Renamon takes a good hold of the strings which hold his foreskin open, now she pulls them in one direction, leading to the foreskin covering the circumcision ring and his glans. The foreskin is pulled tightly with one paw, with the other paw she ties the ligature around the plastibell ring to crush the bloodflow to the foreskin slowly. The ligature gets into the tying groove of the circumcision ring and is tightened a bit more, the foreskin has now no way to slip down the ring again. This means that most of the inner foreskin gets removed and all of the outer foreskin, additionally some of the shaft skin got pulled up the tying groove. He will get a very tight and neat-looking circumcision!^^
Renamon holds the two ligature ends in her paws and pulls strongly on them. The fox cries out of pain. Then, the ligature gets knotted to the ring. Suddenly, a sharp pain is running through the fox's tender penis. He opens his eyes as Renamon slices with a scalpel right around and above the tied up foreskin.
"Circumcised ... I'm now circumcised!" he thinks.
Eventually, Renamon adds some super glue to the ligature so that it won't get untied by the fox.
Renamon instructs the fox: "Don't touch your genital, until the Ring has fallen off with your foreskin remnants!"

Renamon smiles and explains that a suture is tied around the plastibell ring, which leads to the remnant foreskin necrotising and that the ring will fall off in the next seven days.
The foreskin has already changed its colour to a bright orange/red tone, this means that it has already been cut off from blood circulation immediately after the circumcision. It will finally get black and shrivel up, at this stage the ring should come off on its own.
