She said while activating a silly filter for her stream that was putting big nerdy glasses on her face and a graduation cap on her head.
"Probably I don't need to tell you that your bladder muscles are primarily meant to push urine out. That's why you can relieve yourself even when doing a handstand. Gravity only plays a minor role.

Of course Freggie had to demonstrate by zooming her bladder bulge into view and then tensing said muscles. The bulge moved and twitched ever so slightly but visible.
"Yeah yeah, I can demonstrate upside-down peeing too, but later!", she added when she saw comments going in that direction before she panned out to her whole body again and continued.
"Finally our bladder tissue is also stretchy. This creates pressure the fuller it gets. Hence what causes the feeling of our pee hole fighting a pressure down there in the first place.
Now what I had to learn was to use those muscles not to squeeze my bladder, but to stretch it!", Freggie explained and gave her bladder bulge a soft squeeze with her hand.
Attentive viewers might notice at this point that the girl was not all that dry down there anymore - it was not urine though. She was just getting aroused. Turns out reminiscing this technique was a turn on for her, just like the fullness itself often was.
"It was a long process and the main training I did was to start peeing, then immediately attempting to stop without changing the relaxation of my sphincter. Hope that makes some sense at least. Unfortunately this is not something that can easily be explained, let alone taught.
Only suggestion I can give if you want to learn this: Essentially try to stop peeing but without using the same muscles that you just relaxed to start relieving.
Yeah this sounds and at first clearly seemed impossible, but after a few months of doing that at various stages of bladder fullness, I was first able to slow down the leak and finally even stop it if I lifted my hips to avoid gravity.
From that point forward, the last thing I needed to learn was to do the same without actually leaking in the first place.
What this results in, is that my sphincter can entirely relax while doing that!
It is almost as if I do not have to pee, for it at least. And that gives it time to rest and recover like any other muscle that gets sore. A little bit like using a bladder-plug but you can use this technique in contests that wouldn't allow those.
This is incredibly helpful not only to last longer when you near your limit, but also for example to fall asleep since fighting the pressure with an exhausted sphincter is very distracting..."
*A smile was on her face now and she was stretching her body before a yawn.* "Sorry, it's still an early morning for me.
That does remind me of people commenting on old competition videos of mine of how my bladder seemed to 'shift' right before falling asleep. Some even accused me of cheating somehow. But no, it was just this.. Switching from holding with my bladder, back to my sphincter as only the later at least I can do while sleeping. -CLAP-", she clapped her hands loudly, surely to wake up anyone who may have fallen asleep.
