Toon Transformation is difficult to describe but I’ll do my best. Simply put, the victim takes on the traits of a rubber hose cartoon character from the early era of animation. Their most notable traits would be their rubbery skin, a complete disregard of basic physics and anatomy, and an over exaggeration of the victim’s original personality and physical figure.

Fetishes that can be included are various types of inflation (such as breast, butt, belly, and full body), elasticity, hearts beating out of chests, and... Okay, there’s not a whole lot. I’m open to suggestions.

One possible plot could be; 
Amy Rose tries a more subtle approach to winning Sonic’s affection; getting dolled up with makeup and a beautiful dress. The high end makeup that she orders for the occasion ends up being far more special than she expected as putting it on changes her entire body and personality. The result, named after the first version of her, is “Rosy the Rascal”; A cartoonish version of Amy that is an over-exaggeration of everything she is and everything she wants. As this new persona Amy unconsciously chases after Sonic in order to either win his heart or kidnap him to keep for herself. The only way to turn her back to normal is by dousing her in water to wash off the make up.

Any character can be put through this transformation. I just picked Amy as an example because it was easier to work with her. An alternative could be that a Toon clone is made of one character and they go nuts on their own. 

I’m open any other plot ideas for this.
