Undeterred, he continued his stealthy exploration of the once-top-secret facility. Built underneath Venom's barren surface after Star Fox triumphantly defeated Andross and his cohorts, this clandestine research base had fallen into obscurity, becoming a tempting puzzle for adventurous souls like Ruby.\n\nAs an experienced astral astronaut with an impressive resume, the advanced equipment, cutting-edge technology, and advanced weaponry left behind by Andross didn't faze him. Yet even he couldn't help but be awed by the sheer scale of sophistication within these secret chambers. After navigating through dilapidated corridors and dodging leftover traps, Ruby finally arrived at a research wing housing numerous tanks filled with mysterious fluids and rows upon rows of glass enclosures arranged in neat formation. Focused on uncovering Andross's most closely guarded secrets, he made his way toward the control panel marking the final barrier between him and his objective.\n\nWith a sharp click, Ruby bypassed Andross's complex security protocols, and the hidden data spilled into his eager mind. Shockingly, he discovered a project involving replicating combat troops with enhanced regenerative abilities derived from a peculiar liquid substance. As Ruby delved deeper into the files, he accidentally activated a test mode, setting off warning alarms and activating an army of mechanical arms.\n\nBefore he could react, the dexterous limbs wrapped around him, immobilizing his movements. He was pulled forcefully inside one of the nearby glass enclosures as heavy metal doors slammed shut, sealing him in complete darkness. Trapped, helpless, and terrified, Ruby screamed for help, but his desperate cries echoed futilely within the impenetrable walls. A sudden illumination filled the chamber as warning lights flashed crimson red, signaling an impending disaster. A plethora of mechanical arms converged on Ruby, securing his neck, arms, waist, thighs, and ankles firmly in place. Helpless to resist, he watched helplessly as a series of pumps connected to the tanks surrounding him began to pump out strange-colored liquids.\n\nThe viscous substances slithered toward him like venomous snakes, slowly engulfing every inch of his body. Despite fighting with all his strength, he found himself helpless against the relentless onslaught of rubbery tendrils that penetrated his skin and muscles, binding him tightly in an immobilizing embrace.\nA numbing sensation crept into his extremities as air tubes forced-fed him unfamiliar gases that swiftly dizzied his mind. Before he could even fully comprehend what was happening, the world around him began to blur, and darkness swallowed everything.\n\nRuby woke up feeling completely alien in his own body.
