For example: Sonic changes to "Sanic" or Donkey Kong turns into "Dankey Kang".
Well, one day I noticed that Charizard can be changed to "Chairzard" (Yes, as in Chair)
Well, I was thinking about how much fun it would be to draw a Chairzard... but using a chair instead of being a chair!
One idea led to another and I ended up with a dirty-fighting wrestler who uses chairs as a weapon! XD
His stage name is "Flameblast". He's named after the very first Pokémon I had. (The 20th anniversary of the franchise brings back memories... XD)
I had fun drawing this, from the background to the character. Who knows? Maybe I'll do more things with him, if inspiration allows it.
