Even though he is an only child, he has been brought up to respect others, and gets along well with his extended family. His parents, at present, are living on a farm. His father manages things there while his mother runs a very lucrative florist shop.\n\n\tHe graduated high school with good marks, went right into University for his electronics education, and has recently graduated with high honors. His education also includes computers and communications. After graduation, he lived with his parents for a while and is now venturing out to find work to keep him busy. There is not much for him to worry about, as his parents have set him up with funding as needs arise.\n\n\tAs for his power, he learned how to manipulate static electricity at a young age, around 15 or so. This is what got him interested in electronics, and he now has very good control of what he can do. Some of the things are, as pictured, making glowing globes that can be used as light sources at low power, and a weapon similar to a grenade at higher power. He can also shoot lightning from his hands to produce multi-colored shows, at low power, that look like fireworks. Again, at higher power, these bolts can be used as weapons to defeat nightmares and dark dreamkeepers. He prefers not to kill, using his lower-level power to stun only, but can if necessary. He has already had two battles with some rogue nightmares and has won both, banishing the nightmares to the darkness. \n\n\tTo produce the static, his tail acts as a large battery to store the charge. He calls for it when needed by manipulating his hands and fingers. At low power, he can do many things for several hours. At higher powers, his charge runs out quickly, giving him about 2 hours of high-power activity, as in battles with nightmares.\n\n\tWillem is now heading to the big city to find work. He already has set sights on a place to stay, and has found a flyer for a job doing special effects for the Indigo twins at their club. He will be looking for them soon.
