Meanwhile, he grabs his foreskin with his other paw on the very edge of the foreskin lips and pulls it as far up as possible, while trying to keep the Circumcision Ring in place, leading to more foreskin above the crushing line. The mark made earlier is now well above the tying, showing that foxy will get a tight circumcision.

He thinks and pulls on the string again with one of his paws, while pulling on his foreskin lips with his other paw as tightly as his cubby paw can handle.
It looks like his foreskin and string move into the opposite direction, he wants to get everything nice and tight.
