and the only way to get female dragons was to mate with another species. This eventually had a big play in their downfall. A mix between an over population of males and an underpopulation of females caused a rift in the warriors throughout the land - which, when noticed by the village people, prompted them to rebel against the dragons rule.\n\tThe initial attack was enough to weaken the defences to the castle, and within a week a large amount of the dragons had no other choice but to retreat into the mountains to stop themselves from completely being destroyed. With their slaves freed, however, they had no option to produce female eggs and the only surviving female, a Princess, was too young at the time to produce her own children.\n\tThe numbers of dragons dropped quickly until it was only the three royal children left; two older brothers and their sister. They tried to breed with each other, hoping to produce more eggs of any gender… however any egg they made didn’t make it and would die from unknown causes.
