Yet another in the series of hirsute cubs.\n\n---\n\nSkip was quite disheartened when the local Herald's secretary informed him he'd have to be at least ten to be paper boy with their company, for insurance reasons, or so he was told. Nearby a shady figure in a long white coat came over and knealed by the boy, holding out a business card. \"Virlis Pharma...ceu...ticals...\" read the little dragon, looking up at the grinning figure. \"We at Virlis Pharmaceuticals have no qualms about age and we pay quite well. You'll have that bike, video game, what have you, lickity split! What do you say boy?\" Skip looked at the card once again, then back at the man who was now holding his hand out to the boy. The dragon nibbled his lower lip as the possible pros and cons went through his head before giving a firm nod and shaking the man's hand, \"Kay!\" \"Wonderful! Right this way!\" said the man as he walked the boy back to his car, the dragon glancing up at the white robed man curiously, \"...What's pharmaceuticals?\" The man grinned from ear to ear and gave the boy's head a pat, \"Oh... you'll find out soon enough.\"\n\nFast forward a few hours, Skip's rump's been stamped with a bar code and a male symbol paired with an unknown (possibly off the charts) variable exponent, indicating the boy had been pumped full of some masculinity enhancing drug, having changed the boy's physiology to one more like a bear, sprouting thick fur over his body.
