Streetlights bathed the sidewalks in a golden glow as Yuuma walked briskly through the bustling streets. He had travelled from his small hometown to the nearest city to secure a crucial business agreement with one of the suppliers of his and Chloe’s hobby store. His wife and their two children had stayed behind, allowing Yuuma this rare moment of freedom.\n\nSomething had caught his eye as Yuuma passed by a charming bookstore. He paused, glancing at the display window filled with an array of colourful comic books and memorabilia. He had always loved stores like this (which was the reason why he had started to open a store of his own with his childhood sweetheart), and this one looked particularly inviting. On a whim he decided to step inside, if for no other reason than to browse the merchandise of one of the big city stores for ideas that he could adopt, and to keep on top of the competition.\n\nThe bell above the door jingled softly as Yuuma entered. The interior was cozy, with shelves overflowing with comics, graphic novels, and collectibles. He wandered through the aisles, admiring the various items on display, when he heard a familiar voice.\n\n“Yuuma? Is that you?”\n\nThe purple red panda turned and his heart skipped a beat when he turned his head and saw Eclypse standing near the counter. She was a pure black skunk with an elegant presence, her fur gleaming in the soft light of the store. It had been a long time since he had seen her but the years had evidently been kind to her. She looked as graceful as ever, and she hardly looked like she had aged a day since the two went their separate ways years ago.\n\n“Onee-san!” Yuuma exclaimed, a wide smile spreading across his face as he called her by the affectionate name that he had once used for her. “What a surprise!”\n\nEclypse’s eyes lit up with recognition and joy. She crossed the store to greet him, her smile warm and genuine. “I can’t believe it! What are you doing here?”\n\n“I’m here for a business trip,” Yuuma explained, still marvelling at the coincidence. “I had no idea you were in town.”\n\nEclypse laughed softly, her eyes sparkling. “I live here now. You know how I had to move to the next state for my degree in psychology? Well, that’s over and done with, and I work as a psychiatrist now.
