Breeding: Aesoulkie DO NOT breed. Their only 'family' are the creatures that follow them. In time the soul creatures that follow them will evolve into Aesoulkie themselves and leave to collect their own souls.
Information:
Most knowledge of these creatures come from theories and legends. They were given the name Aesoulkie by ancient human tribes because the creatures that followed them were believed to be the souls of the dead. Aesoulkie were also given the nickname 'soul walkers' because legend tells of them traveling all over the world collecting these souls by touching the dead with their horn. The Royals are those who have the markings that glow on their sides. These are the only Aesoulkie that can generate soul creatures. Any Aesoulkie seen with souls following them that don't have the marks did not generate the soul spirits themselves. Some stories tell of Aesoulkie being ghosts. Sightings describe them as always looking with neutral emotion, tending to move slowly and gracefully and able to walk on water or float in the air. Sightings have also told of them appearing in totally different forms such as with an aquatic tail. They are said to alter their form in order to get to the souls they wish to turn to spirits. Aesoulkie have only ever ben sighted with soul spirits resembling sea creatures, however it is believed that they can be followed by birds aswell, but these sightings are extremely rare. Some people speak of these creatures talking to them, that their voices are soft and echo in the air. However when they speak they do not open their mouth. It is also thought that the soul spirits think of the Aesoulkie as their mother and try to protect it as best they can from human hunters.
