The reason being because, they don't have anything to hide. Since most of the Disney ducks wouldn't even wear pants I don't tend to draw them. The only bird character that got a good chunk of art from me was Winnie Woodpecker from Woody Woodpecker.\n\nYou would think because they are bottomless I would draw them. However I don't always get turned on by nakedness. In fact my old motto was. If they don't wear panties they ain't worth drawing.\n\nAs a result I would force panties on most of the Disney ducks, which is what I have done to Webby here. Now I have drawn the original Webby years back wearing the Minnie Mouse style bloomers, however I didn't draw very many pics of her.\n\nBut then I heard about this Duck Tales reboot that was coming out. I took a look at the designs and thought the Webby design looked so cute. Not only that she was wearing a skirt with her dress which was something I didn't think the original Webby even have. Unfortunately they still didn't have her wear anything under that skirt, so what's the point. lol\n\nI've been needing to draw Webby from this reboot for quite some time. However because of a lack of panties I didn't have much desire to do so. But the idea of drawing Webby came back again. So I thought about doing the same thing I did to the original Webby. Put undies on her it's not like there's anything that preventing me doing so. \n\nAnd this time I used more modern panties then the Minnie Mouse bloomers. But I think I should draw her in those as well some time. I should go back and do some new Winnie pics as well.\n\nAlso just FYI I have not seen the Duck tales reboot.
