Working from that initial picture, I:
Stripped the actors, dildo and speech bubbles.
Filled in the now missing sections of background, slightly enlarged it and added some bits around the edges.
Rigged the actors and dildo, then animated the rigs into some loops.
Created speech bubble effects.
Layered the actors over the background, then layered the speech bubbles over everything.
Rendered out the 200ish frames, halved size, optimised and converted to .gif
