And when I do, my mind can tell me some pretty awful lies.\nLies like that I'm awful, I'm worthless, no one else could possibly believe me.\n\nAnd the worst part is, you start to believe them.\n\nI drew this shortly after a panic attack, while I was feeling pretty low. It really helped me get my feelings out, an shelled me feel better. At least, temporarily. \n\nAnxiety is always hiding, always lurking just below the surface. I hope that, when it strikes, I can look back at this image and think: no, I'm not worthless. I drew this, and that's something.\n\n-Violet",
