Ranging from heights of six Feet at the shortest, to nine and a half at their tallest, the Ratkin Titan has a surprisingly small profile compared to the wider and heftier Rat-Ogre, as well as having a distinctive humanoid shape compared to the Monsterous looking beasts that more resemble walking walls of muscle.
Similarly to the Rat-Ogre, the first Ratkin Titans originated from careful handpicking of the strongest pups in a Litter, before putting them through an augmentation process. However, where the Rat-Ogre were basically the hybrid love-child of Gene-Splicing and Dr Frankenstein's Monster, the Ratkin Titan is more comparable to a Super Soldier Program, where pups are first trained in combat as soon as they're able to walk, then put through augmentation once they hit a certain stage of growth.
The Augmentation Process utilizes a mix of Strengthening serums and material injections into key areas of the Subject's body, as well as careful application of Hormonal Cocktails Stimulants to ensure the Subject retains the capability of breeding later on. It is currently unknown as to how far the Augmentation process deleves beyond what is mentioned, as it is a closely guarded secret of Clan Karva.
~[Advantages]~
A major advantage the Ratkin titans have over the Rat-Ogre, is the simple fact that they have retained Sapience, having the capacity to acess and rationalize a situation, which allows them to outsmart most enemies, and to pick their targets. This allows them to be more efficient than the Rat-Ogre, much of which are little more than mindless killing machines that are simply pointed in a general direction and made to Rampage. (It is currently unknown if Clan Moulder have yet made Rat Ogres with Brains larger than Peas.)
Another is their comparative profile to the massive Rat-Ogre, being narrower and lither, while still packing impressive strength and durability. It's been speculated that Ratkin Titans have muscles wound like corded ropes or metal cables that allow for such impressive strength without too much alteration to their body, while having the side-effect of giving their muscle structure the similar durability of Woven Kevlar armor of the same overall thickness.
Of course, the biggest advantage of all... Is the Capability to use weapons beyond their fists or whatever is grafted on their bodies. Don't get it wrong, they still can use their fists... And feet, among other things, but the usage of weapons only adds to their killing efficency, a Fact a Branch of Clan Skyre would find out to their regret when a Ratkin Titan they barely managed to capture hijacked their Blackarc Battery and used it on them to bring the roof of their den down on their heads.
~[Disadvantages]~
Flaw-wise, the Ratkin Titans can be dismissive of orders, or arrogant to the extreme, and they have a distinct disrespect to "Armchair Commanders" (that is, a Commander that treats it like They are the ones on the Frontlines, when they're actually well fortified and safely bunkered down), usually resulting in them Disobeying Orders from said commanders.
Another is that Ratkin Titans only really like work for the Strong and the Seasoned. A weak Commander can swiftly find themselves under the Heel of a Ratkin Titan if they prove themselves "Unworthy" to them, which can usually stem from letting too many troops perish as if the clan has the numbers to spare (Clan Karva is a Small Clan with only a Few Thousand members, a Stark contrast with the near Million some of the major clan Offshoots have.), or simply acting high and mighty without any real proof of experience.
Biggest Flaw is that most (Keyword being: Most) Ratkin Titans are not exactly Geniuses. Their Upbringing and Training teaches them to take the simplest option or method available in a Situation, and much of the time, the Simplest, albiet not the Best method available, was to either Punch it, Shoot It, Kick It, Break It, Hit it Till it Dies... I am certain you get the Idea.
It's usually why only experienced Generals are made to lead Ratkin Titans into Battle. They're Not the type of Units recommended to be commanded by the Inexperienced or Uncaring Commander (That means Stalin-Minded Commanders should keep out). They're also not recommended as escort to negociators, unless the Ratkin Titan is specifically trained to Safeguard Negociations, Rare as they maybe, as they tend to get... Overzealous.*
~[Useful Notes]~
Ratkin Titans being of Clan Karva, have a distinctive Lack of the Cronic Backstabbing Disorders that plagues most Skaven Clans. Can one even Imagine seven to eight feet tall Stronk Female Ratkins constantly backstabbing their commanders, ala the Roman Senate to Julius Caesar, on a Whim?
Due to Ratkin Titans still being somewhat new, Clan Karva has yet to develop a suit of armor that can last more than two Skirmishes... Though It still means that most enemies end up freaking out when their adversery is fighting near-Stark Naked... Or be too distracted over their very breedable bodies to actually attack.
Ratkin Titans are trained to ensure they are never to allow their bodies to fall into the Grasp of Clan Karva's Enemies, and among other failsafes, have a Microbomb of sorts installed in their bodies. Where it is usually implimented, is unknown, but attempts to capture and Breed a Ratkin Titan by the Major Skaven Clans have usually resulted in the Destruction of the offending Den or Party, via either Detonation of the Microbomb by the Titan, or the Titan breaking out and turning the Enemy weapon platforms against them... A Feat that usually ends up killing the Titan and activating the Fail-Safes anyway.

This particular Ratkin Titan pictured here, is one of the medium tier Specimens, standing at the Eight foot mark, an impressive size, and weighing at a two hundred and eighty pounds, healthy weight for an eight-foot virgin giant, not so had she'd been bred or was a MILF.
Like most Ratkin Titans of the First to Second Generation, she has a blatant disregard for modesty, mostly in part due to Ratkin Titans of the first two generations having to be almost contastly nude due to the augmentation process, as well as the fact that more often than not, most Ratkin Titans usually end up outlasting their armor and fighting completely naked on the battlefields.

*Current Data yet to be released, only currently known details were that it involved a Civilian, Spilled Wine, two overzealous Ratkin Titans, and Surprisingly enough, one of the Negociating Party Ambassadors.
