Sure, that most is mostly ironic, but there's a genuine joy I derive from seeing Warwick Davis at his most undignified. So much so that I own all Leprechaun films and marathon them every St. Patrick's Day-(yes, I have no life)-Now, truthfully he may be so St. Patty's coded that he doesn't even qualify for Halloween I'd still be remiss if I didn't give him a proper shout out among my favorite horror films, especially when categorizing for ones that focus on tiny, evil bastards! Besides I couldn't ignore the guy who canonically inflates a woman's tits, lips and ass! He's a man after my own heart!\n\nBut what is it that makes me enjoy these admittedly awful movies? Well partly just that! They are awful and hilariously so. You can blame growing up on Mystery Science Theater 3000 for that, but it's a special kind of self aware badness that sticks with you and due to in no small part to Warwick Davis giving it his all! These movies would be nothing without him as we regrettably have proof with when they tried doing the series without him twice... Still, I think my unironic love of the movies come from the fact that they're actually pretty accurate to legends of leprechauns, fey, etc. Somehow, in the core of these bat shit stupid movies, someone was really knowledgeable about fairy tales and just how fucked up they really are and I appreciate that.\n\nAgain, probably something I could have put into the Loathsome Laughs category, but given my tastes most things could have ended up there! I promise I'll get to more legit entries... eventually!",
